This apartment is very convenient to the T and walkable to the historic sites. Amy has thought of everything and communicates extremely well. Her apartment is fully stocked, spacious, and full of light. We had a wonderful stay!

Location is perfect! We walked everywhere from this location or took the T. We had a week long vacation in Maine and ended our trip in Boston- we all slept the best at this VRBO. Condo was clean, beds were great, kitchen had everything you wouldNeed. The living room was cozy. We never felt unsafe at this location. The host Amy was extremely responsive and we so appreciated that. I would recommend and stay here again!

Our family of 5 (all adults) visited Boston for 3 nights and the rental was perfect for us. Clean, plenty of room and in a great area one block from Boston Common & start of the freedom trail. Walking distance to north side and the harbor. Super easy checking in & out. Public parking a block away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent experience! Our family of 5 (including 3 young boys) stayed at this lovely apartment for 3 nights in August during a trip to Boston. The location was ideal - around the corner from the Boston Commons, and centrally located within walking distance to just about everything (little Italy, Chinatown, freedom trail sites, USS Constitution, etc.). There is public parking nearby (we parked in the Lafayette garage, easy walk to the apartment).The apartment itself was spotlessly clean; bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were clean and comfortable; we all slept well. There were board games and books that our boys enjoyed during our stay. The location of this apartment is as good as it gets! We didn't rent a car, just walked. Everywhere! Public trans is close by if you chose! Shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores are also nearby. Amy is a wonderful host, responsive and informative. Visited Boston for 3 nights, 2 people. The property was great! Location, location, location. We could walk to everything! The apartment was roomy and well stocked. We were on a family trip with 3 adult children. There were lots of towels and full size kitchen. Communication with Amy was easy and she was super helpful!

This was a great place for our family to stay! We have small children and teenagers and it accommodated everyone. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer and kitchen and it was very clean. It was centrally located and we were able to walk to the Boston Common, Aquarium, and North End. It was also close to the train station and it was easy to get anywhere else on the train. It was as you'd expect, with city noise and downtown character once you got outside. Overall, it really worked for us and was very functional.

We were able to pull together a few days for a family vacation with our older teens/young adult children around a college orientation. The communication with Amy was timely and detail-oriented, the property was clean, well-stocked and well-maintained. The location was wonderful, with easy T access and easy walking to so many parts of the city due to the central location. It was so nice to have a grocery close to pick up a few things to have for breakfast, etc. We hope to stay here again when we return for college visits!

We had an awesome stay at this place in downtown Boston! The location honestly couldn’t be better—just steps from Boston Common, shops, restaurants, and the subway. We walked everywhere.The apartment itself was super clean, bright, and had tons of space for our group. The beds were really comfortable, and we loved hanging out in the living room after long days exploring. The big TV and comfy couch were perfect for movie nights. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer right there was a big plus.Amy was a great host—really responsive and made everything super easy. Not only was the apartment spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked for a group of friends to get together. The location just can't be beat! Walking distance to many of the best sights in Boston, the subway to get everywhere else, and the train station for getting into and out of town! And it's on a popular pedestrianized street, so literally in the thick of it. Great spot and great host who was available at a moments notice for any questions. Highly recommend!

This apartment is right where you want to be in Boston. It is within walking distance of food, shopping and most attractions. The apartment is spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. We had a lovely stay and Amy the owner even brought us a Japanese cheesecake which was delicious. She was always available for any questions and was absolutely wonderful! When we come back to Boston, this is where we will stay!

We stayed for 3 nights to discover Boston. The accommodation is located in a pedestrian street, very central and close to the metropolitan train. The rooms are great and spacious enough for a group of 6, up to 8. The apartment was clean and ready to use. The owner is really responsive and paying attention to the quality of our stay. We really appreciate the time spent in Boston to discover the downtown and its historic places from there. Now regarding the furnitures and appliances available, as we came from a road trip with comparison with other places, we can rate it honestly only with a 4-star. To reach grade, a better TV that is not freezing in the middle of each show in the living room and better mattress in the 2 main bedrooms would be great. An electric boiler would achieve the mark. Currently the price is a bit dear in regard of these comments to reach the premium level that this place deserves. Be also aware that the 2 main bedrooms are on the street side of the flat, on the 5th floor. No noise from the street but only the loud noise of the fan air conditioning system of the superstore building that is on the other side of the street. Sensitive sleeper must knows this detail. But this is inerrant to big cities.

We had an awesome stay at this place in downtown Boston! The location honestly couldn’t be better—just steps from Boston Common, shops, restaurants, and the subway. We walked everywhere.The apartment itself was super clean, bright, and had tons of space for our group. The beds were really comfortable, and we loved hanging out in the living room after long days exploring. The big TV and comfy couch were perfect for movie nights. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer right there was a big plus.Amy was a great host—really responsive and made everything super easy. Amy’s apartment is in the perfect location to walk anywhere in Boston. It is clean, well organized, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Amy let us drop our luggage off early and communicated with us throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will stay there again the next time in Boston.

Excellent experience! Our family of 5 (including 3 young boys) stayed at this lovely apartment for 3 nights in August during a trip to Boston. The location was ideal - around the corner from the Boston Commons, and centrally located within walking distance to just about everything (little Italy, Chinatown, freedom trail sites, USS Constitution, etc.). There is public parking nearby (we parked in the Lafayette garage, easy walk to the apartment).The apartment itself was spotlessly clean; bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were clean and comfortable; we all slept well. There were board games and books that our boys enjoyed during our stay. The host was very attentive and responsive, from booking to check-in and throughout our stay.Overall, we had an amazing experience! Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this apartment is as good as it gets! We didn't rent a car, just walked. Everywhere! Public trans is close by if you chose! Shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores are also nearby. Amy is a wonderful host, responsive and informative. Visited Boston for 3 nights, 2 people. Apartment was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, w/d if you needed and kitchen was well stocked, however, other than coffee in the am, we didn't eat there, we were out and about! Great place! Exactly as listed and superb location to walk to everything or catch the subway to a destination. Had everything we needed. The only minor issue was getting transportation to stop at our location, since it is on a section where vehicles can’t drive…pedestrian only road. However, we only had to walk down the block to get dropped off or picked up by uber. Overall, lovely place!

Not only was the apartment spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked for a group of friends to get together. The location just can't be beat! Walking distance to many of the best sights in Boston, the subway to get everywhere else, and the train station for getting into and out of town! And it's on a popular pedestrianized street, so literally in the thick of it. Great spot and great host who was available at a moments notice for any questions. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 (all adults) visited Boston for 3 nights and the rental was perfect for us. Clean, plenty of room and in a great area one block from Boston Common & start of the freedom trail. Walking distance to north side and the harbor. Super easy checking in & out. Public parking a block away. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place for our family to stay! We have small children and teenagers and it accommodated everyone. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer and kitchen and it was very clean. It was centrally located and we were able to walk to the Boston Common, Aquarium, and North End. It was also close to the train station and it was easy to get anywhere else on the train. It was as you'd expect, with city noise and downtown character once you got outside. Overall, it really worked for us and was very functional.

Communication and check in easy. Tight apartment especially kitchen area. Outside was noisy Saturday night but in the heart of Boston. Close to Chinatown and Boston Common and only 15 minute walk to North end. Access to subway station essentially next door.
