Nice, clean and fun stay! Very disappointed the Hot tub wasn’t working, if they would update and let us know we probably would have cancelled and went somewhere else! Hot tub and pool was main reason going there! Definitely should do discounts!

Hotel was well kept, clean and comfortable. The pool was awesome warm and salt water so no dry hair, no red eyes or dry hair. Shuttle service was fast and staff was friendly.

Overall it was a great stay. The only thing we didn't like is that we requested an airport transfer at 4:15am but they only offered 4:00 and 4:30 time slots so we opted for 4:30am and the driver didn't show up until 4:55am. Fortunately we were able to make it to the gate 10 minutes before boarding but we weren't able to have breakfast at the airport which was our original plan if they would have taken us at 4:15a as we originally wanted.

The pool was out of service and this was one of the reasons i chose this hotel over others. Very disappointing for the family :(. Staff was nice though and the place was clean.

This hotel was in a convenient spot for us. They do have an airport shuttle which will also bring you to the train ride. Breakfast was good and it was in a nice quiet spot. Room was comfortable as well.

To start best fitness center I have used at any Hampton Inn. People were friendly and helpful. Draw back no hand sanitizer to be found anywhere including the fitness center and breakfast area.

I was placed in the wrong room and so far nothing has been done to correct the issues. It was an accident on front desk. Apparently they registered me in room 224, but they told me 227 and gave me a key to that room. The room was not cleaned from the previous guest. I told them that after I checked out the room and was leaving for the evening, in hopes they would send someone up to clean it for me, but when I returned late that night, it was still a mess and the bedding hadn’t been changed. So I left and didn’t even use the room. Tried to call and ask for a refund but that hasn’t happened yet. Hotels.com is supposed to be helping me with that, but so far no updates.

Brittani was the evening/ night clerk. She was very friendly and helpful. We had a room where we needed the pull out sofa. Sofa was broken, took a lot of tugging and pulling to final get it out, no one available to help us. No extra sheets ,covers, or pillows ,had to ask, head of the pullout bed was lower tha the rest of the bed. We stayed 4 days no housekeeping. Today very low on breakfast items, they were out of a lot

Nice hotel overall however we experienced dirty sheets upon check in obvious they were not changed from previous guest, also toilet keptefflushing which eventually overflowed in floor. Staff reacted very well with both issues but I wish they didn't happen.

Had an issue with the pull out couch. It was broken called front desk, individual was busy. We finally got the bed open but the head was lower than the rest of the bed. Night clerk said that they would move us in the morning, day clerk knew nothing about this. He was not helpful. No one ever came to look at the bed or offer us a new room. We were there for 4 days, no house keeping. We emptied our own trash and had to call for clean towels. I would like to acknowledge the night clerk Brittani , very helpful and friendly.

While next to the highway, hotel felt secluded, which was nice. Maneuvering in the parking lot felt awkward due to limited space, and a large section of the parking lot was cordoned off, but no construction was happening. The lobby was quiet and clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and overall the appearance of the building was adequate. Minor complaints: the room itself was much smaller than expected, and with 3 people and 2 dogs in the room, space was extremely compacted. (Which the pet fee needed clarification. I was under the impression it was a one time $75 fee per pet, not per day.) Secondly, why is there no ventilation fan in the bathroom? Humidity is wreaking havoc on the paint, metal fixtures and electrical; save yourselves some long-term financial headache and install some ventilating fans!

Overall ok we were given a room behind the elevator (414). Needless to say I didn't get much rest. Also need signage in the hallway indicating directions to stairs. Only sign I see posted is behind the room door, and most people don't pay attention to that. Also please consider putting braille in vital areas.

Hotel room was very large. Looked brand new and was super clean. I'm very picky about cleanliness. It butted up against a empty field and we were able to walk down the dead end street behind the hotel and find a nice dark area and we got great pictures of the Northern Lights in March. I don't know how long that area will be vacant. They serve a nice typical free breakfast in the am. Fast food restaurants are nearby but youll have to drive to other restaurants.

Walmart is just across the road. Other than this, hotel does not offer any shuttle service going into town. Its quite far to anywhere other than train station and airport. No safe in room.

Staff make this hotel. This hotel is what you expect a hotel to be. It’s clean, comfortable and has the basic amenities. Where they are exceeding expectations is staff. The female working the front desk who also drove the van was incredible and if she had any interest in moving I’d hire her to work for my company in a heartbeat.

Our flight was delayed due to storm and we were in the hotel lobby. Jordan helped us out with securing our luggage while we went to get some lunch, and then offered to comp our taxi fee when the shuttle was not available due to no driver. He was very friendly and helpful. Also noticed his interaction with a couple of other customers who were rude to him. He remained professional and friendly, answered all their questions and de-escalated the situation.

Nice clean hotel. Close to Sportmans Warehouse, Walmart, Friar Tucks and so on all walking within distance. Big thank you to Hannah at the front desk who was a tremendous help to us. Good luck with the triplets Hannah and hopefully you n yours enjoyed thebsnack sticks.

We entered lobby, your staff member did not greet me upon entering as she was busy on her cell phone. Then when we entered elevator, a cleaning lady entered with us with her cart and blocked the door for us to get out again another staff member on a cell phone. Door 1 rear didn’t open as she never hit the button. She didn’t even attempt to move the cart for us. Then not even 5 minutes later we seen her walking to parking lot to her car. She must have been in hurry. No respect to guests.

My friends and I stayed at your property for a long girls weekend trip. Jordan, one of your staff, was excellent and went above and beyond. We appreciate him helping us out with a cab when the hotel shuttle wasn’t available and storing our luggage when we had issues with a delayed flight due to the storm. Thank you for a great weekend.

The receptionist that worked the shift to 11pm was fantastic and a joy to work with. The gentleman that checked us in was also fantastic. Not many hotels have a great staff and it made a difference.

Nice safe location in a pretty safe city. Some aspects of the property look like they could be improved but those are minor. The breakfast has basic items similar to other chains - it worked for me, overall. The room faced a road with fast moving traffic so the road was often noisy during the early part of the day. But, it is a minor issue. Thankful to some of the staff members for their flexibility.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located across from Walmart and other area essentials. The rooms were large, offered a fridge and additional sink. The hotel had an excellent breakfast too, eggs, bacon, potatoes and cereal. Also there was hot coco, tea, and coffee available 24/7. The pool was nice and the staff kind.
