our room design was very uncomfortable - next to one side of the Bed was a pillar that mostly blocked access to the desk and coffee maker behind so you can't use the chair next to it. emergency and exit light are constantly on so room is never completely Dark But The main issue we had is they don't offer any luggage keeping service. Unfortunately, we only found out about this upon checking out and had to walk a few blocks with all our luggage to a locker facility with no elevator. the Hotel has no Lobby so you can seat and relax and wait for a taxi just a shabby couch next t to the main desk. hotel location is great. within walking distance to most attractions. many dining and shopping but all in all we paid a very high rate for a hotel that is not worth it other than location. Wont be coming back

L'hotel è stato scelto per la posizione e per la dimensione della camera. E' situato in una vietta molto tranquilla, a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza Monastiraky e Syntagma. Infatti quando siamo atterrati abbiamo preso la comodissima linea 3 della metro che ci ha portato fino a pazza Syntagma e poi a piedi abbiamo raggiunto l'hotel. E' una palazzina completamente ristrutturata , molto probabilmente una volta era un edificio privato. Infatti all'interno la disposizione delle camere e dei corridoi è particolare. La hall è piccolissima, abbiamo avuto avuto contatti alla reception con due ragazze diverse . Una era molto disponibile e cordiale l'altra purtroppo di poche parole e un po' scortese. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'apertura della porta l'ultimo giorno ( abbiamo fatto 3 notti ) perchè ce l 'avevano resettata, ma l'addetta pensava all'inizio che non digitavamo il codice giusto e ci ha accompagnato alla camera un po' seccata. Prima di partire avevamo scritto per sapere se il giorno del check-out ci potevano fornire di un cestino per la colazione, visto che si lasciava l hotel al mattino presto e ci avevano detto di no , ora che ho conosciuto il personale posso immaginare chi ci ha risposto. Invece poi fortunatamente la nostra richiesta è stata accolta e alle 6.30 del giorno della partenza ci hanno fatto trovare una deliziosa breakfast box.Dicevo che l'hotel è nuovissimo, moderno. Grande e comodo ascensore, chiave elettronica in camera e anche per entrare in hotel bisognava digi

This hotel is VERY centrally located. It's a 7 min. walk to Syntagma Square, 5-10 min. walk to Ermou St./Plaka/Voukourestiou St. (main shopping street/shopping bazaar/high end shopping, respectively), 25 min. walk to the top of Lykabettus Hill (fabulous views of Athens), within 20 min. walk of ALL major historic spots (Acropolis, Ancient Agora, Roman Agora, Zeus ruins, Olympic Stadium, museums, and more), and within easy walking distance of a myriad restaurants and eateries. Our room on the 4th floor was quiet, on the smaller side, but clean and modern. It has an open air terrace with a useable bathtub, but open to neighbors so... The buffet breakfast here is excellent w/ yummy sweets and omelets to order. The hotel has no parking, so be aware. Also, driving in Athens is NOT recommended. We really enjoyed our stay here -- it's safe, quiet, well-maintained, and, as mentioned earlier, central to everything! Getting to the airport is cheap and easy, too. Either by bus 5.50 euros, or train 9.50 euros, both from Syntagma Square. Recommended strongly.

I liked this hotel, centrally located on a quiet side-street. The staff was very helpful. The room was neat and clean if a bit tight. I liked having the little balcony. The breakfast was wonderful and a big plus for the hotel. I did wish there were extra locks on the door to the room, but none of the other hotels I stayed in while in Greece had these either. It was an easy walk to food and shopping in a safe neighbourhood. Recommended.

Fantastica esperienza con questo hotel, situato in un punto strategico della città (equidistante da sintagma e da monastiraki). Una menzione particolare per la pulizia, impeccabile sia nella stanza che nelle aree comuni dell'hotel, e per la cordialità del personale, sempre sorridente e disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio richiesto. Colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata di buon gusto. Unica pecca è l'assenza del deposito bagagli (li abbiamo comunque lasciati in un'area comune ma nascosta) e la stanza era al piano terra e affacciava direttamente sulla via quindi è stato un po difficile tenere la finestra aperta

I liked the location and the little balcony (it didn't offer a view of anything, but it was nice to have this private little outdoor space). The staff was helpful and friendly and they offered a great breakfast. On the downside, the doors only had electronic locks, but I didn't have any problems. It's a safe walkable neighbourhood.

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans cet hôtel, dont la déco nous a ravis. L'hôtel a été refait à neuf, avec des matériaux de qualité (isolation phonique, par exemple) et avec gout. Stannade två nätter i Aten och bokade detta bara ett par timmar innan vi checkade in. Var ute efter ett centralt hotel och det kunde knappast bli bättre. Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till Akropolis, shopping och många sevärdheter. Rummet var ganska litet (economy) men var väldigt funktionellt och utomordentligt rent och fräscht. Frukosten hade ett bra, noga utvalt sortiment där allt var nylagat. Kändes lyxigt att få pressa sin egen apelsinjuice. Bor gärna här igen!

I am concerned that the linen was not changed after my room was serviced, as I discovered residue from my hair product still present on the pillowcase. The stay was also negatively impacted by the food service and room noise. The breakfast options were quite limited, and the espresso machine was non-functional for my entire six-night stay. Furthermore, the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. While residing on the first floor, I could clearly hear the doorbell from the main entrance (ground level) and the persistent noise of doors slamming from the cleaning crew. This level of external commotion was disruptive and significantly impacted my sleep.

Location was very good. It was a 20 minute walk from the Acropolis and within a few minutes of many dining options. There were als shopping venues within walking distance. The room was clean, upgraded though small. The bathroom was large and had a wonderful shower. The bidet was also appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

We came to the hotel ,they put us in a room with ac that didn’t stop making noise they didnt had no room to move us the told us that we can leave and after we move to a different hotel and pay a lot of money they didnt gave us tne money back . It’s a joke to say its a hotel it’s barely hostel stay away from this place
