Excellent Forced valet a little expensive.

Perfect location in "happening" new/old downtown Alpharetta. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Rooms are quite spacious but have the world's smallest closets,totally inadequate. Sofa on same wall as TV: no place to sit to watch TV. Valet parking is inconsistent, no practical self-parking. Very "cool" but impractical hotel, all told..

Things that were terrible: 1) The valets scratched the side of my brand new $90k SUV. 2) There was only 1 luggage cart and come check out time it was no where to be found.

Property was nice, there was one front desk staff when we checked in that wasn’t very pleasant. It’s valet parking with a charge to park daily - that should be posted. Check out is at 12 which is great but they start cleaning loudly at 8 AM…the bar staff was great and the food served was tasty. Overall good experience, would stay again.

Shower flooded the whole bathroom. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working. Parking garage was down the street.

The hotel is nice. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Good food & drink options outside of the hotel but not much inside the hotel itself. Parking at the hotel itself is ridiculous at $42. I have a hard time paying that much when downtown in a metro area so seeing that price tag at a hotel in the suburbs was a bit surprising. Almost comical. Just park down the road. There is a free parking garage about a block away.

The hotel itself was nice and located among a lot of great bars and restaurants. However, when we arrived we were informed our parking would be 65$ for one night because our standard mini van was considered oversized. So, we had to scramble for public parking and walk back with our luggage to avoid this ridiculous fee. I tried to talk to the lady at the front desk about it. She was not helpful nor was she friendly--even a bit rude.

The speakeasy is an amazing place to relax nd enjoy!!

Let’s start with Deacon makes one of the best Old Fashioned drinks we’ve ever had! Other than our room not being ready until an hour after their posted check-in time of 4pm, this is one of the best locations to enjoy the area without getting in a car. The hotel is beautiful and room was perfect! Would come back with no other agenda for a couple days other than just enjoying the hotel and local fare.

Stayed here as a guest for a wedding weekend. The bar next door was a little loud at night, but obviously it’s nothing to do with the hotel. Staff was extremely nice and hotel was clean. Bed was super cozy!

My stay here was really nice. The front desk staff was quick and courteous, and the room was clean and relaxing. The free parking garage above the police station was a plus. The location is right next to city hall and a lot of restaurants and places to explore.

Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area.

The hotel is beautiful and rooms are all nice. The problem is with all of the bars on the first level, the room was LOUD until midnight. When I mentioned this to staff they commented that is just normal for them.

AC didnt work. Called front desk. Engineer had already left. Nothing they would do. Still waitng for Manager to call me as promised. Great area and location, but don't look for support should you encounter a problem.

This was our first stay at the Hamilton, planned because it has been highly rated, even though it is expensive in the Alpharetta area. We were most displeased overall, particularly in view of the cost. The valet parking is extremely inconvenient. You have to drive around the block to find it, it can\'t be charged to the room, and they left our keys in the car when it was parked for the night (at least 2 of the nights we stayed). There is no ice machine available on the floor, but you can order it from housekeeping (presumably with a tip). There is no coffee available in the morning in the lobby, unless you sit at a table and pay for it and service. (There was a coffee maker in the room. As far as the room goes, the closet is tiny and the bathroom light has to have the "master switch" for the room on in order to turn it on. You have to turn on the light as you enter the bathroom. That means it is impossible to keep the room dark during the night if you use the bathroom. We did appreciate daily housekeeping service. People were friendly. We have cancelled the other reservation we had made for the upcoming holidays at the Hamilton. When we checked out, I asked for a copy of my bill to be sure I wasn\'t double-charged for the valet parking ($42.50/night). All I got was a sheet showing a zero balance, with no itemization of our charges and the total cost of the stay. The desk clerk assured me that we hadn\'t been charged for the parking through the hotel. Disappointed

What a perfect place for a weekend staycation! We had tickets with our friends to an Earth Wind & Fire tribute band at The Velvet Note. We checked in to the room, very easily, and were welcomed with cocktails in our room and delivery of specialty ice. We walked less than a block and enjoyed a great dinner at Coalition before the concert. After the concert we came back and danced the night away with a sensational band playing all of our favorites at Roaring Social. Afterwards there were plenty of spots open within walking distance for late night snacks and we enjoyed the street musicians! The next morning we had a delicious room service delivered breakfast and walked across the street to watch the football game. We checked out on Friday and went across the street for shopping at Sis Moons and delicious treats at the bakery 2B Whole. Such an amazing weekend!! Things of note: - Stellar staff, so kind and personable - Rooms were very spacious - Super comfortable bed - Great shower, roomy and hot - MINI FRIDGE IS ALWAYS A PLUS! ❤️ - We LOVED the in room cocktail and ice delivery service; very unique - Room service breakfast was plentiful and DELISH! - TV was large and great channel selection - people watching from our room overlooking the street was fun! - Convenient location to anything you'd like to do or see HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fabulous hotel in a great walkable neighborhood, with too numerous to count dining options. Just some minor imperfections. 1. One has to almost valet park… Parking garage is pretty far away. 2. Coffee makers don’t work… High end, Italian coffee maker that only makes espresso. Oh… My wife and I both went online for tutorials to try to get it to make coffee but we’re never successful 3. Saturday night if you are in a lower room (second floor, for instance), you will be kept awake by loud club music from a nearby bar/speakeasy

I got to the hotel at 3:50 (4pm check in) and the room wasn't ready, it wasn't until 4:30 that the room became available but the front desk women was rude and treated me as if I was a bother, she said there were not other rooms available. Once in the room, it was 76 degrees with a fan on the floor apparently to cool the room, while getting ready to go to dinner, the temp went UP to 77 degrees a different women helped us and got us to a new room.

A very welcoming hotel. We initially had an air conditioning issue with our room… immediately an engineer popped up to check it out…the hotel was completely booked for that night but a fan was sent to our room.. we were moved the next day to another room.. Kimberly , the manager, was the most perfect coordinator and made us feel like we really mattered. We were visiting the area in an effort to try out a horse for purchase…outside activity in July definitely requires an air conditioned environment…so, returning to a warm room was not acceptable. Kimberly deserves a bonus for all the care she took to ensure we were happy and comfortable!! Thank you KIMBERLY!!!

Great location!

Everyone is super friendly at the hotel. They go out of their way to be helpful and provide anything you need. The hotel is centrally located to friendly Downtown Alpharetta where there is plenty of shopping and dining. Live music most days out of the week.

I always love my stay here. It is in the perfect location, with easily accessible parking or valet and spacious, clean, and modern rooms. The staff is consistent and friendly, and the restaurant is quite good.

Needs more mirrors in rooms. Limited lighting in hall. Poor quality makeup mirror. No fan in bathroom. Cannot get water or ice in room. For the price I paid I would expect- water, ice access, better lighting and decent breakfast which you have to pay off. Poor bar and breakfast service. Understaffed.

This is the most responsive and fast valet I’ve ever had. Great employees there. The hotel manager man in a grey suit found it appropriate though to discuss staffing issues for the holidays in n the middle of the dining room and my husband and I could hear everything, we felt it was “bad show” for a manager and inappropriate. Kind of funny he was probably the worst employee we saw. We wish the restaurant entrance and meal times were posted in the lobby entrance, we couldn’t figure out if it was open or not. Would be nice to have a coffee and hot tea station in the lobby as well since there are soo many business people sitting and working, leisure guests would like to sit there too and have a beverage while waiting for other people. Everything else was absolutely great! Housekeeping was quiet, fast and very thorough. I wish I would’ve left a bigger tip for them.
