Hotel has a great location. Staff is great. Rooms are clean. Everything is worn down. Very worn. I’m including the “mini bar” which is only snacks and a coffeemaker. There are also 30 steps to get to the lobby where the elevator starts. Not ADA compliant.

Situated what seems to be in the middle of Gucci, it’s very well located for shopping and sightseeing. Staff are friendly and efficient, and couldn’t do enough to help us, the room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Extensive mini bar in the room. Next to reception is a lounge where you can get a glass of Prosecco, tea coffee juice fruit and biscuits throughout the day. We used it as a pit stop when dropping off the shopping, it was so handy. I’ll certainly stay here again when I return to Florence.

Alessandra, and the rest if the staff were wonderful. From directions to dinner recommendations. The one thing I would say to look out is they have an elevator but first you must go up 1 flight if stairs. so if you are unable to walk keep that in mind.i would stay again.

Property is in a great location walkable to any place in the core of Florence. We met a lovely young lady who served breakfast. Her name is Georgia. She was sweet and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our breakfast. Breakfast was decent provided many options but could be a little better in my opinion. If you have heavy luggage, feel free to buzz when you arrive and they will provide assistance. There is an elevator, but it’s only accessible from the second floor.Was there in the month of June, AC works really well and the unit had some decent upgrades like being able to charge your phone from the bedroom bed headboard and descent wifi, steamer and blow dryer, clean high end cotton sheets and comfortable pillows and mattress. I would recommend staying.

Should you stay here? Bottom line: Yes! Pros: • Friendly staff – Helped me relocate here on one day’s notice when my original hotel wasn’t up to par, called me a cab upon departure, and even sent me off with a water bottle • Housekeeping is excellent – Rooms are consistently clean • LOCATION is unbeatable – Walkable to Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, Santa Croce, and the train station. Plus, it’s right above Gucci and other designer shops • Luggage porter – No need to lift a finger with your bags • Luggage storage – Convenient for early arrivals or late departures Cons: • Heating issues – Difficult to regulate; the lowest setting is 21°C, but it kept resetting to 24°C on its own, making the room stuffy at times (had to open a window for fresh air) • Security with stairs – Stairs on the way up might defeat the purpose of a 24/7 front desk from a security perspective—having someone stationed outside could be helpful • Some wear and tear – A few scuffs on the walls and a chipped door, nothing major but definitely noticeable Would I stay here again? This hotel tries but not succeeding yet. They have one type of room that is super tiny, make sure you don’t get stuck with that one. If you get the right type of room, this hotel may be perfect for your stay since it is in a great location, steps away from Republic Piazza, easy to get to the other side of Arno and train station.

Excellent experience, my name is Paolo and I must say my stay was excellent. I’ve travelled to many hotels over the years in Italy and I must say you pay for what you get. I stayed with my wife and 4 nights and the experience was very good from the warm welcome we received from Mirko upon our arrival and offered us some water straight away. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and not to mention Antonello who managed the breakfast area he was so attentive to our needs and was fun to speak with he is a treasure. The bathroom and room was excellent, Luxourious linens, high thread count, great pillows, clean, spacious, air condition worked perfectly. only improvement I would recommend would be to have more selections of tv channels even though we didn’t watch much tv. This is a perfect location, very busy, walking distance to everywhere, can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper.

Yes, you are above a store. Gucci. You're above the Gucci store, nat a coffee shop. Located in high end shopping district. Great location, easy walk to everything. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Clean. Large rooms for Europe. Quiet.comfortable beds. Cons ( but not negatively affecting my trip): Cons mainly bathroom and shower issues. Very clean and modern. But...Small working space in bathrooms, no counter space. Weird shower enclosure, only attached on one wall so all three sides moved all over the place. Water got onto floor, shower floor very slippery and no grab bars or anything to help. Maybe our bathroom was for handicap access in shower but wasn't safe. Also, only handheld shower. Would recommend hotel and would return!

Absolutely loved staying here! The location is prime and above all the designer shops. You are central in Florence and everything is a 5 - 15 minute walk. Service was fabulous and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

We really wanted a central place to stay in Florence near the station and the main touristic places and this hotel was the best option. Breakfast is excellent! They offer many options and you can always get a capuccino, water and prosecco for free. Antonello and his team offers excellent service. Our train departed very early, and they prepared us a to go breakfast and capuccino!! Thank you and we will go back for sure!!!
