Online it showed a pool but there was no pool everything else was great

Hotel was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was great on service. Only 2 minor suggestions I have.. even though hotel had coffee available all day would have preferred to have coffee maker in the room. Also there were no guides of places to visit while in Austin. Staff did not have any recommendations as well. Minus these suggestions hotel was great.

The place is brand new and has growing pains. The management not quite to working there. The gym had items installed but not operational. The wifi didnt work. And the ice machine although being brand new was not producing ice.

Newer facility, beds were very comfortable, shower and bathroom were good. Dove products in bathroom and sink area ♡. Small refrigerator in room, microwave in lobby and a place to purchase on the go snacks/drinks. Coffee machine available anytime. 7-11 short distance away if needed. Staff was very nice and helpful, a quiet and lovely stay for my family. Thank you Avid!

Overall a good stay. Pros: The hotel was very clean since it was recently built and staff was very friendly. Room was clean and a little small but I was solo so didn’t bother me too much. There was free parking at the hotel and food/grocery stores were nearby. Not too far from downtown Austin. Breakfast was a grab and go service. Choice of bagels, toast, cereal or premade breakfast sandwiches. Worked for me since I was in a hurry most mornings. Cons: I was on the second floor but there was a problem with ants. The floor was not sealed properly and there were ants all over the bathroom floor. The walls were very thin and the floors were hardwood. I could hear people on the floor above me and beside me walking around in their rooms and could hear their conversations.

New, everything very clean and on point. Breakfast included hot sandwiches and eggs, so nice to have some protein there! Gym is well appointed (no pool), and there are sidewalks outside that make it possible to go on a run past apartment complexes and neighborhoods. Not too bad of a walking/jogging distance from the rail station.

Would have been nice to have a pool, otherwise a great place to stay for a great price

Convenient by car to several big roads w/ many food/shopping options, and not very far from a commuter train station (though public transport in Texas—especially in Austin—by train is in its infancy & not super useful yet). Not much walkable for food etc. 7-11 is equivalent of a couple blocks walk, and couple small strip-center restaurants on that corner. Decent cold snack-level breakfast bar, and self-serve coffee and tea, as well as some on-site “market” snacks for purchase. Seemed to have a lot of rooms advertised w/accessibility features, and there were wide doors to bathroom, and in the hall were several doors with viewing peepholes for occupants at standard and also seated heights, and some equipped with doorbells. Furniture very minimalist and open concept, but maximized space and accessibility of items fairly well. Bed clean and soft. My personal one concern was the lobby had very massive perfumed/powdery odor. Didn’t catch a bad smell under it or anything, but I’m not super sensitive with smells, but it was strong enough I was concerned about it setting off a headache. If I’d planned to have sat for breakfast I would’ve needed to take outside or in room. Different, still rather strong smell in room. Not as difficult to acclimate to for me. Not pronounced in 3rd floor hallways. But I have a family member (not with me) who is more affected by strong scents, and it would’ve done her in to be in that lobby. Overall good and basic, but caution w/smell-sensitives.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear everything going on through the walls. I stayed on the first floor and could hear as if they were tap dancing on the second floor. The shower floor had stains or left over residue from the prior tenants. One of the pillows had dark water stains possibly? I stayed here because it was pretty friendly but, i did not see that there would be a non refundable pet fee. I choose tobstaybhwre because it was affordable but thos pet fee made it more expensive than planned. Eish that was outlined vette.

Superb Customer service, clean accommodations, walk in shower was a huge plus, small mini fridge, but no microwave. I used the one in the common area lobby. Ice machine and water filtration fill up station for water bottles was perfect

The room was clean vut our dirst room has ants. They quickly moved us to another room. The staff was really nice. The roon is smaller than we thought. Overall, it was an okay place to stay.

From the moment we walked in, you could smell and see how clean the facility was. Beautiful and clean rooms. Love the breakfast and 24 hour tea and coffee. Staff was kind and always helpful. Great place and great price. Highly recommend!

We stayed 3 days and the room was never cleaned. They do one round super early to see who has DND and they don’t come back in the whole day. We asked to go and clean the front desk twice.

The property is ok. Nothing more than that. The rooms looked clean, but when I took a closer look, there was hair in the shower, the toilet seat was disgusting, and the floor was dirty. It's basic and simple. Price was ok compared to other hotels.

If you are super sensitive this place might not be the best option to stay, my pillow case and the towels had stains on them! Breakfast is also super simple i don’t know why people said it was awesome for just potatos and scrambled eggs!

Overall it was a good stay. However, the hotel room I stayed in had ants in it and on the bed somehow??

Was ok but just for a few nights. We stayed 5 nights, asked for turn down service a few time just got it once.

Super clean hotel with great breakfast options available.

Woke up to ants crawling in the bed and on me. Informed the desk and she said I should have asked for a different room. The ants were not visible in the bed when I went to sleep.

Nice and clean

Bad points: Cracker Box, One Chair in the room, no microwave, no coffee maker, no closet, no chest of drawers, no walk in shower for an "accessible room". Good points: Queen beds were great, room was very clean, ok grab and go breakfast. Overall comment: too pricey for what you get! As is, do not recommend for potential customers.

