Perfect place for our weekend trip. The house was very clean and well stocked, they even had blocks, coloring supplies and other toys for kids. Property management was very prompt with responses to questions. The beds were comfortable. Location is great, its only a short drive to most attractions. We would definitely stay again!

This house was well set-up for the four of us (plus one extra guest for one night). Very clean, well-supplied, and an ideal layout with the kitchen+dining+living area as one big space. Excellent kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils. Good air conditioning, despite near-100-degree days. This house is located 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and a similar time from Raccoon Mountain and Lookout Mountain. The former has good restaurants, an excellent aquarium, and a long, paved bike trail. Raccoon Mountain has beautiful vistas and challenging mountain biking. Lookout Mountain has the touristy but excellent Ruby Falls and Rock City. The managers were very communicative, in a helpful way, and knew a lot about the property and the area. Top notch! If we stay in Chattanooga again, this will be the first place we check for lodging.

This was a nice stay for a quick weekend getaway! The house we well stocked with towels and kitchenware. Lots of fun toys and games for little kids. We went to a wedding at the venue and the house was super close. Overall a great stay! Thanks!

We took our 3 year old to explore Chattanooga. She had a GREAT time! The rental was convenient to Lookout Mountain (Ruby Falls, Rock City, and Incline Railway). Also very convenient to downtown Chattanooga where we popped into Coolidge Park for some carousel rides! This rental had everything we needed for our stay from towels to kitchen accessories and even some toys for our kiddo (because “new” toys are always appealing!). It was a breeze to check-in and out, and the park across the street was great for our daughter to burn off last minute energy. Overall a great long weekend was had by the great rental and location provided!

My husband, son (11), and I had a great stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Coffee pods, creamer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. Our dog loved being able to walk the neighborhood and we put a tie-out for him in the small backyard. There’s a charcoal grill (with charcoal provided) and a table and chairs out back which was a great place to wind down after a day exploring. The house is a 10-15 minute drive from everything- Lookout Mountain to downtown. The property managers are beyond kind! We are looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be back to this house.

We booked this almost a year ago and were very impressed during our stay! Just a few Military Veterans looking to enjoy the Great Outdoors. The layout was great. Very spacious, and there is even a nice fire pit in the back yard. Communication with the host was Excellent! We will definitely visit again.

Very nice stay for our family’s long weekend in Chattanooga. The house is better than the pictures. Convenient location to drive to town and groceries or restaurants very close. Clean home with updated fixtures and everything we needed for meal preparation and family games!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, fully stocked and an excellent location! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and seeing lookout mountain. It was only a short distance to drive to all of the major attractions in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Community center with a great park across the street, grocery right down the road, and very quickly to get to downtown. The one thing to note is that it is an older home. The wood floors in the main living area are a bit uneven. If you have mobility issues, may want to just keep that in mind.

The property is very clean, it does have a slight cant to the living room floor I'm assuming because of an addition made to the home and it's age. Otherwise I liked the atmosphere and area, the home was well furnished and items left for use during occupancy were more than adequate. The leaving moon pies for guests is a nice touch. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

This was perfect for a vacation with our grandsons. They loved the playground across the street. In my opinion, the beds were too soft, but other folks may like them soft. Overall....wonderful place to stay!!

Fantastic spot for all things Lookout Mountain. Everything was clean and ready when we got there. Communication was as expected throughout the process. We enjoyed teaching our daughter to play Clue via the provided games. It's a great spot with anything you could need close by. Side Note: The old hardwood floors, which give this place its charm, are extremely uneven. You can tell there is some joist sag in the foundation. This was not an issue for us, but it would have been a major issue if my parents had come with us—just something to be aware of.

We stayed here a few years ago so when we planned to come to town to get married it was a no brainer where we wanted to spend our week. This home really feels like home to us when we are there. We love the small tight knit community it’s nestled in, the park up the street for our daughter, and the feel of the inside interior is cozy. Donna is always a pleasure and we were able to make magic happen this September for our big wedding day at Rock City! Thank you guys again!!!!!!!!

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from all the local attractions in Chattanooga. The property is clean and well maintained. We visited in April and there was a tornado warning in our area. The host checked in with us to let us know to reach out to them if we needed anything. Luckily the tornado did not touch down so no assistance was needed. But it was nice to know that someone was looking out for us while traveling in an area we were not too familiar with.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and provided exactly what we needed while we were there. The check-in and check-out process were super simple. I communicated with the property owner, and they were always polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this location and would stay again in the future.

The check in process was seamless and they even accommodated an early check in for us. We had a small issue with WiFi on one of the TVs and the host immediately came over to resolve the issues. The beds were extra comfortable and the location is basically 10-minutes from everything. Will definitely stay again!

The location of this home is super convenient to everything, attractions, restaurants, and grocery store (Wal-Mart). Loved the walking path across the street around the community center. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with the essentials-even-soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower! Very peaceful neighborhood, we would definitely stay here again 😊

The house was great, just enough room for a family of 4. Very nice neighborhood. ( my husband actually was looking at local real estate in the area) nice park near by. The home had everything we needed for a short stay.Its a very short drive to all the attractions and a good selection of restaurants near by

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, fully stocked and an excellent location! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and seeing lookout mountain. It was only a short distance to drive to all of the major attractions in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was well maintained, and had everything you could have wanted. The kitchen was well appointed and the furniture was great. The location was actually surprisingly great. Community center with a great park across the street, grocery right down the road, and very quickly to get to downtown. The one thing to note is that it is an older home. The wood floors in the main living area are a bit uneven. If you have mobility issues, may want to just keep that in mind.

This house was well set-up for the four of us (plus one extra guest for one night). Very clean, well-supplied, and an ideal layout with the kitchen+dining+living area as one big space. Excellent kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils. Good air conditioning, despite near-100-degree days. This house is located 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and a similar time from Raccoon Mountain and Lookout Mountain. The former has good restaurants, an excellent aquarium, and a long, paved bike trail. Raccoon Mountain has beautiful vistas and challenging mountain biking. Lookout Mountain has the touristy but excellent Ruby Falls and Rock City. The managers were very communicative, in a helpful way, and knew a lot about the property and the area. Top notch! If we stay in Chattanooga again, this will be the first place we check for lodging.

My husband, son (11), and I had a great stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Coffee pods, creamer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. Our dog loved being able to walk the neighborhood and we put a tie-out for him in the small backyard. There’s a charcoal grill (with charcoal provided) and a table and chairs out back which was a great place to wind down after a day exploring. The house is a 10-15 minute drive from everything- Lookout Mountain to downtown. The property managers are beyond kind! We are looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be back to this house.
