Lobby is beautiful, but past that its not that nice. The pool is kinda sad looking - hot tub wasn't working. My room definitely looked like it had the "landlord special" missing furniture pieces replaced with non-matching pieces. Mismatched paint - drywall plaster and paint on the AC unit etc. This hotel should not even be able to say they have a gym...its a tiny room with 2 treadmills, a bike, and an elliptical. Nothing else. I wouldn't stay here again.

The TV was terrible. Picture was terrible and there was No way to know what networks were on which station. The Guide was not working and there was no card in the room, like most hotels. Also, the hot tub should have been functional. It was perfect hot tub weather. Just because you shut down the pool doesn’t mean you have to shut down the hot tub.

The property is in excellent condition, well taken care of and seemingly brand new. (manager said it was 5 years old). Room was spacious with very nice furniture, large TV and modern bathroom. We used the heated pool and hot tub most of the 10 nights we stayed there and it was very clean/nice. The included breakfast was plentiful and tasty as the staff who managed it did an excellent job keeping everything stocked and clean. That breakfast area was nice too, with plenty of room to satisfy the diners there. Overall, we are glad we decided to stay here and would do it again!

I’m really glad we stayed here. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We were a a bit disappointed that the hot tub was not working (and surprised when we got in to an ice cold hot tub). The pool is very small but we had fun in it. The breakfast was really wonderful. The breakfast area was nice and airy with beautiful views and clean. The room was perfect for what we needed.

Beds were very comfortable & the room had everything we needed. The carpet was a bit stained in a few places but otherwise the room was very clean. The breakfast was decent but nothing special - just the usual basic continental breakfast with eggs & sausage. Parking wasn’t super convenient, only a few spots in front of the hotel (that were always full) & then otherwise you had to park around the corner in the back with no entrance other than the front. It was listed to have a pool & hot tub but both were closed for the season. We were disappointed as we specifically picked a hotel with a hot tub so we could soak after long days of hiking. It would have been nice to have it listed as seasonal. Otherwise, we had a nice stay & would stay here again, we’d just have different expectations.

First time to stay at Scenic View Inn & Suites. We stayed 2 nights and the lobby does look like the photo. Check in was quick and efficient. Lots of parking around the Inn--in the front, on the side and in the back. The place looked new, spotless and very clean. We checked out our room and it too was very clean. The room had a microwave, coffee maker and a small fridge w/ a tv. The room could have used one more chair. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The nice part about the bathroom is that the toilet and shower had their own door. The only thing lacking in the bathroom was more places to hang used towels that you want to reuse. The towels are not new and fluffy but did the job. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets I have seen. The first morning the place was inundated with a tour group but the staff did a great job keeping everything replenished. There were eggs available, meat, waffles, even some GF bread. Fresh fruit, coffee, juice, cereal. It was a very good breakfast buffet. And yes, the carpets in the room areas do have stains on the light carpet areas but they do not reflect what I saw as a very clean Inn. it is a bit past downtown but not that far out given that everyone pretty much has a car when they come to Moab. The beds also were comfortable and the room temperature was easy to manage.

Location is not convenient. Outside of town in an industrial area. Parking is far from the entrance. Room carpet was stained and walls were damaged. Tiny strange pillows. No housekeeping offered. Mattress was decent and the staff was helpful, although wouldn't bother to check if a double bedroom was available on check in. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room is big and comfortable to sleep. A bit pricey but worth it. I booked the double queen bedroom however there is no full body mirror only bathroom mirror. Breakfast was good.

It was great overall but this place perfectly points out the problem with new construction. Yes, everything looks new and great. Even the shower/bathroom is very nice. Anyway, the sound insulation is very poor. You can easily hear the cars passing by the road and people going through the hallways. However, everything else is great!

Looked to be a newer hotel, and it was nice inside, but it seemed as if whoever was supposed to do the finishing touches must have been in a hurry. The fire alarm wasn't tight to the celing, it was hanging loose and looked ready to fall, the part of the shower head that attaches to the wall was falling off, and the light switches by the bed weren't attached all the way either. Like I said, someone did a sloppy job. At least the bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay.

