The property had a fence part way around it. No big deal except the back of the property wasn't fenced and there are three, what I can only assume, abandoned cars from approximately the late seventies/early eighties. I say abandoned because all the tires were flat. I asked at the desk about them and really wasn't given an answer. I asked if it was an art installation. No answer.

Hotel is only 2yrs. old and is lovely! Wonderful complimentary breakfast with plenty of hot/cold options. Room is spacious, clean and has a microwave and fridge. TV channels are great! Workout room is nice and indoor pool is small but just fine. All the workers we encountered smiled and acknowledged us. Free parking!

not enough parking when an event is going on, which happened when i was there. there is adjacent parking which is okay in most situations. i was moving so my vehicle was full. the hotel worked it out well.

The pool wasn't very clean, had hair floating. Felt the floors in the room could of been cleaner, felt dirty walking on them. No working ice machine on our floor, tried the next floor and still not working. Would of been nice to have more than one tiny trash can in the room, there wasn't a trash can in the bathroom at all

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Cincinnati! Close to downtown or UC. We will be back. We have always stayed at another establishment. However, their rates have increased without making any improvements or addressing wear and tear. Here you have free parking and a warm breakfast in a clean and friendly environment! WIN!!

The vinyl flooring in the room was not swept well, dirt in corners and along edges. Also walking barefoot on floor left feet dirty. Couch was worn and a bit saggy. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel was lower priced than other options, and it seemed a get what you pay for situation. Front desk staff were kind but not always around. We had to come down for soap; our room had none. There were stains on the mattress cover on one of the beds (visible through the sheets), so it seemed housekeeping put fresh sheets on but didn't bother to launder the mattress cover when needed. Next time would pay more to stay somewhere else.

This is an excellent hotel. It’s new very very clean. The rooms were immaculate. Every employee I encountered was extremely friendly in a great area if you’re visiting someone at the University of Cincinnati. Definitely would stay here again.

Front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful with directions and helping to order food. Room was perfect. Walls a bit thin, could hear the loud neighbor very well but they were very accomadated when I asked if they could be more quiet.Location was perfect for us. Very close to Great American Ball park, the Ohio river, downtown, Kentucky.

the hotel was so nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The best bed and pillows ever! the temperature was great too, we love it cold and it was accomplished in the room! the shower was kind of weird, having to put your hand through the window to turn on the shower. also the shower head was way too high for us short people to reach! will definitely stay there again when in cincy for the night!

Our stay was fine and we decided this was going to be our "goto" hotel for multiple visits to University of Cincinnati. However, when we went to check out at 4 AM on our checkout day, we turned in our keycards and were informed by the front desk clerk that there was going to be a fee for "early checkout". We were confused as we believed that 4AM would be a normal checkout time for people who had to catch an early flight. We asked what the fee was and the clerk did not know, saying she had to check the system. We were in a hurry, so we just opted to leave. Looking back on it, the clerk might have believed we were leaving before the end date of our reservation. We were not--we were checking out on the end day of our pre-paid stay. In any case, they appear to be a bit amateurish and might benefit from retraining staff. We'll be choosing a different hotel as our "goto" for future visits.

The room was very nice, clean and very comfortable! Lia at the front desk was very kind and made check in easy since we were there to early to get in but we were able to get ready for my nephews wedding and arrive on time thanks to her! Thank you Lia!

Josh (the manager) was very helpful and concerned about any issues we may had. Jazz was especially great at check in. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy too! The room was especially spacious and very clean. The room was nice and cool upon arrival. Great place to stay!
