Great communication with rental group. The room was exactly as pictured and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location is close to Ruby Falls. The location is right off a busy road, so there is road noise. With the window air conditioner and a white noise maker (provided by the motel), noise level was acceptable for sleep.

What a great little no hassle/having to deal with the front desk experience. The place was clean, well equipped, maintained and comfortable. The team was extremely responsive and friendly. Overall I was worried about other reviews and the noise from the road but it wasn’t an issues as it quiets down. It is fun to see the Harley guys roll on past on their awesome bikes. The property does have that murdered in the mountains vibe at the road side motel…but that’s what I was going for in booking my stay. Overall excellent place to stay while passing through. Always love to find new spots in Chattanooga on my way to visit family. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t have a stick up their ass.

Located close to Ruby Falls and Lookout mountain. Nice firepit and pavilion. Traffic a little heavy at times on road in front of property. Overall good stay for what we were doing in the area.

Great location to Chattanooga, cute property and fairly priced. Nicely updated. Only negatives would be our room #14 the parking was tight to the road it would be better if it were fully graveled or even better paved as it can be a little difficult pulling out on to a crazy road in the position you are in on a grade in soft dirt weed/grass area, when there are other cars there… there isn’t much room to get turned any different ways. Another thing that was a slight issue was someone was smoking outside our room one night and the smell very strongly was coming into our room… that wasn’t too pleasant it was both cigarettes and weed. Overall we really liked the property and would recommend staying here and would stay again, just hopefully in a lower room number with the bigger parking lot.

Internet was good and we used the smart tv daily. Room was very comfortable and spacious for two people. Only complaints would be that the shower needs some sort of shelf or caddy for products, and maybe some more dishes in the kitchen like plates and bowls.

The rooms were very clean and updated. The exterior is dated and does not represent the interior. I was concerned when I went to my door but was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room. My door code did not work but that was quickly resolved by text after hours. The entrance is on a dangerous curve. There is a gas fire pit and covered picnic tables in the rear which are maintained well. It is conveniently located to the major attractions and downtown. I would stay there again!

It appears to be a renovated hotel/motel type of building. It’s super clean and remodeled. My mom was with me on this trip and she’s hard to please when it comes to cleanliness and this passed her test. The out side area was done real nice to with a gas FP and there’s also a large pavilion. It was also make a great family reunion type place.

The room was clean. Our room was laterally 30 feet from a very busy highway. Every motorcycle and truck sounded like they were going to run through our room. There was no ice machine or any other amenities. No front desk so when we needed an extra blanket we were out of luck. They had you sign there agreement saying you would be charged for the number of days you had reserved. I’m sure this was because when drive up to the property we immediately said we need to find someone else to stay.

We stayed in room #3, which was decorated so cute and retro! We loved the comfy bed, the turquoise mini fridge, and microwave, and was pleasantly surprised by the Keurig with plenty of K-cups, creamer, sugar, etc!! The only negative at all is that the complex is right on a busy highway, so the traffic created a lot of noise. We just turned the fan on the H/A unit, which drowned it out. Overall, we were very pleased with the room, the complex (my husband took a nice nap out back by the firepit), and for the price, we will definitely be back in the future!!

It was an enjoyable stay. The bathroom was clean and the small space really had everything a couple needs who is in town to explore and sight see. The staff responds quickly when contacted which is a plus. It’s close to a main road, but no noise bothered me. The AC was off when we arrived, but it cooled the room off very quickly. My biggest complaint was there were several gnats on the bedspread, we just took it off. The sheets and other blanket/pillows were very clean. There was only one Keurig pod, so my husband and I shared a cup of coffee 😂 My only suggestion would be to have additional wash clothes. Many people do not like using the same wash cloth each day, they can harbor bacteria, so having at least 1 washcloth per day per person would be ideal. There were extra bath towels, but not wash cloths. It’s close to literally EVERYTHING, so perfect location and we would definitely book again.

