When we arrived we were told that there had been 5 car break ins. Apparently it isn't as safe of an area as it has been in years past. Also, there may have been bed bugs, several of us had bites. The hotel itself was nice, pool area was clean, breakfast was good.

So we paid almost 1900 dollars for 6 days to get the best experience but ac was not Working first day, called the staff and they said they can’t change the room till next day and my family spent in 85 degrees f. Next morning they changed the room But we got one bed comforter torn. Informed the staff right way but they didn’t change for next 2 days. We requested 5 times to clean the room and bathrooms but it got cleaned after 2 days. Not happy at all. Breakfast was good but services were terrible. Sorry to say but not a good experience
