They charge you to park and don’t tell you and then they charge you twice daily for parking. That’s ripping people off!

Our room was clean. Location was great. They have nice amenities but the pool needs cleaning.

I had to extend our stay two times and Alexis was fantastic in helping our family. The pool area was nice with an outside grilling area. Plenty of parking including electric cars. Breakfast is a very nice compliment to our mornings and had great options and cooked well. Free WiFi along with a nice lobby area to sit and relax.

The covered parking was nice in the heat. There was an issue with an elevator and fire alarm that went off a few times but the staff seemed to be taking care of it.

The place was amazing, the only drawback was they have a pool, but they don’t clean it.

This hotel has two Tesla chargers, but one of them is situated in the handicapped parking spot. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers convenient Tesla charging, you might need to search for a supercharger nearby.

I have stayed there numerous times and this time, unfortunately, the room smelled. The staff was great in trying to help remove the smell.

The property is very clean. The room is very well kept. The staff is courteous and friendly. Tremendous value for the price. It is about 15 minutes from downtown Austin so perfect if you have a vehicle.

Had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were nice at check in and it was a very smooth process. Rooms had a really nice kitchenette and the breakfast had a good variety. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time we’re in Austin!

This hotel was amazing except for one very big problem. The shower flooded the bathroom and the water did not go to the drain, but rather to broken brick in the kitchen, and it would take multiple towels to clean up the mess. If not for that major inconvenience, it would have been rated 5 out of 5.

Excellent customer service from everyone I encountered from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. However, I did notice the walls are quite thin in the hotel. I was disturbed by my next door neighbor. He turned on his TV so loud the wall was vibrating and I was unable to sleep. Staff was 10/10. Walls were 0/10.

Very friendly staff but with all of the options in this area, this place seems expensive for what you get. It is definitely in need of repair and updating. My flooring was cracked and coming up which was worrisome. The rooms and bath are very small. Parking is tight with all sorts of signs about taking everything with you which made me wonder how safe the area is.

Everything about his hotel is effortless and comfortable. The room is beautiful, has a full kitchen (including cooktop) super comfy bed and big walk in shower. Delicious breakfast. Well equipped gym. Easy access location. It is a great deal

This was such a great hotel! It was very clean, quiet, well sized and adjusting the temperature was easy. It came with a large fridge, dishwasher, iron, table/desk, couch TV and walk in shower. The bed was also comfortable! Oh and the free breakfast was great, tons of food options! Next time we stay in Austin we'll definitely come back here!

I have stayed here a couple of times before, and it has been fine. This time was different. I arrived for check in after 6 pm. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. I went over to the "office" and no one answered. The phone rang and rang, and no one came. Another man came up behind me and needed change. He and I waited several minutes. A few minutes later, another man came up and started getting food from the "In a Pinch" area. When the lady finally came, she said she had been helping someone upstairs. She did not introduce herself. She started checking me in, then stopped to help the man, who was third in line, with the snacks he picked out. She took down his information so she could add it to his bill. When she finished that, she finished that, she finished with my check in and handed me my key. I could barely hear her. She mentioned where the elevator was but that was it. She did not mention when breakfast was on the weekend. She didn't say thanks for have a great evening, or any sort of parting gesture. When I got to my room, the TV was not on. It is usually on with a Welcome greeting. Not this time. I could not even find the remote. I was only there for a short stay, so I didn't have time to watch TV but I made it a point to tell the person at checkout the remote was gone. I went down at 6:34 and again at 7:45 am to see the front desk person, but there wasn't anyone there. I finally got the food prep girl to get someone .

We had a late flight and arrived at our hotel around midnight to learn that they had overbooked rooms and cancelled our reservation. They said they contacted us to let us know, but that was by email just two hours before we arrived (so the email was sent when we were on our flight and didn\'t see it). The hotel staff was not very helpful, nor did they have much information about why a room I pre-paid for 6 months in advance was not available. The attitude was like "oh well - too bad!". After much back and forth, they sent us to a "sister property" (a Fairfield Inn) miles away on the side of the freeway, in a smaller room and we had to pay for the room AGAIN out of pocket, and they charged us $60 more than what I had paid for my original room reservation. By that time it was 2am and we were just desperate to get some rest as we were traveling as a family with kids. The next day, Expedia did issue me a refund for my original reservation (but not the one night I paid for the Fairfield Inn). We moved to a different hotel for the rest of our stay (not a Marriott!) as we were so put off by the experience with the front desk staff at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Austin Northwest.

Airbnb/Host left us hanging for the F1race. We had to find last minute accommodations for 6 and with a fridge because we had all our groceries with us for the weekend. This suite was perfect and not expensive for a Thursday night. Also more importantly, the manager helped us out greatly with taking care of our groceries til we found a place again instead of booking a room just for groceries. A kindness we won’t forget!

In a 3 night stay we didn't get house keeping service even when we asked for it twice. The last time we were told they were very busy with limited staff. That is part of the service we are paying for.

Excellent long term stay in North Austin. Everything was great, especially the help of Nicole.

There was one person doing check in, and there must have been a problem because the man in front of me was on the phone. The young lady finally asked another to come over to help. I did not get the young lady's name who came over to help me while the one working check-in was helping other guests. Anyway, she was super friendly and got me checked in quickly without any problems. She let me know where the closest elevator was and the time for breakfast on Saturday.

We went to Austin for a soccer game at Q2 stadium, this hotel is conveniently located near the stadium the The Domain restaurants and shopping areas.

Property is tucked away in an industrial area so there is a lot of privacy and it was quiet on the weekend. Covered parking for some cars, first come first served. Staff was friendly and informative. Location of property is close to shopping and dining. Highly recommend.

If I knew the location initially I would not have stayed here cause I had to drive 25 minutes to everything I went to. Other than that, this property is fantastic, clean, staff were excellent, check in was easy, breakfast was perfect. We have no complaints especially with the price.

Great location for Austin FC games

Property was in north Austin, out of the way, yet short ride to Domain shopping and some good eats. Nice quiet location. No walkable amenities except one restaurant. No park nearby, no shopping, just business strip buildings.

The hotel is in a remote area, with few options A walkable distance.

Good location near shopping and the soccer stadium. Newer and very clean. Free breakfast also offered.

Nice newer hotel, not in the domain as stated, but close to it. Spacious room, very clean. Comfy bed and pillow. It has a nice kitchen with fridge, cooktop, micro, dishwasher. Helpful peole at the reception desk. Two complaints: breakfast not up-to-par with a four-star hotel. No veggies, a few fruits, no cheese. Disappointing breafast. The lady at the reception said that they have a new manager who is going to change the breskfast. My second complaint: No safe in the room. If breakfast were better, it will be a near-perfect hotel.

We recently stayed here, and unfortunately, my experience during breakfast was very disappointing. The hotel was not prepared for guests at breakfast time. Many of the food items were finished, and the staff repeatedly said, "We\'re out" throughout the couple of days that we stayed. Additionally, the area designated for breakfast was far too small to accommodate all the guests. This resulted in long lines, only to find empty serving dishes once reaching the front. I hope the hotel can improve its breakfast service to better meet the needs of its guests in the future.

It was so wonderful experienced. We really liked the bed there. It’s so comfortable. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast that has a variety of selection and we enjoyed the big breakfast are there.
