Great stay- beautiful room- however nearby airport, Falcon Field has private planes leaving all morning starting at sunrise and the flight path for take off and landing are over the hotel. Felt like a re-enactment of Pearl Harbor!!! Grounds and pool are beautiful especially since it backs up to Longbow Golf Course. We had a beautiful one bedroom suite. It was fabulous and an upgrade as I was the “Guest of the Day”. I’d stay again - so comfortable like a small apartment.

This a new hotel in the suburbs. This a great hotel for a business trip or needing extra space for relatives coming to visit. It has short term kitchen equipment and utensils and comfortable rooms. There is an outdoor heated pool and a nice patio area. My only complaint was the pool badly needed cleaning. Although it was a little cold, getting into the heated pool would have been a great option. It appears this was deprioritized because of the time of year.

Good variety at the included breakfast. The rooms are big and have a kitchenette and sitting area with a couch. The outside area is nice, there's grills you can use, outside seating around a gas fire pit, and a pool. Shawn who works overnight was very helpful.

We stayed for a long weekend to participate in the Lost Dutchman Marathon. Hotel was on a golf course with a nice club house to sit outside and eat. Hotel breakfast was great, rooms were nice and clean, great outdoor area with pool and fireplace. Close to restaurants and the Cubs spring training and outdoor shopping area. It didn't take to long to get into Scottsdale area as well. I would stay here again.

Love this hotel. It's a favorite when we visit Phoenix. This is our third stay in 3 years. Hotel still looks brand new. Love the cleanliness, the communication, and the views. Highly recommend!

Check in is at 3:00pm Room was not ready until 3:45pm Room ready with dishwasher running. Didn’t receive Hilton gold member perk at reception (waters, rice krispy, cheese it’s) had to ask for it on second day. No one was taking accountability, the answer I received from management “ we had a late checkout for your room, as they were gold members” I am a gold member at Hilton. This is our second stay and third room booked at this hotel. It’s a 200 sqft room, not hard to clean in an hour, dishes should have been hand washed. Or simply give us another room that is ready.

We stayed from a Wednesday-Sunday. Housekeeping came to our door on Friday and asked if they could clean, I said yes and was leaving. When we returned that evening, they did not clean the room or clean the room the entire time we stayed. Thursday and Friday morning, my husband and I both had cold showers. I received multiple texts asking how my stay was and advised of the same issues with no response or fixes. I let the rep at front desk know my issues as well and was advised a manager would be notified. Probably won't stay at Home 2 Suites again.

Horrible customer service. We got charged twice for our stay. Assistant general manager Rosalie was so rude. Told us if we didn't like that the charge was twice we can got to a different hotel. We were told our refund will take 7 business days. The breakfast area was extremely dirty. We arrived Thursday and on Sunday morning the same mess was still on the floor. I asked if the tables can be cleaned and i was told to clean it myself and was given a wet towel. We requested room service for trash to be taken out and get clean towels and nothing got done until 3 days later.

Great location if you're in need for quiet. Very clean room and spacious. Was glad there was a ceiling fan since it helped balance the air with ac...really makes a difference. Bathroom is a big deal to me...it's spacious and I like the walk in shower. Breakfast was fresh and ample. Service was accommodating to needs. Restaurants and shopping are far enough and not too close to hotel. It means you don't hear traffic and all sorts of congestion. I would definitely go back to this location as a peaceful hideaway. My only request is a stationary bike in fitness room.

The wall are paper thin so I heard my neighbors in conversations, their loud tv. The hotel did ask them to reduce the noise and they did, but got very little sleep. It’s a newer hotel, so it’s disappointing they can’t invest in a bit more in noise insulation between rooms and floors. Heard every step the folks above me took. Won’t waste my $ there again.

Felt like a re-enactment of Pearl Harbor!!! Grounds and pool are beautiful especially since it backs up to Longbow Golf Course. We had a beautiful one bedroom suite. It was fabulous and an upgrade as I was the “Guest of the Day”. I’d stay again - so comfortable like a small apartment.

They overbooked the hotel, "upgraded" us from a 1 bedroom suite to 1 king bed suite which is lower tier. What a dishonest front desk staff. When I raised the concern, front desk (Alejandra) just wouldn\'t acknowledged the room they gave us was a lower tier room. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in any hotel. The room I booked was $100 more than the "upgraded" room!!!

The front-desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We stayed 4 nights and this hotel was so comfortable and felt like a home, with its 24-hour coffee service and full brrakfast. We were up at dawn each morning, enjoying coffee on the luxurious back patio with gorgeous views of the mountains. Recommend this to all visiting the Mesa area.

We attended a wedding in Mesa and about 10 family stayed at this hotel and everyone was very comfortable during their stay. My wife and I arrived ealy for our check-in and Laura the front receptionist was very accommodating and was able to get us checked in early. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and professional.

Did not appreciate getting a phone call from the front desk at 11:30pm telling us to keep the “noise” down. I stayed at this property with my 16 year old son, only two of us in the room and we were in bed. The desk clerk was rude, and accusatory. When I told him the noise was in fact not our room, he continued telling us to keep the noise down. Do better.

This was a great place to stay. Several breakfast options, including hot and cold. Protein and carbs. Beds are very comfortable, place looks new, friendly staff, even the pull out couch had a decent mattress. It is close to Mesa gateway airport, so planes are coming and going all the time, but wasn't too loud. Just down the road is a small mall, with In and out burger, arcade/bowling/cinema, another restaurant or two, Sprouts market grocery, and a bit further are other places. Overall, was an excellent stay. I would definitely go back!
