*If you exit the parking garage during your stay, please pay the applicable hourly parking fee. The parking fee may be recalculated when you re-enter the garage.

- Guests are entirely responsible for their personal valuables inside the room.
- The entire building is non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms, including the use of e-cigarettes. Violations may result in immediate eviction and an additional cleaning fee.
- Please smoke only in the designated area outside the building.
- If you arrive before the check-in time, complimentary luggage storage is available.
- In accordance with accommodation regulations, cooking is not permitted inside the rooms. Induction cooktops cannot be used. A microwave, tableware, and cutlery are provided.
- Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy, including infants and young children, are not permitted to enter. Cancellations and refunds due to exceeding the maximum occupancy are not allowed.
- The actual room may differ from the images displayed, depending on the room assigned.
- Due to the nature of real-time bookings, duplicate reservations may occur. In such cases, the reservation may be canceled.
- If you cancel the reservation for personal reasons, including a change of mind, a cancellation fee may apply.

Self Check-in Process
Self check-in is in operation. On the day of check-in, an accessible room key will be sent to the mobile phone number provided.

All parking lots are operated separately by a parking management company.

Fee: KRW 10,000 per night for staying guests (On-site payment / Unlimited entry & exit during your stay)

Standard sedans can be parked.
SUVs, Carnivals, EVs, large sedans, and high-clearance sedans (e.g., Ray, Casper) are NOT allowed.
Parking is restricted for vehicles exceeding: Length 5,150 mm / Width 2,100 mm / Height 1,540 mm / Weight 2,200 kg.
Before entering the parking garage, please contact the parking manager using the contact information provided at the entrance, register your vehicle, and follow the parking instructions.
Parking is not available after 10:00 PM, as the property's tower parking garage service ends at 10:00 PM.
[G-Well Estate Parking Lot]
Location: Underground parking lot (Tower & Surface), 165 Gwanganhaebyeon-ro, Suyeong-gu
Fee: KRW 10,000 per night (On-site payment)

SUVs, Carnivals, EVs, large sedans, and standard sedans are all allowed.
Re-entry is NOT allowed during the stay (Re-entry will incur additional charges, or parking registration may be refused if full).
Registration: You MUST visit the parking management office on the 4th basement level (B4) to register your vehicle before parking.
Spaces for SUVs, EVs, and large vans like Carnivals are limited. Depending on the parking lot status on the day, parking or re-entry may be restricted.
Please use the parking garage according to the instructions provided by the parking management office.
Please note that parking without registering your vehicle may result in an hourly parking fee.
