The place was as described. Very nicely decorated and located in a perfect area for getting to all of the areas to sight see, shop, etc. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The one negative is the parking. The spots are in back in a narrow alley and aren't large enough unless everyone has a very compact car. Too many obstructions and really difficult to get in especially if the person in the spot next to you keeps inching over. Definitely need improved parking!

Great location in Savannah. Felt very safe the entirety of our stay. Parking was a little tight behind the house, but found ample parking really close to the house for second car. Perfect price for location and size of property. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful place, maybe the cutest rental I've ever stayed in, design wise. Just like it looks in the pictures. Comfortable, good beds, nice living space. Nice bathrooms, good hot water, nice kitchen. You do have to walk through the alley to get to the back stairs but overall the location is really great, near the park and coffee shops and etc. Really enjoyed the stay!

Lovely accommodations, but be aware that you need to be able to climb stairs to get to the unit. Clean, well-stocked with towels, bedding, paper towels and toilet paper. All beds are King and comfortable. Love the bathroom decor! AC works great! Location is a VERY short walk to Forsyth Park and a coffee shop, and a short walk to some restaurants/attractions/sights. It's a bit farther from the River Street area and the squares, but nothing the DOT, Uber or a longer walk down the beautiful streets of Savannah can't take care of. No complaints. Would recommend!

My bridesmaids and I stayed in this fabulous condo for my bachelorette weekend. The photos do not do the space justice. It is so beautifully curated and comfortable for six girls to stay in over the weekend. The location is amazing and had plenty to do close by. The only drawbacks to the space is that the unit is up a flight of stair and the parking space is small and the driveway is hard to pull into. In the grand scheme of things these were barely drawbacks, and I could not recommend you stay here more.

Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend. House was clean and comfortable, it also has everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Quite area but still close to things we were doing. The 1 assigned parking spot (which we were aware of) is very tight. I have a small small SUV and it hardly fit. Yes you do have other parking available on the street so it all works out well.

This house was perfect for our trip! Super easy to get Ubers and to the downtown area. We had no problem finding street parking. Parking lot for our unit was very tight, if you have a big vehicle you may not fit. Home was beautiful decorated and beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

This location was perfect for all the things to do in Savannah! This place is decorated so cute & clean. All 3 bedrooms have a king size bed which is hard to find. It worked great for us 3 couples staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again when we come for a visit.

We had a great stay at this home. Our family of 5 visited for 2 nights while touring Savannah. Home is exactly as described. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 beautifully renovated bathrooms, and bright, cozy furnishings were perfect for our family. We did not use the kitchen, so unable to comment on convenience/supplies. Home was very clean. Parking on the street was very easy and convenient. Location to Forsyth Park was wonderful. Would highly recommend this home. (Available coffee for brewing would have been the only necessity we were missing as we didn't visit the grocery store for such a quick trip, but the Sentient Bean down the street was wonderful!)

Very cute home, pretty decor and colorful touches made it a unique find. Our teens thought their rooms upstairs were “so fancy.” Enjoyed being so close to Forsyth Park - a couple of us are runners and enjoyed a morning run there and appreciated not having to drive somewhere to find a pretty route. Easy drive to downtown area. The upstairs bedroom beds seemed recently updated but my husband and I were a little sore from the downstairs mattress as it wasn’t as supportive as we are used to and a little saggy. No issues with the pillows though so that helped. I didn’t use the upstairs bathroom and no complaints from the teens. I did see some hairs in the downstairs bathroom and old hair ties on the shower floor, so a deeper clean on that bathroom might be useful. My husband and I also appreciated being on a separate floor from our teens so we could hang out later without keeping them up or wake up earlier without disturbing their sleep. We would likely consider this place again if traveling to the area in the future. For this trip we were just passing through on a road trip on the way to grandparents. Thanks for the stay!

When we arrived at the rental, it was 92 degrees inside. Upon checking the thermostat, I found it set to 50 degrees, likely adjusted by the previous renters or the cleaning crew that day. I left a message for the property manager and received a text response asking about the issue. The property manager promptly sent a handyman, who determined that the air conditioner had a faulty compressor. To escape the heat, we went out to dinner, worried about the possibility of sleeping in such conditions after a long drive from Kentucky. However, the property manager assured us that they would either resolve the problem or provide a full refund. This also meant we might need to find alternative accommodations, leading to a few hours of uncertainty. Fortunately, despite it being a Sunday night, an air conditioning repairman replaced the condenser, resulting in just one uncomfortable night for sleeping. The apartment itself is charming, and my family was very impressed with the space and amenities. Each bedroom had a comfortable king-size bed. The coffee maker and coffee in the pantry made our first morning more enjoyable as the air conditioning caught up and cooled the space overnight. After the first night, our stay was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. Please note that the apartment is on the top two floors, requiring you to climb 3 flights of stairs to enter. I don’t recall that information being in the description so I thought I would share that just in case.

