In the middle of all that is good near the airport…. And…. A pool . Incredible staff. Btw…. The bar was incredible also . Ill b back

Nice pool

We had a great stay but I booked it thinking their bar was open so I could relax at but was informed after checking in wasn’t open for another month. So little disappointed. Overall the stay was nice.

The bathroom was dirty. The pool was good.

The pool area could have been a little cleaner but other than that it was perfect

We stayed at the hotel for the pool for our two children. The front desk told us at 9 am that the pool opened at 10 am. When we went to the pool they had closed the pool for two hours ,which extended past our checkout time. . Our children are extremely disappointed. They could have done maintenance the night before , not the time of opening.

Very good but no green spaces outside. The room was clean and large. Hotel was quiet.

There looked like there were mild spots on the bathroom ceiling and the paint job was messy. Tub could’ve been cleaner.

I really enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness of the lobby, the and room were great. My allergies tend to act up when staying in dusty rooms and that issue did not happen hear. The staff/employees were friendly and helpful. I do have one small recommendation in the checking of coffee, toilet paper/tissues/paper towel and trash removal. Everything else during my stay was great though!

The hotel was excellent, very clean and spacious with free breakfast & very friendly staff. It’s brand new, built in 2023, and has a full kitchen, big comfy mattresses, and a clean bathroom with all the soaps. Edwin was very accommodating during our check out and we will be back!

The first room we were sent to was not clean at all. There was hand prints, trash and hair throughout the room. Upon calling they switched our room but the next room was still not 100% clean. It looked like the didn’t vacuum the room at all. The sofa bed was AWFUL. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever felt. It felt more like a box spring than a mattress and was hard with wood bars that could be felt at every turn. On top of all this the incidental fee is $250 which they did not even disclose how much they were charging for it when they checked me in just asked to put my card in for incidentals. After being checked out for 2 days this fund has still not been released either. Overall not impressed.

The room was clean, breakfast was great and it’s within minutes of places for food and shopping. The hotel staff were also nice.

Clean, comfortable room, dedicated and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was perfect! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed.

Let me start by saying that the hotel staff was excellent. However, our overall experience was terrible because of the hotel furniture. We got a one bedroom suite to share and the “sofa bed” unfolded into a hard flat platform that we needed to add foam to for it to be even remotely comfortable. The picture of the sofa bed on the website is not the furniture we had. The couch was hard as a rock and putting three people on it was uncomfortable. The bathroom had no hooks for towels. The flush for the toilet was on the wrong side. It honestly felt like everything in the hotel was a reject from another place. For what we paid for the room, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms in Portland proper were $600 per night, so we stayed here for $230 and drove the 4 miles to the old harbor. This is a new property. Clean. Spacious rooms. Comfortable. Excellent value on a Saturday night in a tourist area of the state.

Reserved a king bed “suite” with full size pull out bed. 2 adults and 2 kids. Figured the pull out bed would be perfect. Once we finally figured out the couch I was disappointed to realize that there was zero padding on the “pull out bed”. Absolutely zero. It had the fabric from the sofa and the wood frame. Tried to use the 1 flat sheet and 1 thin other blanket to make it comfortable for my kids. No luck. Called the front desk to ask for another set of sheets to try and fluff their bed. Nobody ever came. 1 hour later, had to go to the front desk to ask for blankets. 20 minutes later someone arrived at our room with 1 single thin blanket. Buyer beware. This “pull out bed” is nothing but a piece of wood covered in fabric. Room had trash on counter from previous occupants. King bed was great, large shower was great. Shower had slow drip that you could hear all night.

