Absolutely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The little extras, like a nice coffee maker in the room with cute mugs, robes, and mini bar really took this hotel to the next level. I highly recommend you add on breakfast at Glenn's with your stay, as well as grabbing some barbecue at Twain's.

My wife stayed here for a college mom’s weekend so of course the price was very high I knew that when I booked it for her so that’s not my issue. My issue is that the front desk is totally unprofessional. Upon check-in late at night and with other people in the lobby, the front desk proceeds to announce her room number, how to get there and then confirms she is alone and only needs one key for the room, which was on the ground floor, which is also a little scary for a solo female guest. I travel for a living and I know this is not acceptable for a front desk person to do anymore - especially with solo female travelers. Room numbers are never announced out loud anymore. I called hotels.com to complain. They contacted the property which has denied this as well as the AC unit not working properly, which was not my man complaint. The issue is the security concern. I paid $610 for 2 nights at a below average hotel during an extremely busy weekend in a college town. The least they could do is train their people properly to alleviate any safety concerns for their guests. Highly recommend avoiding this place.
