The staff is the key. The staff at this location made me so comfortable I truly did not want to leave after a 2 day stay. The hotel probably a 4 star gave me more than expected in every area.

Absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs. I requested a room near the elevator and was told that was available, and then they gave me a room that was far from the elevator. They were having a wedding Saturday night and the guests were really unruly and poorly behaved and we're still making noise very early Sunday morning and waking me up. One of the electrical outlets I tried to plug my phone into was practically hanging out of the wall. That's a fire hazard right there not to mention a shock hazard. The bathroom was really outdated and they still give you the little baby bottles of shampoo when even far less expensive hotels put the bottles in the shower for you to use zero star Hotel
