Helpful and friendly staff. Room was modern and clean, comfortable bed. Except if they could have a shower room for the pool will be perfect. We made a reservation for the pool at 10am and check out was at 11am. So we had to check out before we head to the pool. There was no locker room for storing stuff and no shower room. So we had to just wipe and change clothes in the restroom, which is inconvenient.

The property itself is beautiful. Having to reserve a spot for the pool is ridiculous. We didn’t get to enjoy it either night because we missed our time block. The pool is a selling point and was quite disappointing to not be able to utilize. Also the parking garage is insane. Valet is great but if you like to self park it can be very challenging.

The only downside is you needed reservations for the pool. They gave us a corner room on the 22nd floor. The view was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately the property falsely advertise their pool facilities when you can only access it with a reservation and kicked out by 3.45pm so new people can come in. They claim it was to allow everybody to use the pool but that’s not what’s happening here. They only allow two people per room, new reservations at 4pm so automatically they get adults what coincidental benefits their pool bar. What they just do is advertising they have a pool, have big social media campaigns to come for a staycation and sit around the pool, but in reality they want to be a pool bar and have the revenue without staff walking around the whole day removing towels so new people can come in. Of course this policy results in massive complains at the front desk as they don’t tell you about the pool policies during check in, they don’t put a big disclosure on their advertising so in my opinion this hotel is falsely advertising their facilities. They did allow us to check out and we received a refund because why pay a premium for a 4 star hotel for a pool you get kicked out off and not able to use unless you made a reservation. Also the staff themselves were not aware of the precise policies the hotel has regarding the pool , why not explain it to your guests upon check in, or when you enter the pool or give a heads up an hour in advance not 2 minutes before you have to leave being all wet and just ordered snacks and drinks. I just can’t imagine as luxury hotel owner that this policy is sustainable

We typically stay at the Omni once a year when traveling back and forth to Boston. I’m not sure if this is the first time we’ve stayed there on the weekend, or if there have just been changes at the pool, but we were extremely disappointed with their pool chair reservation policy. Unbeknownst to us, you have to reserve a pool chair, and if you don’t, you aren’t allowed to use them until after 1:30pm, assuming you can even find an open one by that time. As a paying guest at a hotel who intentionally stays here so our kids can swim in the pool, this policy is ridiculous. When I asked the pool check-in attendant where we were supposed to put our towels and bags, I couldn’t believe that she responded “the ground”. When I briefly sat down on an empty chair so that I could put sunscreen on my daughter, a pool attendant ran over to tell me I couldn’t. The pool bar also isn’t a “pool” bar since they require you to get dressed before you can go inside and order food or drink. They did have a waitress taking orders at the pool, so this was extremely obnoxious having to get dressed to go inside to order a drink. Again, dumb policy for a bar called the “pool bar”. It’s a nice hotel, but be prepared if you plan to use the pool.

We had the most amazing stay at the Omni Seaport in Boston. The harbor views were so romantic, and we loved relaxing together in the heated rooftop pool. The food and drinks were delicious, and the bar had such a fun, cozy vibe. The location was perfect, right off public transportation and just a short walk to everything in the Seaport area. The staff was so friendly and made us feel completely at home. We can’t wait to come back for another getaway!

The shower had a used bar of soap in it. I requested two robes because there were two of us and they only provided one. When we tried to leave after check out, the room key code didn’t work like the service desk said it would. We were stuck in the parking garage, waiting for valet, for 20 minutes.

Found a condom on the floor of my room. The hotel's response was to move me to a worse room with more noise, so more inconvenient and less comfortable. I would have preferred a few free drinks! Also hotel was very busy and noisy, fine if you don't mind your luxury hotel feeling like a festival!

I cannot believe the room I stayed at was the Omni. The room so beyond small there wasn’t enough room for two people to walk around comfortably. No where to put our luggage or clothes. The bathroom was absurd. If I had of come with my parents I would have been mortified. Frosted glass where you can clearly see the silhouette or someone inside. Zero privacy. Shower had a smell because there was Zero ventilation in there or bathroom. I cannot believe the price I paid for this hotel for a weekend and felt so uncomfortable in the room. The staff and valet and cleaners were very attentive and kind. But I cannot recommend this hotel less for the rooms alone. Any other hotel in the city would be be far more comfortable. Once again, staff valet waiters and cleaners were very kind. But I just can’t believe that was the Omni I stayed at. Not even a chair in the room to put your shoes on. I paid for the Omni experience and was so dissatisfied .

