A very large and spacious apartment with a full size kitchen. Although noisy and hot outside of the building it was very quiet and cool inside the building. The bed was big and very comfortable. Unfortunately the building does not have parking and the closest parking garage was closed. I did find parking about 10 minutes away.

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos eingerichtet. Man merkt der Ausstattung an, dass sie schon einige Jahre benutzt wird. Sauberkeit "amerikanischer Standard". Insgesamt zu empfehlen, auch wegen der Größe und der Lage. Tolles Café unten in Haus!

We enjoyed our overall stay. But there was nowhere to park so we parked in the plaza beside the hotel. Inside was really nice and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I would stay and recommend here again!

The suite was big and beautiful. Very clean inside. Within a 20minute walk to everything. Only downfall was the garbage in the hallway was extremely unpleasant smelling. It was eventually moved.

Spacious, modern, and clean. We were very comfortable at our stay at a 2 bedroom apartment. Outside the apartment there’s a few homeless, we didn’t feel safe parking our car on the streets but there was a garage nearby. The apartment is superb and secured.

Property itself was lovely and clean. The heat was fussy at times and the bedrooms needed bedside lamps (only overhead lights - boo!). Some rugs or blankets by the sofa would have been welcomed. There are some aggressive panhandling from a group of unhoused people that made it Smetka st times coming back to the unit. The listing on hotels.com said the property included parking - it did not. Fix the listing- it was misleading and had to hunt for parking each night.

The apartment is beautiful and clean. Leather on chairs and sofa is worn, but clean and comfortable. We were given early check in, which was helpful. The area did not feel safe, many homeless. I recently stayed at Milton-Parc and had quite a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms are absolutely beautiful on the inside, offering a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. However, the exterior of the property leaves much to be desired. The area surrounding the hotel is concerning, with many homeless people and individuals who made me feel uneasy. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by an old, dirty couch that looked quite uninviting, and the smell inside the entrance was unpleasant. These factors significantly detracted from the overall experience. While the rooms themselves are lovely, the hotel could greatly benefit from improving the exterior and entrance areas to create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for guests.

The bedsheets had visible red and black particles on them, and we were forced to sleep on top of the blanket, using our jackets to cover ourselves due to how unsanitary it felt. The toilet seat was barely attached, and the floors were so sticky and dirty that our socks turned black by the end of our stay. We were especially disappointed as we had come to Montreal to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. If you’re considering booking here, I strongly recommend exploring other options.

We had a two night stay here. Excellent accommodation set up with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen and seating area. Wi-fi worked very well although the TV was confusing and one TV set only had two channels available for some reason. Check in process/checking out was good overall. Would recommend for short and long stays. Good supermarket a few minutes away which was an added bonus.

This particular unit we booked had really poor air conditioning. It was uncomfortably hot and the AC couldn’t get lower than 76 degrees. The TV remotes didn’t work properly unless you were standing directly in front of the TV. The customer service is nonexistent as I had inquired about something through the customer service line and received no response. The location and the unit were good, not nearly as frightening as other reviews state. The hallway smells of garbage and similarly the bathroom. Thankfully it rained the second day and we were able to open the window to get SOME cold relief. My room credit that was advertised through Expedia was not honoured. This is an okay property, a place to sleep and that’s it

Only had 1 issue and regardless of that it’s a beautiful stay, but the issue is too big that I give it 3/5. There is a ticking noise coming from the heater that would stop and start ticking every 10 seconds. Affected my sleep, and overall just very annoying to keep hearing.

It is a great, convenient apartment that is located near public transportation and some fantastic, affordable eating options. The area looks a bit rough, but it was safe and home to some amazing food options (Lebanese, Korean, etc.). It's remotely managed, so it helps to have things worked out ahead of time, but the hotel team was incredible and very responsive.

Long story short, Neighbour had a huge party throughout the entire night. Which clearly broke the rule of the property. I tried calling property manager the entire night and no one picked up. when i finally got in touch w someone in the morning, they said they couldnt help untill monday because the manager was not in till Monday. Long story short, Neighbour had a huge party throughout the entire night. Which clearly broke the rule of the property. I tried calling property manager the entire night and no one picked up. when i finally got in touch w someone in the morning, they said they couldnt help untill monday because the manager was not in till Monday. This particular unit we booked had really poor air conditioning. It was uncomfortably hot and the AC couldn’t get lower than 76 degrees. The TV remotes didn’t work properly unless you were standing directly in front of the TV. The customer service is nonexistent as I had inquired about something through the customer service line and received no response. The location and the unit were good, not nearly as frightening as other reviews state. The hallway smells of garbage and similarly the bathroom. Thankfully it rained the second day and we were able to open the window to get SOME cold relief. My room credit that was advertised through Expedia was not honoured. This is an okay property, a place to sleep and that’s it

It is a great, convenient apartment that is located near public transportation and some fantastic, affordable eating options. The area looks a bit rough, but it was safe and home to some amazing food options (Lebanese, Korean, etc.). It's remotely managed, so it helps to have things worked out ahead of time, but the hotel team was incredible and very responsive.

The apartment was gorgeous. Great amenities. Comfy beds and having laundry was a huge plus. The only negative is the area. There were homeless right outside the property. One morning a man way lying in the street right outside the door. I didn’t feel very safe walking in front of the property and I think it’s near a homeless shelter. I was shouted at multiple times and had to walk around people doing drugs. Once I was inside the property I felt safe. I wish the location was better. Not sure I’d stay again.
