Downtown Boho Oasis w/ Firepit & Game Rm w/ Marvel Arcade, Sleeps 8, Wills Park

Very pleased. My wife is a retired RN and daughter a practicing RN and they are used to a very clean environment. This property was just that. The enclosed garage with ping pong table , dart board and electronic game was a major win for all of us. Very safe environment, nice neighborhood, upscale area in general and close to our baseball venues. Would definitely stay here again. Communication top shelf. We had a visit each morning with a doe deer that fed through every morning g and most nights. I gave 5 stars for every aspect and only 4 for value but I probably should have.

We had a wonderful stat. I have 3 well behaved labs, and she made an exception to allow us to stay here. The space was perfect for our family and them while we had to be out of our house to get the floors redone. She went out of her way to make sure everything you could possibly need was there, much more than any other VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Usually there’s one or two paper towel rolls maybe a backup toilet paper roll some coffee pods without creamer… you get my vibe. That was not the case here. She had everything you could imagine to make your stay really comfortable. And you didn’t have to run to Publix and buy every little thing to do so. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer worked great, everyone did great while we waited to get back into our house.It is an older home that they have fully remodeled. They’ve done a nice job with it, but just be aware that’s what you’re getting. It reminded us of the house that we lived in before our current one. So it felt very homey and familiar. But it also feels like it was just redone because it’s so nice and clean and well kept. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it’s right next to Will Park, which is a bonus. Especially when walking three dogs!

My family was in Alpharetta for a wedding reception in Downtown Alpharetta. I booked this property because it looked nice, it was only a few minutes from the venue and it would accommodate our whole family. Boy was I in for a surprise!!! This was one of the best experiences we have had in a rental property. Everything was extremely comfortable and exceptionally well appointed. Everything in the home is exactly as pictured and was meticulously cleaned. Our host, Kaylee had thought of so many things to make our stay more relaxing and special. The full entertainment area in the basement was so helpful and having all of the games in the recreation area provided lots of entertainment for kids of all ages. I especially loved the special coffee / tea station which even included nice flavoring syrups. Though we were not there long enough to enjoy relaxing around the firepit, we did enjoy microwave s'more using the items from the generous s'more bar she provided. Our only regret was that we didn't have longer to stay....I highly recommend this rental unit to anyone coming to the Alpharetta area!

Overall, we had a nice stay and the property itself was comfortable and well-kept. However, we did run into an issue with the basement pull out couch. The sheets and blankets had noticeable stains, which made them unusable for us. Because of that we ended up relying on the throw blankets for the weekend instead. Aside from this, everything else was good. With a bit more cleanliness for the bedding, this would have been a great stay.
