Friendly staff. Safe gated indoor car park. Fantastic location and well thought out flat with everything we needed. Comfy beds. Only disappointment was the sofa bed wasn’t made up like we had asked in messages. The bedding was left out for us to do it and no pillow.

Terrific property- excellent location, great amenities, friendly & knowledgeable staff, parking on site and dog friendly! Didn’t really check the quality of the Cove before arrival but was very pleasantly surprised & impressed with the layout. Fridge, freezer, hob & oven, dishwasher & washing machine. We cooked breakfast for our family for 2 days which made the stay very pleasant ( and saved us from eating out!) Only small gripe was that the seating was a little firm.

Comfy and very central apartment. The receptionists working were always nice and helpful. The only complaint are the elevator. One of them was quite wonky and me and my friends even got stuck in it, luckily we got help after half an hour or something like it. Felt a little uneasy to use the same elevator during the rest of the week. Would recommend it to friends and other people visiting Liverpool.

The Cove in Liverpool is a perfect location to explore the city. Mathew St is within a few minutes walk, a wide selection of restaurants and shops a few feet from the hotel. The reception area is always staffed, Diego and the team were very welcoming and helpful. The place is immaculate and has everything we need for a group of 5. This place is highly recommended. Please note, Paradise St is not accessible by car, if you have a car, the garage entrance is at the back.

Excellent location right in the centre of Liverpool with the Albert Dock, museums, cathedrals, the station etc all within easy walking distance. Secure parking was available for £20 a night and worth using. Staff were excellent and communication prior to and during our stay was perfect. The apartment was very clean and with separate bedrooms, a small kitchen, a fridge freezer etc it was so much better being here than a typical hotel. Only very minor improvement I could suggest would be the furniture some of which is a little on the cheaper side (the mattress on the sofa bed is super thin and uncomfortable) but it’s perfectly fine for a few days and I would happily stay here again if still priced competitively. Great stay. Thank you.

Having previously given a five star rating, on this visit we've had to give it a two. First of all the room we were given was half the size of the one we had before and yet we were charged about £170 more. The boiler didn't work for the first night and there was no fix for this so we had to trek 5 floors down and use a spare bathroom when we needed showers. Maintenance tried saying there was nothing wrong with the boiler despite us having pictures showing an error. It happened again another evening but managed to sort it ourselves. The room was so so noisy too, despite being five floors up, you can hear every conversation on paradise Street, I think the window seals need replacing as it was also letting in a draft. Overall the room was quite grubby/ needed tlc. Lots of stains on walls, shower leaked and door frames blown in the bathroom

The apartments are in a great location - right next to John Lewis and a few minutes to the docks. Lovely and clean. Couple of niggles though....Lack of storage space - no wardrobe to hang clothes. Had to dry hair in the hallway as no mirror near to plug anywhere else.

Perfectly located if you’re visiting Liverpool as a tourist as you’re in the heart of the shopping district and just a short walk to museums and dock. The apartments are tastefully designed and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and useful things like washing up liquid and dish cloths are provided - although I couldn’t find a chopping board and you need to bring your own dishwasher tablets. There were four of us staying in our two bed apartment (including a teen and a tween) and there wasn’t enough hot water for us all to have a shower! Meant the first morning we had to wait for the immersion heater to heat more water. We found some instructions telling us the hot water would only last for 2/3 showers! Not ideal when the apartment is booked specifically for four people! The only other glitch is there wasn’t an extractor fan in the bathroom (assumed it would turn on when the light was on) so we had to prop the bathroom door open to clear the steam. Would recommend and will book again!

Filtered for properties with Air Conditioning, they didn’t have A/C. And, the windows were ‘security locked’ and only open a small crack. It was 60 degrees outside, but over 80 in our apartment the entire time. Will never stay there again.

Amazing apartment. Perfect location in the middle of everything. Super clean and spacious. Quick and easy check in and check out. The room had lots of amenities to use if needed. The only things I would say is our room was over the Escape Room place with a bar. This bar was noisy throughout the night so if you are a light sleeper, it might be worth asking for a room facing the streets. The room was also warm as it is Summer so be prepared for that too. Would highly recommend staying here and will be definitely returning!

Fantastic accommodation, perfectly located & super helpful staff. The only minor issue we had was that the lights from the shops on Paradise St are a bit like Blackpool illuminations & are on all night, the rooms overlooking that street could really do with curtains that block out the lights better & the sofa beds are in desperate need of an extra thick mattress topper as they’re not the most comfortable. I wouldn’t let this distract from staying there though. Absolutely loved the place & will be back

Modern, clean, simple but comprehensive lodging. Has all you need for a short stay. We stayed 5 nights and had all we needed. When our clothes washing machine failed, a new one was installed within the day. Staff is available 24/7 and very helpful. I would stay with Cove again.

The property was really good and in an excellent location. Easy to find and if you’re doing touristy stuff , spot on. It provided everything I would have expected. However, we were without hot water for the first morning of our stay, so we were unable to shower etc. the on site staff initially suggested I should just ‘push a boost button’ which I dutifully did, but an hour later there was still no hot water. Eventually they agreed to send maintenance who told us the ‘boost’ button is not an option any more because of the way the timers are set up. They went on to reset the whole system and advised we should have hot water within a few hours. We wasted a morning as a consequence as I had to push for somewhere for us to shower in the mean time. A different room was offered for showering only. Fortunately when we returned later in the day we did have hot water.

This was my second stay at Cove Paradise Street and it was wonderful. On my arrival I received a lovely welcome from the amazing Jack and Reece. In my room there was a welcome back card from Leonie and the Cove Team, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated. Again my room was calming and decorated beautifully. Thank you all for an excellent stay.

The reception staff were excellent & tried to assist us when a small change in our booking, but Expedia- Hotel.Com were extremely disappointing, changing staff with responses & actually lying about communication with the hotel - this is evidence based & backed up by emails. Hotel staff Outstanding. The central location is perfect for a visit to Liverpool.

This property is at a great location, within the Liverpool One shopping center area. It is very close to the port area, other city attractions, and the Lime Street train station. We can cook simple meals with everything provided in the kitchen. We were also allowed to check-in early due to a injury my husband suffered right before our trip. The staff is very helpful and considerate.

I think the best location anyone could ask for. Walk friendly for The Cavern Quarter, along with Albert Docks. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and even small grocers. The apartment itself was truly fully furnished, including coffee and tea - even laundry detergent for 2 loads in the washer/dryer combo conveniently located within the apartment.