Door are so loud that we were awakened every time anyone on the hall came or went. Kablam! Kablam! I’m sure the doors are self-closing for fire safety reasons, but I’d pay extra to make the doors quiet-close.

The rooms were crazy expensive and very small. No closet, no separation between bathroom, no iron (there was a steamer). Super loud! You can hear neighbors tv and every single door opening and closing. We have stayed in many hotels in Boston and this room was the smallest by far. The hotel restaurant is very good

I was in Boston for a conference. The hotel is very convenient for the convention centre. I was offered a decent room but - as normal - no mention of an upgrade or a welcome drink. The room lacked hanging space and also didn’t have a desk or anywhere to work, which was frustrating.

Great pool with lounge chairs and bar/ restaurant. Very busy hotel. This hotel has 2 sides/towers. Stay in the patron tower side if it’s feasible. Artist tower is more affordable but is a vastly different quality room. I stay here few times a year for fun. Great location walkable to many shops and dining. Valet or self park in garage attached to hotel. Has lots of dining and a spa.

Omni was such an incredible place to stay for our first time in Boston! It’s a huge property with several restaurant and bar options and is well decorated and maintained. The vibe in the lobby area was happening and we appreciated the free drink tickets that were given to us at check-in. The bartender was super sweet, the coffee and treats at the coffee shop were yummy, and the food at the restaurant we ordered in from was very good. Our room was one of the best ones we have ever stayed in! Tons of space with a large, well equipped bathroom and large tub where I soaked the day away. The bed was so comfortable as well! I will definitely stay here again!

The front desk team was exceptional—responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. If you have any concerns, just give them a call; they'll do what they can to accommodate you and earn your business. Unlike many places where the front desk just tries to get you off the phone with a quick excuse, then the company ends up losing the sale. The employees are still getting paid the same amount rather a guest stays there or not. As a software engineer who travels frequently and works remotely from hotels, I can say with confidence that I’ll be staying with the Omni brand again.

The Omni did not disappoint, several staff to greet and take your bags and car upon arrival. The cleanliness of the property and the updated rooms were a plus. The view from the 22nd floor of the water and Logan was something to be seen. The roof top pool and hot tub a huge bonus. Can walk pretty much anywhere in Boston if you are willing. The location to the seaport is perfect.

This hotel was perfect! It was clean, service was great, loved the coffee shop downstairs. Pool books up quick so pre-book pool chairs in advance. We told them we were celebrating an anniversary and received champagne and chocolates, which truly made it so special!!

Exceptional staff and flawless service. You don’t feel the staff are there but they will show up immediately when you need them. It’s the art of hospitality. I haven’t experienced this kind of service for a long time, could be a couple decades, and I am a world traveller often stay at 5 stars hotel. Someone needs to give their management team an award.

This hotel is conveniently located across from the convention center with underground tunnel access, which would be great during inclement weather. It's also a 10-minute walk to the harbor with a lot of eateries; it's13 minutes from the Charles River and Boston Tea Party Museum. I walked back from the historic center and North End in under 40 minutes. You can take the Silver Line 1 bus from Logan for free. It drops off in front of the World Trade Center on Congress Street. Go inside, take the stairs or elevator up to the top floor (2nd floor) and you'll be a short 3 minute walk to the hotel. Beats a $40 rideshare!

Looks 5-Star, but Feels 3-Star — Overhyped and Overpriced The Omni Boston in Seaport might look like a five-star hotel from the outside — modern design, nice lobby, smooth check-in — but the reality in the rooms is far from luxury. For a so-called five-star property, the in-room standards are shockingly low. In a room booked for two people, there was only one bathrobe, no slippers, and no basic toiletries like toothbrushes. There wasn’t even a shower cap. I had to call the front desk to request one and waited almost 30 minutes for it to arrive — by then, I had already taken my shower. For a hotel that charges premium rates, this is completely unacceptable. The bed and pillows were also cheap and uncomfortable — nothing close to a high-end sleep experience. Honestly, I’ve stayed in three-star hotels with better bedding. But the absolute deal-breaker was the room service. What they call “room service” is nothing but takeout in a paper bag, with plastic utensils and paper containers, worse than economy-class airplane food. And then they have the nerve to tack on a service fee, delivery fee, administrative fee, AND automatic tips that add up to around 35% extra — for zero service. I was handed a paper bag at the door like I’d ordered fast food, and the food itself was bland and low quality. This hotel charges luxury prices but delivers a mediocre, borderline budget experience once you get to your room. Until they fix their amenities, bedding, and “room service” joke, I’d cal