Lobby looked nice. Check in staff was nice. Carpet in our room had disgusting stains. Worst part was the tiny pillows. The throw pillows on my couch are bigger. Very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep at all. The vending machine was basically empty except for a package of goldfish.

This hotel feels like it’s not quite really for guests. There is no exterior door handle to the bathroom rolling door. There is no fan in the bathroom even though there is a vent. The curtain rods are only reachable by tall people. I could not close or open them. The room needs a mirror in the bedroom. Needs grab bars in the shower and non slip something on the floor of the shower, I almost fell. There are no freezer compartments in the refrigerator in the room, there is only one working washer / dryer in the main building for guests. The pillows are too small. The breakfast was great.

I like that it’s a newer property. The beds were comfortable. However FYI there’s no hair dryer. The breakfast was good. The manager was nice. The only issue was that the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. I brought it to the manager’s attention. I noticed before I stayed there that this was mentioned in someone else’s post. It’s an okay stay for one night! The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were tiny squares and they were so soft they went flat flat! I mean flat! It was awful! Woke up with a sore neck and back hurting. Keep waking up all night due to noise from neighbors so the walls are so thin! But other than that the breakfast and room was okay!

A/C was very niosy. Asked for another room and they said they would send maintenance to look at A/C. Next morning I told them it was still very noisy and they said they would take care of it. Never did ! So loud it would wake you up. First two days breakfast was very bad. Third day was much better.

I honestly had high hopes for this place after reading all the positive reviews. However I didn’t like that according to Expedia’s listing the hot tub and pool were open, only to find out they’re closed when we arrived at the hotel. There is ongoing construction in the surroundings and I get that, but I think it should be included in the listing. I also didn’t appreciate not having housekeeping available during our stay. I’m sure the hotel will have better service in the future, but not during my stay.

We are traveling by motorcycle and were super early in town (8:30 AM) and went in just to ask to store our stuff for the day until check in. The manager had some rooms available and actually checked us in AND allowed us into the free breakfast. The entire place is extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and everything was kept full right up until closing. I never leave reviews, but I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and staff. Highly recommended.
We are traveling by motorcycle and were super early in town (8:30 AM) and went in just to ask to store our stuff for the day until check in. The manager had some rooms available and actually checked us in AND allowed us into the free breakfast. The entire place is extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and everything was kept full right up until closing. I never leave reviews, but I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and staff. Highly recommended.

Nitin was very friendly and helpful prearrival. He made sure to have our room ready understanding we were going to arrive at 5am. We loved the breakfast and the room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back next year! We didnt like the strong fabuloso smell in the hallways and the rest of the front parking should be paved for safety.

Sraff was young girl, either in high school or just out... Was not very nice and rude at times... during check in and then about a hour later, when we told her, our card key was not working.. She rolled her eyes and replied, well, did you have next to your cell phone!!? She then walked away from us and said she was doing something else... and came back five minutes later and gave us a lecture about not putting our card key next to our cell phone.. I told her for her information.I never placed my card key next to my cell phone.. next morning, another young lady working the front desk was also very rude. My granddaughter asked her what time breakfast was and she said, there's a sign on the wall, and as we were walking back to our room a little while later she exited from a side entrance cut in front of us almost bumping into my granddaughter without saying excuse me or i'm sorry.. Hotel itself was very nice and enjoyable, very high ceilings in the room... The TV was a pain because I guess they can only have satellite. It was in Moab, Utah, Kept rebuffering... and they're only really other complaint about the room was the size of the pillows on the bed... They were like throw pillows maybe 16" x 16" The breakfast was nice with different options.. the young man who maintain the breakfast? was very nice attentive and polite.. I wish I would have gotten his name .. But as far as the hotel, very nice, small pillows, though....

