It’s extremely quiet with the exception of the cleaning staff that wasn’t quite at all. They also didn’t seem to care about me trying to sleep. Other than that I was extremely happy with my stay. We really enjoyed sitting outside by the fire and having drinks.

The facilities are wonderful! Everything feels fresh, new and clean. It’s well designed. We had an extremely late check-in and the staff was still very alert, accommodating and kind. The only thing that felt less than ideal was the corners in the shower had mildew and could use a little extra love.

While the room was modern and pretty nice, the staff was horrible. On several occasions, we saw folks at the reception desk eating. Once, we we walked up, the employee had to put down their slice of pizza and seemed like we had bothered her. During checkout, I had gone down to get a luggage cart. While waiting on the elevator to go back up, one opened and an employee was wiping down the wall. He stared at me and never moved out of the way or encouraged me to get in. During checkout, those carts are at a premium, and I wanted to get it back down as quickly as possible, Lastly, it was weird that there was no microwave in the room. We had to go down the hall to heat up some food.

The walls are a bit thin on the 2nd floor. We could actually hear someone snoring in the room next to ours. Other than that, the hotel was really well kept. The staff was beyond friendly. Wonderful front desk staff all day of Saturday January 10th. Also, super friendly bartender and maintenance.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The lobby was inviting and decorated beautifully. The rooms were spacious and layer out well. The bathroom was luxurious. We were impressed definitely will stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone having to come to Jackson/Ridgeland MS.

Hotel front desk staff is great!! I had some issues because my last name was spelled differently on my reservation and they didn’t stop until they corrected it!! Morgan, Fran, and the sweet girl when I checked in were wonderful!

I wasn’t able to stay because the lights was out due to a power outage. When I made it I seen it was very dark outside in the area. So the front desk clerk had to open the door for me. He said the light were out in the rooms. So I sat in my car while it was raining l for about an hour. Went back inside to see how long it was going to be for the power to come on. He didn’t know so I sat in the lobby with some on the guest for like 3 hours. Still no power so I gave the clerk my information because I refused to stay in a dark hot hotel room. And did inform me that the manager will give me a call this morning. I called this morning myself and he told me soon as the manager gets in . its 5pm I still haven’t got a callback..

Beautiful new hotel in great location. The front desk lady that checked me in , after she was just sitting in the back for 7 mins while no one was at the front desk, was rude and didn't seem to care that I waited to check in for so long while she just sat in the back. Horrible attitude and the hotel had no people at front desk at a time when most probably would check in. Ruined an otherwise good experience.

This property was a wonderful experience. In particular there was a young lady at the front desk named Hannah. She had a wonderful personality and made it feel so welcomed during our stay. If there is ever a chance I am in Ridgeland again I will pick this hotel without a doubt

My room was nice and cold during a heat wave. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet in a packed hotel. Loved walking around hotel at dinner options. Nice that I didn’t have to drive each night. We travel to Jackson each year for soccer. This will be our team destination from here on out.

Overall was good. Floor was dirty and there was a toothpick left in the trash can, but loved the long bench in the room. More hotel rooms should have this. The bathroom had good counter space too. Staff was nice and is in a great location.

The property was clean, the food was excellent, and the area was walkable with beautiful scenic paths. There were several shopping areas with in 5 miles of the property in two different cities Ridgeland and Madison, MS. I would recommend this hotel to solo travelers and to small families.

We have really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The property is immaculately maintained. The personnel are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The bar is well stocked, and the bartender did a wonderful job. Our room was quiet and in perfect condition. The Ace will be our go to hotel in Jackson from now on!

We have stayed here several times. Clean comfortable with nice surroundings. We enjoy comfortable king size bed, nice bar and breakfast. Walk to really good Mexican restaurant sadly under renovations right now. Will be back.