Dirty couch, dirty bed sheets, nasty mold smell, dirty shower. Cars flying by, lodge basically on street. Very disappointed that Expedia recommended this place. Ruined my anniversary weekend. I spent 2 nights and they did not address the issues till the next day in the evening. Great! When my trip was almost over. The first night we had to use towels to go to sleep. We did not know where to sleep! Do not recommend!! I have pictures i would love to upload.

Check in was super easy. The room is exactly as shown, unfortunately for myself, my floor was not swept or mopped. All of the surfaces were just sort of unkept. The road is very noisy and busy, but the a/c does help drown out most of it, and it’s not bad during normal sleep hours. It is very close to Ruby Falls, which was a plus!

Super convenient, cute property, more private than a typical hotel, loved the option of the outdoor are and grill. My only complaint would be that it wasn't super clean, the floor under the couch was a mess, the floor was not very clean in general, there was someone's laptop and dirty socks left behind, the mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the table and chairs still had crumbs but aside from that we would absolutely stay again.

Our room was small but it worked for the purpose intended.. a place to lay our heads at night. The property is literally against the highway, and as others have mentioned, there is traffic noise. With the air conditioning on, we barely noticed it. The owners have placed a noise machine in the room but we never needed it. The listing states a kitchenette, but that is pushing it. If you plan to eat, make sure you bring your own plates and bowls for serving. The shower is RV size claustrophobic! With that said, our room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfy. The property is very close to several tourist attractions and we would consider staying here again for the price.

Very clean and a nice place to stay. Close to a lot of the attractions that are offered in Chattanooga. Our only complaint was the TV. You had no way of getting any local channels or sports (for the hubby) and he was not a happy camper. It was 735 channels of old shows and programs.

Great location to Ruby Falls and other attractions. Comfortable beds and pretty clean. The bathroom could use some work, no shelves in shower for toiletries and water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors. Overall it was a good stay for the price.

The room itself was difficult to maintain a decent temperature since there was just a window unit. The bed was really uncomfortable and noisy. Every time one of us moved it woke up the other. The shower lacks decent water pressure causing your shower to be longer than it should. Lastly, there is no staff on site.

This place is GREAT except for one thing. The room was very comfortable. Great bed, television, refrigerator, microwave. Bathroom was nice. People were nice by text. I have NO problem with anything about the condition of the room. I would give the room itself a 5. However, I chose a 4 due to road noise. I had read that on reviews and thought it would be ok, but it really is an issue. It sounds like they are driving right at your head. There is also train noise and the trash truck comes at 1am. So, for comfort of room and communication - EXCELLENT. I don't want to be negative about anything because of that, but I have to be honest about the noise. I lived at one of the busiest intersections of Moscow for years with windows open and it is no comparison.

The room, although much smaller than we expected was very clean and comfortable. When we booked the room, we had no idea of its very close proximity to the road. Traffic was traveling at a higher rate of speed than the posted (35mph) speed limit and we had to park within 5 feet of the road. The noise from the road kept us up all night. I spoke to one gentleman who was cutting his trip short, because he had suffered a sleepless night. I'm really not sure what the staff and management could have done at that point to make things better, all of the rooms were somewhat close to the road and I'm sure equally noisy. On a brighter side, the hotel is located in a great proximity in relationship to downtown Chattanooga and the many great attractions in the area.

Just stayed over the weekend and the room was great. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Room was very clean and new feeling. Only 2 critiques are: need a low pressure shower head as the pressure isn't the best. Hot water is great so no worries there though. Second would love if they put some room darkening drapes on the windows. There are blinds but they still let in quite a bit of light from the street lights right outside. Property is as others have described outside of the rooms/buildings which are great. We would definitely stay there again as the location is great and felt the price was good for what it was.

Great communication with rental group. The room was exactly as pictured and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location is close to Ruby Falls. The location is right off a busy road, so there is road noise. With the window air conditioner and a white noise maker (provided by the motel), noise level was acceptable for sleep.