King suite with kitchen is small, if your on the first floor your bed faces the window right into the parking lot, you have to have the curtain down the entire time or everyone can see you. There was no place to sit and eat at. We stayed for 7 nights and had one garbage bag in the room. There was an old carrot and piece of celery left in my fridge from previous guest. Property stated they had grilling items you could use, when we asked for tongs they said they didn't have any. We never got our room fully cleaned after being there 7 days. The air always had moisture in it and felt damp. Room smelled heavily of chlorine even though we didn't use the pool one time. No hot tub at all, the door to the room was heavy and they all constantly slammed every time some one tried to shut them. There was a construction crew welding or repairing a gas line the entire time we stayed, there was fencing and equipment parked in front of the hotel which as where my window was. Not something I wanted to see every single time I looked outside. Overall not what I was expecting for a 7 day stay for my 10th wedding anniversary. This would more likely be a one or two night hotel. Wasn't impressed. for being a new build the room and bath room seemed pretty worn already. Room was half clean upon arrival. Friendly front desk staff.

Although the room was clean and the hotel nice, the oven/stove in our room was broken and we were forced to stash the groceries we had just purchased and spend money for a dinner out. Having the ability to cook was the whole point of the room. But there was no table except a coffee table and only one chair so it would have been difficult to eat anyway. The sofa bed was hard as a rock. Maybe a kid could tolerate it, but not an adult. They give you a thin piece of foam to cover it, but it was useless. When we went to see the manager about this, they were conveniently off duty and have not returned our phone calls since.

Great hotel but the windows needs to be upgraded for an airport hotel. I basically could hear every flight.

When we arrived, the stove and the toilet didn't work. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, so we were moved to another room. In that room, the shades didn't operate, so we had street lights shining on us through the night. If it were in better repair, this would be a very nice hotel.

The kitchenette and bathrooms were very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the room set up with outlets and TV. The room needed better lighting, especially since the curtains were translucent and facing the driveway.

I asked the man that was checking us in for the total cost. He told me $1900 when in fact it was $1816😳suppose I wasn’t an accountant and didn’t know how to math. He would’ve stole my money. The second issue was the room sleeps 4, that is false and deceitful information. I want them to bring 4 of their family members and they try staying in that room and see how absolutely pathetic to tell paying customers that room sleeps 4. Expedia, this is one of the worst hotels to be attached to and have on your list as an option.

The property was very nice however the customer service we received from the operations manager was terrible.

Reached out to property day before our arrival asking for scent free and feather free room. Stated eta 4pm which is check in time. After 14 hour drive got to hotel at 407pm to be told room would be available only at 5pm as requested 1st floor feature and scent free as had to address requests. At 5pm told another 20-25 mns needed as hotel was sold out night before. Finally got our room at 520pm. Upon entering room found a hair elastic on floor in front of fridge, discarded bottle cap under desk and empty water bottle under bed! Did not even bother to address with front desk as their solution to long wait was brother giving me 1000 bonus points or canceling my reservation. Rooms are small, bed is somewhat comfortable, requests for extra towels and pillow was never fulfilled. First and last time at that hotel. We are Bonvoy members and always choose Marriott brand hotels and always ask scent and feather free and 1st floor rooms and never had to wait over an hour past check in time for room due to requests, even when hotel full previous night.

The rooms are great and provide everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Also the lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Having a someone like that at the front desk as your first interaction when you enter the property really sets the tone for your entire visit. Will definitely stay here again!

I chose pay at property, price was listed at $160 for the room. Next thing I know they had taken $410 out of my bank account. ($160 for the room and $250 incidental charges). My problem is that without my consent they charged me not only for the room but for the incidentals. Very unhappy when I purposely chose “pay at property” to avoid this.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready so he told us about a place to go and check out for food and shopping. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Great place to stay.

The hotel was very nice, check in person was super nice and had us checked in very quickly. The room was amazing, clean, well equipped. Will definitely stay here next trip to Portland.

Clean room, had everything I needed, very friendly staff, great location that was close to the mall and the airport, lots of restaurant options nearby, quiet, good hot breakfast. Would recommend and would stay there again.

I don’t like the breakfast; the food is horrible, not enough for everyone, no staffing to assist. Inside the hotel room is clean that what I like.
