Went there for the Rally and was surprised that this was more like a motel 6 than a resort. First thing was the room smelled worse than the bottom of an ashtray. There were no other rooms available so we were stuck in there. My clothes all smell like cigarettes! Bed was comfy and the place was clean but very run down. the towels are thin and rough and smaller than a normal towel. The door is hard to close so you really have to slam it and I am sure the other folks love that. Basics of a TV and small fridge work. Hot tub is nice and the outdoor seating by the river is really nice. It did the job but don't expect a resort!

Property was in a convenient location. Breakfast was good. Drinks weren’t stocked at the bar. Bar tenders weren’t sure where things were placed. Coffee & cookies/donuts were not stocked. Hot tub was down for 2/3 days we were there. Front desk check in claimed card didn’t work through online check in and wouldn’t try to run it with the chip reader. Property was a little run down but for the price was ok. Trolley was awesome.

Room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. Pieces of garbage actually laying on the floor. No manager available during the weekend?!?!

The entry door were filthy and looked greasy for the 3 days we were there. The elevator floor was very dirty and was that way our whole stay as well. When going into the room the light switch at the door did not turn on a light. There was large hair balls on the floor. The bathroom was small and very little countertop area. The bathroom had been painted very poorly. There was a hole in the shower that was repaired with a rough 1.5ft x 2ft plaster patch. Was very disappointed for this being a Wyndham property

Not very clean and smelled of cigarettes. Multiple maintenance needs such as bad ceiling tiles, shower curtain rod detaching from wall, bathroom fan badly rattling. The hot tub had a nasty film build-up on the tiles and so was unusable. I would not stay here again, and would look for somewhere closer to downtown that was hopefully cleaner.

We stayed last year at the same time. The rooms were much cleaner. This year the bathroom floor was filthy. The hook was falling of the bathroom door, the frame around the door to go outside was not even attached to the wall and the key card spot on the other door cover kept falling off.

I don't think the air conditioner unit had been cleaned in a decade, it was caked with filth and therefore froze up. When we talked to the front desk they said maintenance was gone for the day so they would look at it tomorrow. We asked for another room and were told that they couldn't move us to another room because housekeeping wasn't there to clean our room so that it could be rented if they needed it, they did offer us a fan. So their plan if housekeeping was there would be to move us to another room and put someone else in the room with the busted AC knowing that it was frozen up and unusable. Freezer in the fridge had so much ice on it that the door wouldn't close. In the second room we had, you had to put a lot of force to open and close because the door stuck. There was an event in town so we paid $188/night for no AC and froze up fridge. Never again!

The room was immaculate, and the view was spectacular!! Unfortunately for such a nice room, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (hard as a rock). My husband and I didn't sleep at all and he can usually sleep anywhere. We've stayed at lower end hotels that have beds that are a lot more comfortable.

Great Creek running behind rooms, with great views. Didn't like that. You could hear the people walking around upstairs constantly. Every door in our room had to be forced to get shut. Nothing shut easily so it was noisy!

Our stay was nice, only thing that was an issue was our room was very muggy all the time. Even with the AC,a personal fan we brong with us and the window open. It was so damp you could just feel it on everything!!! That room need major ventilation done ASAP! We stayed for 6 days, and left during the day so there was plenty of time to it to dry out!!

Booked a family suit per their website could sleep 5 got their an told me the room not available she will put me in a queen double room let her now thats not going to work need the extra space she booked me for another room charged me for it even tho it there fault for not have it open after receiving email that it was confirmed ,and on top of that we discussed a 2 night stay an she booked for one night in the extra room after i left the front desk alreay frustrated get the text from hotel that check is the next day after just speaking with front desk not even 5 min ago, head back down stairs where she tells me i would have to come back in tomorrow morning an check out an check back in.. the only good thing about this is the manager called me the next day and got the room situation fixed he was very helpful but his staff needs work

I can't think of any complaints! Facility was clean, safe with excellent amenities. Your staff were top of the line - I would like to extend a special THANK YOU to the young man who checked us in and out. He went totally out of his way to assist us. We had oxygen tanks delivered - he went out of his way to deliver them to our room (137) and to answer all questions - he exhibited warmth and consideration related to health impaired person as well as showing humor. Please reward him if you can for going so out of his way. !! Thank You !!

The terrace/patio was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning. It was quiet and peaceful. The creek running through is the perfect backdrop. All of the staff we encountered from the front desk to the bar and everyone in between was so helpful and accommodating.

The property is in a beautiful setting. Easy parking. We arrived an hour before check in; were given the keys to our room without issue. My main complaint was with the check in; staff just handed us our key. Never went over the anemities of the resort. Our room was clean, but the reclining chair was broken; towel rack in the bathroom was on the floor.

Nice hotel to stay in for our visit. I loved the back patio looking out into the wilderness with the river running behind it. We were on the lower level in 125 and it was a little noisy with the people walking in the room above us, that was the only issue. The door open to the parking lot which was very convenient, the bed was comfortable. A restaurant next door and an easy walk into town or able to take the trolley. We definitely enjoyed our stay

Was on a three day ride on the Mickelson Trail and this Hotel is right on the Trail. This was a great place to stay, get a night's rest and shower before hitting the trail in the morning.

The hotel rooms were clean, well-maintained, and met our needs comfortably. However, the property itself could benefit from some updates. We arrived at 2:30 PM and attempted to check in early, but our room was not ready yet. Despite this, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and provided a warm and informative introduction to her town. For overseas travelers, it’s worth confirming when booking whether a ground-floor room is available, as some second-level rooms do not have elevator access. The hotel is situated at the far end of town, about a 25-minute walk from the center. Parking in the town center is paid, but there is a trolley transit service that stops at various locations, including hotels, the main street, and casinos. As of this writing, the fare is $2 per person per ride.

The room was adequate. You get what you pay for. However, there is NO continental breakfast as advertised. That description NEEDS to be changed on the Hotels.com website. They have a juice machine in what was a breakfast room and then they put cookies out in the casino lobby, some days donuts. That’s their continental breakfast. This is their ongoing practice. It was not a one time slip-up. For breakfast food, they direct you to the restaurant in the shared parking lot. They tell you they have good prices and large portions, like that’s supposed to make everything okay. There is NO continental breakfast at this hotel! Please update your description.

Room smelled like smoke, but staff was nice and moved us to new room. Hotel was quiet, and having creek by patio was nice. Website shows pizza resturant and bar on site, it was all gone. That was dissappointing because we planned to eat on site.

The front desk guy told me there would be donuts and coffee in the little break room. One morning there was coffee and no Donuts the other morning there was donuts and no coffee. My room had the loudest exhaust fan ever in the bathroom. The shower drain was super slow so the bathtub would fill up with water while you showered.

Advertised restaurant service was horrible. Tried evening (waitress went home sick, after serving drinks) nobody picked our table after she left, plus we no longer wanted our drinks served by her. Manager finally picked up our table after complaining. Gave us 25% off on our meal. Food was good. Morning tried again. Got coffee and took our order. We then sat there for 45 minutes watching others get food who came in after us. Once again asked for a manager, none available, WHAT. Got up and walked out, complained to management in the hotel.
