Valet service needs improvement , the walls are on the thin side, I’m a light sleeper, and I can hear the noise and guest passing by the hallways. Other than that, location is very charming, & our room was clean.

This is a boutique hotel in the center of a vibrant area. There are so many restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has beautiful architecture and art displays throughout the hotel. It is extremely clean. Everyone we encountered throughout our stay was friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!

The property was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint has to do with being understaffed at the valet station and in the onsite restaurant. We were in town to attend a concert and decided to have an early supper at the restaurant before heading to the venue. We were told to seat ourselves and someone would be right over to take our order. Twenty-five minutes later someone from behind the bar came and took our drink order. Twenty minutes after that, we were brought menus and were able to order. Our entire experience in the restaurant spanned an hour and a half which made us late for the concert. The bar was full as were several tables of diners. There was only one waitress trying her very best to serve everyone. She was working as hard and efficiently as she could, but she was overwhelmed. Similarly, there was only one valet attendant to bring cars to guests (in the pouring rain) the next morning. He was working as hard as he could, but he too was overwhelmed. Each of these employees handled their jobs as well as they could under the circumstances, but it could have been smoother experience for employees and guests if the hotel was not understaffed.

Charming Hotel in the middle of Alpharetta. The staff overall were good but let down by the moody middle aged plus ladies that work reception. Any request was hard work for them and i asked for room service at 5pm and was told we only have 1 maid available and will do later. When i returned the room was not cleaned and no apology or communication given. These ladies should retire and take up a pursuit that makes them happy and enables them to wear cardigans. Rooms a bit dark and some noise from the bar near the basement but a good hotel otherwise