The location was great, and the staff were extremely friendly. They stayed in contact with me throughout the visit to make sure we didn't need anything and that we were satisfied and asked for feedback throughout the visit just to ensure they were doing a good job. It was extremely clean, SUPER nice on the inside, and very VERY close to anything and everything worth doing. If my wife and I come back we will definitely stay again!

What a great little no hassle/having to deal with the front desk experience. The place was clean, well equipped, maintained and comfortable. The team was extremely responsive and friendly. Overall I was worried about other reviews and the noise from the road but it wasn’t an issues as it quiets down. It is fun to see the Harley guys roll on past on their awesome bikes. The property does have that murdered in the mountains vibe at the road side motel…but that’s what I was going for in booking my stay. Overall excellent place to stay while passing through. Always love to find new spots in Chattanooga on my way to visit family. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t have a stick up their ass.

The staff was very nice and promptly responded to a towel request. We stayed 5 days and needed more towels within no time they had us towels to last our visit. The only complaint I had would be the traffic. The motel perfect location to visit Ruby Falls and Lookout mountain. The are is safe and the scenery is pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean with comfortable mattress, the sink in the kitchenette was very useful. The mini fridge was cold but heavily frosted. It'd give us more room if it was defrosted. It's conveniently located near all the attractions but extremely close to the highway. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The staff was very responsive. We would come back again.

We stayed there for 2 nights during our weekend getaway to Chattanooga. The room was great and had everything we needed for the 2 nights. Check-in was simple, and received text message from staff to ensure everything went well with this process and they checked on us after our 1st night to ensure everything was well. I would recommend this place to family and friends. We would stay again our next visit there.

The rooms were very clean and updated. The exterior is dated and does not represent the interior. I was concerned when I went to my door but was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room. My door code did not work but that was quickly resolved by text after hours. The entrance is on a dangerous curve. There is a gas fire pit and covered picnic tables in the rear which are maintained well. It is conveniently located to the major attractions and downtown. I would stay there again!

The room was clean. Our room was laterally 30 feet from a very busy highway. Every motorcycle and truck sounded like they were going to run through our room. There was no ice machine or any other amenities. No front desk so when we needed an extra blanket we were out of luck. They had you sign there agreement saying you would be charged for the number of days you had reserved. I’m sure this was because when drive up to the property we immediately said we need to find someone else to stay.

10/10 We will definitely book another trip. Had some issues with access but the staff handled it within 24 hours. Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to the Chattanooga area. Mere minutes from nost everything.

We booked this property for it's proximity to downtown Chattanooga - it that was PERFECT! Easy access to great hikes, nice restaurants, and everything that Chattanooga has to offer. Thankfully we basically only slept here spending most the day exploring. The hotel is right off a busy road so if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room, it will be noisy. Hotel seems like a flipped property, while there is fresh paint, new bathroom and nice little kitchen area, the room lacked some essentials, for example a small chair in the room, more hangers on the rack, a mirror outside of the only one in bathroom and the bathroom could have more simple shelves or more hooks. Im guessing these were once a smoking room as the humid, wet weather brought out odor. If you are just looking for a place for sleep and shower thats affordable, then this would work! OH there is a quaint backyard area that we did take advantage of when we were in between running around. Communication with company was VERY GOOD and I do appreciate that.

The room, although much smaller than we expected was very clean and comfortable. When we booked the room, we had no idea of its very close proximity to the road. Traffic was traveling at a higher rate of speed than the posted (35mph) speed limit and we had to park within 5 feet of the road. The noise from the road kept us up all night. I spoke to one gentleman who was cutting his trip short, because he had suffered a sleepless night. I'm really not sure what the staff and management could have done at that point to make things better, all of the rooms were somewhat close to the road and I'm sure equally noisy. On a brighter side, the hotel is located in a great proximity in relationship to downtown Chattanooga and the many great attractions in the area.