Very nice. Checkin was smooth and quick. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. In my opinion, the room was too small for a king bed, due to no room for a relaxing chair to sit in after a long day of sight seeing. The hotel is about 7 miles outside of downtown Moab, so that is a plus or minus depending on your personal likes/ dislikes.

Nice hotel and our king bed room was clean and comfortable. It is further away from Moab's center than we thought so, you have to drive to restaurants and retail shops. Most of the parking is behind the hotel and you have to walk around the building to get back to the front door. Breakfast choices include a waffle maker. A small laundry room is available.

The Scenic View Inn is pretty new. The rooms are spacious and quiet. We didn't hear noise from the hallway or outside. They have dispensers in the bathroom for the toiletries. The rainfall shower was so nice. The beds were ok, not the typical firm hotel bed. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The view from the breakfast room was stunning. There weren't many parking spaces in front, but there was a large parking lot behind the hotel. It is on the southern end of Moab, which is extremely dark and we almost missed the turn because it is not well lit.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights while visiting Arches National Park. The room was clean and well maintained, breakfast was ok and good parking space. Location is great, 15 mins from Arches, 45 min from Canyonlands. Restaurants and downtown Moab are 5 min away. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would point out is that they only have one high chair available. With lots of families with infants of oming to visit, I would suggest to get a couple more.

A/C was very niosy. Asked for another room and they said they would send maintenance to look at A/C. Next morning I told them it was still very noisy and they said they would take care of it. Never did ! So loud it would wake you up. First two days breakfast was very bad. Third day was much better.

First time to stay at Scenic View Inn & Suites. We stayed 2 nights and the lobby does look like the photo. Check in was quick and efficient. Lots of parking around the Inn--in the front, on the side and in the back. The place looked new, spotless and very clean. We checked out our room and it too was very clean. The room had a microwave, coffee maker and a small fridge w/ a tv. The room could have used one more chair. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The nice part about the bathroom is that the toilet and shower had their own door. The only thing lacking in the bathroom was more places to hang used towels that you want to reuse. The towels are not new and fluffy but did the job. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets I have seen. The first morning the place was inundated with a tour group but the staff did a great job keeping everything replenished. There were eggs available, meat, waffles, even some GF bread. Fresh fruit, coffee, juice, cereal. It was a very good breakfast buffet. And yes, the carpets in the room areas do have stains on the light carpet areas but they do not reflect what I saw as a very clean Inn. it is a bit past downtown but not that far out given that everyone pretty much has a car when they come to Moab. The beds also were comfortable and the room temperature was easy to manage.

The room was clean. The breakfast food was subpar, however, the counters and tables not kept clean. The pool was extremely disappointing, it was dirty and cold rendering it unusable. The grounds littered and unkept. The staff was fairly pleasant but not extremely friendly or helpful. Would not return.

This newer hotel is almost out of Moab. Checking in is easy, so was check out. The beds were comfortable, shower was good. What we didn’t like was the breakfast. Sausage is not supposed to be gray. The eggs were watery, the gravy was thin and gross. All of the breads were dried out. Biscuits were tiny and hard. Room was barely ADA accessible. The room door frame on the floor is a rather large ridge that stopped my entrance. Also the door to bathroom is a little tight, and to get into the toilet room you can’tclose the door if you have wheelchair or or mobility equipment. Although I don’t think it was an ADA room.

Very clean modern hotel, and the free breakfast offered was excellent. The people maintaining the breakfast area to the fantastic job of keeping the area clean and always well stocked and fresh. Probably the nicest free breakfast area I've seen in a hotel.

We’re doing a multi-state trek, and this hotel was the best place we stayed anywhere. Can’t say enough good things: terrific shower (including for those who are taller)m convenient location in Moab, and a fantastic, hearty, free breakfast. Not a dainty continental breakfast; this one is complete with eggs, hot Belgian waffles, yogurts, a full array of cereals, and many more choices. Everything is so clean and fresh, and the staff was super. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