The property looks just like the pictures. Magnificent decor. The place is soft and homey. We just loved our stay. Thank you for stocking the kitchen with all the essentials. We even did a little baking while we were there, dropping our daughter at SCAD. This home is right on Forsythe, walking distance to coffee shops, taco bars, bakeries, bars. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for a wonderful week!

The property was lovely! Just as pictured! The decor is stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and cooking there was a pleasure. The downstairs shower is like a trip to a spa! We all enjoyed it! The furnishings were all high quality and a pleasure to lounge on. We so enjoyed the lovely light in the living room each morning! Proximity to Forsyth Park was lovely! The Saturday farmer's market is not to be missed!

I would definitely stay there again. Please note that the apartment is on the top two floors, requiring you to climb 3 flights of stairs to enter. I don’t recall that information being in the description so I thought I would share that just in case.

This location was perfect for all the things to do in Savannah! This place is decorated so cute & clean. All 3 bedrooms have a king size bed which is hard to find. It worked great for us 3 couples staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again when we come for a visit.

Overall the house was very nice. The description indicated access to the unit was in the back via the alleyway, however the alleyway was completely blocked and dug up by huge construction vehicles. We were not advised of this issue in advance and when I called to ask what to do I was told they were not aware of the situation - which I feel it is the property manager responsibility to be aware of what is happening at their property. Also the construction lasted our entire stay and had clearly been started days if not weeks before we arrived. This property is the cutest VRBO I've ever stayed in! We hosted my Taylor Swift obsessed future sister in law for her bachelorette weekend at this house and it was absolutely perfect and on theme for our T.S. weekend. The pictures are pretty much accurate, the decor is amazing and the beds were so comfy. Linens, toilet paper, and even shampoo and conditioner were provided. I give this house and the property manager 10/10!

Home is exactly as described. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 beautifully renovated bathrooms, and bright, cozy furnishings were perfect for our family. We did not use the kitchen, so unable to comment on convenience/supplies. Home was very clean. Parking on the street was very easy and convenient. Location to Forsyth Park was wonderful. Would highly recommend this home. Lovely accommodations, but be aware that you need to be able to climb stairs to get to the unit. Clean, well-stocked with towels, bedding, paper towels and toilet paper. All beds are King and comfortable. Love the bathroom decor! AC works great! Location is a VERY short walk to Forsyth Park and a coffee shop, and a short walk to some restaurants/attractions/sights. It's a bit farther from the River Street area and the squares, but nothing the DOT, Uber or a longer walk down the beautiful streets of Savannah can't take care of. No complaints. Would recommend!

This house was in a good location for us because we wanted to be close to the action but not have all the road/crowd/party noise at night. It is feet from Forsyth Park and a good coffee shop, Sentient Bean. It is quite a walk to River Front but if you don’t mind the distance, go for it. By day 2 our feet hurt so we Ubered a couple times.The only thing I noticed is the that the living room furniture is a little more aged than the picture shows but it was comfortable and a good area to chat. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend. House was clean and comfortable, it also has everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Quite area but still close to things we were doing. The 1 assigned parking spot (which we were aware of) is very tight. I have a small small SUV and it hardly fit. Yes you do have other parking available on the street so it all works out well.

Beautiful place, maybe the cutest rental I've ever stayed in, design wise. Just like it looks in the pictures. Comfortable, good beds, nice living space. Nice bathrooms, good hot water, nice kitchen. You do have to walk through the alley to get to the back stairs but overall the location is really great, near the park and coffee shops and etc. Really enjoyed the stay!

The property looks just like the pictures. Magnificent decor. The place is soft and homey. We just loved our stay. Thank you for stocking the kitchen with all the essentials. We even did a little baking while we were there, dropping our daughter at SCAD. This home is right on Forsythe, walking distance to coffee shops, taco bars, bakeries, bars. The property was lovely! Just as pictured! The decor is stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and cooking there was a pleasure. The downstairs shower is like a trip to a spa! We all enjoyed it! The furnishings were all high quality and a pleasure to lounge on. We so enjoyed the lovely light in the living room each morning! Proximity to Forsyth Park was lovely! The Saturday farmer's market is not to be missed!