Overall, the facility was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very abundant. The only complaint was that the AC units were very loud, and walls a bit thin.

A new and very clean simple hotel. Overall is petty OK. It has very comfort pillows and bed. Locaton is relatively quite convenient - next to a highway. I have two minor pet peeves. (1) HVAV machine is relatively loud/noisy in the night. I tuned it off from the wall control panel, but the fan still ran continuously. (2) Its breakfast is kind of a little bit too simple comparing to some other similar-level hotels. But this hotel has relatively modern style and targets young people. Nice try.

The room was so very tiny it seemed like we were in a train car. The breakfast was just okay

Overall stay was okay, but had trouble during check-in. Had called previously to confirm payment methods able to be used and early check in availability and was given incorrect information. Also, the TV in the room was not working properly. Spoke with the front desk and they advised there were no troubleshooting steps they could take, and confirmed they had been having ongoing issues with Internet and streaming connections. Eventually, the tv service restored itself.

Great staff. Great coffee. The rooms were cozy and the window drapes keep all light out of the room if you are a day sleeper. Also 11am checkout is nice!

I’ve stayed here twice and it’s always been a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and very nice. The only issue I had was connecting to the TV. I was unable to watch things like Hulu or Netflix due to the network Through the TV. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Modern and new. Rooms are slightly small but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were limited but they were not refilled once the items were out, even 20 minutes before the closing time.

Pretty clean, very comfortable bed. Good value for money. Downsides are no closets, pretty basic breakfast, small rooms with few amenities.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly. The walls are very thin and I could hear every noise outside of the room. I heard a baby crying in the middle of the night 3 or 4 doors away from ours. I had to put my noise canceling headphones on. Aside from that, it's a good deal for the price.

I got charged twice . Hotels and the hotel still can’t help me

The took my $75 deposit, and then I paid with a different card. They said they’d return my deposit within 5-7 business days, and that was months ago and I haven’t received it. When I called, they told me they had released the money in September. When I asked for a receipt of that, they hung up on me. Every time I tried to call back I got “disconnected” when I asked for proof that the money had been released.

Booked a two night stay but after one night, I had to leave. Very noisy at night with a highway next door, hearing people cough thru the walls and people loudly talking all nigjt out in the hallway. Also very sketchy people lingering outside the place. I spoke to the front desk and told them why I was leaving and asked for a refund for my second night but they refused to help. They said talk to expedia, and expedia, as useless as they are said to talk to the hotel. So i got a crappy experience and no refund.

Amazing new hotel ! Everything was great from the room to the bed , pillows tv, etc. The manager Jennifer went over and beyond for me. She was an angel . Thx to her staff who were also amazing! Recommend it to all travelers!

At check in the guest services lady was very polite professional and informative.

Parking was a breeze and included which was great because we rented a car. The area felt safe and the hotel you could tell was newly renovated and modern. We were in town for F1 and they had cute racing decorations at the front desk, there were many other race goers staying here as well, it was about 30 minutes from COTA and downtown Austin. Jennifer and Lizette were great and we felt like family by the end of our stay. Will definitely stay here again for F1 next year!

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Management and front desk could work on hospitality and professionalism.

Yan checked us in and she was adorable and very helpful. Justin helped resolve an issue hooking up our Roku device. He went above and beyond. The facility is spotless. It is well managed

The Gm of the location was great and super supportive and mafe the stay super warm

It was a bit out of the way from UT Austin but we liked the quite safe n residential area n we had good dinning option.

New property, clean rooms, up to date furniture and bathroom. Quiet location, unless emergency vehicles or loud vehicle passes on the highway. Great price.

Rooms weren't very soundproof so lots of thumping and banging, it's VERY far from downtown so either have or rent a car. spacious and clean, overall enjoyed.

The property was was nice but very close to to main highway. It was not walkable to stores but was close enough to drive to.stores to shop and get something to eat.Overall we were pleased with everything.

The place was clean, staff were nice, it's just located in a secluded area that's all.

My husband and I stayed one night with our 10 mo old for a Dr. appointment at Dell Hospital and it was nice and quiet. It was only 7 mins away from the hospital and 4 mins away from local restaurants. Overall our stay was great

Relaxing environment with great atmosphere and very modern design. Easy breakfast with coffee machines that grind and brew all day accessible. Fresh water dispensers. Love it !

The concept is different from other hotels. The rooms are bare bones, yet homey. It was clean, smart, efficient, and roomy. The first night felt like IKEA showroom meets Night at the Museum. However, the king size bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we ever slept on, hands down. Breakfast was mostly limited to prepackaged foods. The selection was decent and designed so you can eat it on the go. it was worth the price. We will stay there again.

Always a good experience staying here . The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is fresh and healthy and there is an awesome coffee maker that grinds and brews !!!

Motel was okay. Busy weekend in town, so rates were higher. Breakfast was disappointing.

We had a good experience. The hotel looked new and was very clean. The bathrooms were pretty good. We did not try the breakfast, but the options looked pretty limited. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Everything was great, service, room, beds were super comfortable, rooms were very clean. The only thing that can use improvement is the breakfast, it is not your traditional hotel hot breakfast. It’s microwave Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches.
