Hotel was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The Staff was friendly. Options for parking were underground parking and parking across the street. Gym was clean and in good shape - however 2 of the 4 treadmills were not working when we were there. Definitely will book this hotel again.

Chose this hotel because you can walk to everything Deadwood. Attached casino and MGM area have brand name quick foods and coffee. Room was clean and very nice. Staff was excellent. Parking always full even for rewards members. Annoying parking 3 blocks away when hotel says across the St.

This hotel is on Main St, other reviews complained about paying for parking. All the hotel charge for parking on Main St. Car Show was going on, live bands, classics cars. Loved the upper decks with seating and fire pits. Lounge 2nd floor with outside seating overlooking Main St. loved everything this hotel offered.

Outdoor deck with gas fire rings was charming. Rooms were spacious with high ceilings. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Casino downstairs was a bit understaffed but it was enjoyable. I’ll be back!

The hotel had a super friendly gentleman in a golf cart to direct you to the lobby to check in and parking which was needed as it was very confusing. The hotels parking lot was full and had to park across the street, not a big deal, but confusing and weird that they don’t have enough parking on site.

Room was not clean .bed sheets had stains smelled like it wasnt even changed.Toilet had urine around at base on floor .floors not cleaned.Nice hotel but if they continue to not check on their cleaning crew this hotel will be very dirty.I had to change my own sheets cause they had only one person at desk all night .

Very nice property. The room cleaning is every other day. I don't have a problem with that, however, they did not do a very good job of picking up when they did come in. They gave us new towels and that was it...no toilet paper refill, no wastebasket empty, did not wipe down anything. The hotel is right in the center of the "strip". You can easily walk to Cadillac Jacks on the one end or to the Siverado on the other end. The parking ramp is ok... there are no windows in the holes in the walls so anyone can walk in there. However, there is a parking lot attendant there most of the time. Parking was $20/night which was ok. There is no staff at the desk late at night or in the early morning. You can contact them on a video chat. The hotel and location seemed very safe. I walked alone at night and did not feel unsafe at all. I did have a concern that anyone from the street could access the hotel via the elevator or stairs but again, safe area. There is a Starbucks, sub shop and pizza place on sight. The casino was clean. Drinks were timely in the casino. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

At 8pm we called the front desk to request body wash because the container in the shower was empty. They said they would send someone up and no one ever came up. We couldn’t use the coffee maker because it was filthy and the we didn’t store any water in the fridge because it was completely dirty like something was spilled in there and the smell was awful. Once you start experiencing things like that you start to notice all the other flaws and how unkempt the facility is. It’s extremely close to the Main Street of town, parking is covered and $20/ night.

Check in clerk was rude and very condescending. Not sure of their name, no name tag. I got charged for two rooms and then was treated poorly by the clerk when I questioned it. I have stayed several times and never been charged for the first night before I even checked in. The front desk clerk Mackenzie was amazing, sweet and friendly Saturday morning when I went to questions all the charges again because the first clerk was not helpful. Mackenzie got it all straightened out and spoke to me with respect. The bathroom floor was filthy. Not sure when it was mopped last time but wasn’t in the last week. Hair and dusty bunnies in between the vanity and shower and my dark colored bag had dust all over the bottom of it when I picked it up to leave. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Heat worked well and it was quiet. The restaurant had a good breakfast this morning with a small variety, decent prices and the waitress was great. We will stay again.

The hotel is in a great location. Close walking to all other locations on Main Street. The hotel is updated and modern. Our room was nice, but lacking a few things to improve the rating. The bathroom does not have a fan and has a sliding barn door with no lock on it. There room did not have any extra blanket or pillow. The hotel charges $20/night for parking.

Nice hotel. They charge $20 to park, but it's covered & quick access if you need your vehicle. The closet was pretty small, but we only stayed 1 night. Didn't need to hang much clothing. Bathroom was nice. Wish these hotels realized barn doors on the bathroom looks cute, but not functional for privacy! Nice to be able to walk to the local restaurants and bars and shopping instead of driving.

The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. When you use the gel in the shower the shower pan becomes very slippery. Reported this at checkout response was “yes we know, you could ask for a mat”. How would I know to ask for a mat in a safety issue.

We were accused of stealing, making someone feel uncomfortable and being loud and obnoxious when we were sitting quietly in the lobby. Hotel staff have no skills to resolve conflict. Police were called. Accused us of the following above and did nothing after reviewing the security footage. Poor staff skills, just don’t engage with them and your stay will be great. We did end up leaving the hotel after. We don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable! Still waiting on a refund, keep getting the run around.

We also had a strict timeline to abide by in the morning so we were disappointed that breakfast was not out when it states that it opens. We waited 30 min before finding something on the way.

I didn’t like that there was no receptionist and I had to call at the kiosk for 20 minutes and then had to walk down to the welcome center late at night, not convenient with a sleeping child

Our 1st night in Deadwood, we stayed at a hotel further down Main Street on the way out of town. That hotel was pretty run down and in need of updates. We moved to Four Points for out 2nd night and there is a world of difference. Everything is newer and cleaner. The location was great for our evening walk down Main to try our luck at several casinos along the way. I felt totally safe even though it was relatively dark at 10 pm. It’s early September and the tourist season seems to be winding down. The weather is perfect and it’s still a great time to visit. We also enjoyed the outside fire pit by the lobby bar. I highly recommend the Four Points.

Good sized room over looking main street, but noisy early morning. Breakfast was available & tasty with a friendly guy ensuring all the hit dishes were topped up. Easy access to all the restaurants in Main Street. Enjoyed our stay & and would recommend.

There was no service the entire stay. Dissapointed in customer care. Even upun check in I was told by staff the place was over priced for what you got. The breakfast was horrible, I couldn't believe they charged for it. I had better food in the military.

Only issue with staff was at check in. He was rude because I booked off a 3rd party site and treated me like I was less of a customer. Maybe he was having a bad day but his attitude with the person in front of me was completely different. Nice and present with him. Overall the hotel is great! The fine dining was fantastic! Convenient too!!

Nice place to stay. Fire pit patio areas very nice. Breakfast was cold & tasteless, eat at Legends Steakhouse for a beautiful breakfast. Expect to pay extra for parking $20 US for security parking. Fire alarms went off at 6:30 am,, so we all had to evacuate hotel. Broken sprinkler on the parking lot. Convenient location easy to walk Main Street Deadwood

This hotel was nice, we were immediately greeted by a gentlemen in the parking garage who was outrageously helpful and kind. The woman who checked us into our room was a little grumpy but it was busy and the gentlemen in the parking garage had already given me all the info I needed for the most part. The hotel was clean, great beds, great shower pressure, but the pillows were kind of awful and flat but it was a minor issue compared to how nice everything else was. The gym was fantastic, the breakfast was wonderful, there was always coffee available, and the hotel feels safe and is convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again.

The property is very nice and still has a new carpet smell. The rooms are large and comfortable. However, parking is $19 a day unless you want to walk a bunch more. There’s no breakfast buffet, it’s a menu order at an onsite cafe. No gluten free options for me as a celiac, not even eggs, not sure why in that one. Second morning, there was no cafe option as the cook called in sick and therefore there was no coffee or even ice water in the lobby that morning. Apparently you must be a cook to make coffee and put out ice water at this joint. We were told to go to a restaurant or Starbucks to replace our complimentary coffee. Feel like the hotel should’ve at least given us a coupon or something to offset the cost since this is a service they say they provide.
