Ok room, just missing the Iron and board that has to be picked up from reception. Breakfast is not really impressing at all, no signs of what is in each can or jar. Breakfast area very remote away from reception, line 5 min walking But considered the price this is maybe ok

Very nice hotel in the enter of Rotterdam. Nice reception area with bar and place for working or small meetings. BUT the breakfast was bad. The location was cold and not nice and the selection was low standard.

Hard for handicap people to get into the building. The staff are great especially the operations manager. He had helped me bring my wife and luggage in as she is handicapped. He went himself the extra mile and I really appreciate it. The layout of our room was fantastic. The room had lots of chairs and a big couch to sit on.

Not clear entrance. Per google maps, we entered & no ramp or escalator - 6 steps with large heavy luggage. Apparently there is another main entrance. The rest was fine although a bit dated for ceiling cracks, towels.

I got a lot of bed bug bites wound. I found the pad was dorty and had many visible black dots. I could see many moving bedbugs on thd pad on the bed. This is unacceptable level of maintnance for four star hotel. If you stay there , you must check a bed.

Ligging is perfect en ook het inchecken heel gemakkelijk en snel. Alleen was de kamer vol bedekt met zwarte haren op het bed, grond en badkamer. Werkelijk smerig.

The property was modern and had all the facilities we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in an excellent location for getting around the centre of Rotterdam. The only odd thing about our room was that the door to our wardrobe was a self closing fire door. Every time you used the wardrobe you had to put your back against the door to stop it closing in on you, strange but true!

Very helpful staff. Great location. Clean room. Nice bar. There was no area to hang clothes only 2 coat hooks. Milk is not provided for coffee as standard in your room even though there is a fridge although they will provide milk in a glass if you ask. Only green tea was provided in the room, no black tea or fruit tea.

Fan and AC did not work in the hotel room so had to open the window and the street directly in front was full of young men in cars, revving their engines and yelling and honking horns until the early morning hours. Also, there is a motion activated light in the bathroom, which cannot be turned off, so be prepared to be startled with a blinding light if you get up in the wee hours

Schneller, einfacher, freundlicher Check-in. Wir durften schon vor 15:00 auf unsere Zimmer. Zimmer großzügig, Matratzen bequem! Verdunklungsgardinen funktionieren wunderbar genau wie die Klimaanlage. Lage ist top! Alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Hotel and room were modern and clean, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Little bit of exterior noise but that's to be expected in a large city centre, and nothing that disturbed my rest. Highly recommended if you're staying over in Rotterdam

Unfortunately it happened that they not only failed to recognize my booking done by Expedia, when I arrived at 11pm I was told there is not space for me in the hotel and the nearest hotel was in Delft! Not only this I had to come back the next day as I had a work conference so I had to change the hotel again. I had to force the management to give me any kind of discount and their excuse was that because they found me another hotel across Netherlands I am not owed anything. No complementary drink, meal... Nothing. The same story happened to other travelers which isplit the taxi with to the other hotel. Very disappointed in hotel and the management.

Great location in the world trade center, nice service. Though checking in was quiet delayed due to the system problem, we had good time there. It was located in the center of Rotterdam, so it was easy to hang around the city.

Heerlijk hotel, centrale locatie, goed onderhouden en schoon. Uitgebreid ontbijt, goed verzorgd en in een historische zaal met uitzicht op de winkelstraat. Was een stukje lopen naar de ontbijtzaal door het wtc gebouw maar dat gaf het juist een bijzonder gevoel.

We had a good stay. Hotel is very central and convenient which comes with a bit of noise at night. If you want to avoid it I suggest booking a room facing the inside courtyard.

Hotel was in a good location, near the metro station (about 5 min). About a 15 min walk from Rotterdam Centraal. Surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. The con was that we could hear pubs downstairs late into the night (at 2-3am) still having a good time. Room was clean with all amenities available as expected. The only strange thing was the lack of teaspoons to accompany the coffee and tea cups. This is a functional hotel clearly made for business travellers (it was right next to the convention centre). Our room was just right for 2 persons and we had space to open our luggage and still have room to walk easily. Do note that while they will hold your luggage for you before check in, early check in is an additional fee, so if you arrive early and want to freshen up that is something to note. We were happy to leave our bags in hold to explore the city.

Nära till allt. Jag var där fredag-söndag och hotellet ligger på partygatan vilket gör att det är rätt mycket störande ljud. Rent och fint. Skulle bo där igen.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable and clean room, well equipped and very comfortable. Walking distance to the central station and many dining options. I used this hotel as a base for my visit to Rotterdam and The Hague. It is 25 min away from the Hague by train , and 30 min away from Amsterdam airport by train as well. Breakfast was ok but can be better. In comparison to other 4 stars hotels I have stayed at in Belgium and The Netherlands during my trip, the breakfast here was not impressive. I would suggest having fresh jams (instead of pre-packed jams), and would suggest having more options of fresh fruits and fruit salads for breakfast (instead of an apple basket).

Good hotel conveniently located to the Metro, trams, and Central rail station. Room was smallish but clean and comfortable. Good but expensive breakfast. Would definitively stay again if I came back to Rotterdam
