We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Antica Torre Tornabuoni in Florence. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed, providing exceptional service and attention to detail. The property itself is charming and beautifully maintained, perfectly blending historical character with modern comfort. Our room was comfortable and elegantly decorated, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring the many attractions of Florence. The location is ideal — central yet quiet — allowing easy access to the city’s cultural sites, museums, and dining options. We particularly appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism; they were always ready to offer helpful suggestions and ensured that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Every little touch made our experience memorable, and it’s clear that the team truly cares about their guests’ satisfaction.
