Very clean. Conveniently located and was perfect for our needs. However, they need to spray to combat the mosquitoes and other biting bugs. We didn’t enjoy sitting outside as a result.

I was traveling with my daughter and grandson. We enjoyed the amenities: pool, bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The garden was quiet and peaceful. I recommend staying there.

This is one of my favorite hotels ever! It was very comfortable and homey and immaculate in the room and on the grounds. The room was spacious and comfortable with a big refrigerator and microwave. Also a kitchen sink and a little kitchen table. The pool area and courtyard was beautiful with tons of greenery and plenty of places to sit and relax. There is also a marina next door that is fun to walk around.

Excellent staff who went above and beyond, spotless accommodations, and a serene, Zen-like atmosphere made this a truly relaxing weekend getaway. The harbor views were stunning, and we loved enjoying the complimentary breakfast while overlooking the water. The beach was just minutes away, and the convenient trolley stop at the resort made it easy and affordable—only 75 cents—to get there. Highly recommend!

It was perfect! The vibe was so fun, well decorated, and clean. The front desk person was so helpful. I love that there are bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and fishing poles available to borrow. The pool is beautiful, the perfect temperature and so clean! It was close to things to do as well.

If I’d just passed by this place, I wouldn’t have even thought to stop and inquire, as the curb appeal isn’t the most appealing…clean, but an older property with a few boat slips at the end of a canal. But once inside and after exploring the rest of the property, I could tell a great effort has been put into making this a superb lodging option for this area. The courtyard is perfect for relaxing or socializing in what feels like a lush tropical jungle, with sitting areas, a bar area where breakfast is served and which guests can utilize.( not an operating bar, just a unique but fitting structure). There is also a small, but very well appointed and inviting pool area.There is a small marina at the back of the property, and they have bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing gear for guests of the resort to use in a FCFS basis. Very convenient location but also quiet. Very convenient contact-less check-in. The front desk was very friendly and informative as well. Ample parking with easy access. This will definitely be my go-to property for when I am in this area.

We stayed in the "condo like" room by the pool. It had a full kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The furniture was very comfortable, and the room was clean. It was a little warm when we arrived, but cooled off quickly. There is an ac unit in the bedroom as well as the living area. There was a dehumidifier provided that kept the room extra comfortable. We opted to not have room service during our four day stay, so we had the empty the dehumidifier ourselves. There was never too much noise in the pool. Keep in mind that this is an older building, but has been remodeled. However it was clean, comfortable and has alot of cute character. We would definitely stay again. All of the potted plants, flowers, and geckos in the court yard were beautiful and truly added to the enjoyment of this location.

This is a lovely property. It’s small, so the pool isn’t overcrowded. The rooms are the perfect size and were very clean and comfortable. Check-in was super easy— they texted me a code to get in! The place is centrally located, so every place you want to go is a short distance.

Our stay was great,the room was very clean ,beds were comfortable. The only issue we had the toilet was either stained or had mold in it. Otherwise it was a beautiful place very cozy seating areas outside the garden was beautiful. The Waterview was awesome..seating areas outside the garden was beautiful. The Waterview was awesome. The hotel is quaint, Old Florida style on a private marina. Very cute outdoor sitting areas. Continental breakfast is basic. Rooms are Very small - very grateful to have been upgraded to waterfront with a shared balcony and chairs. The hotel is non-smoking. It is too bad guests don't adhere to the rules and thus annoy other guests by smoking wherever they choose. Front desk was receptive and offered to change our room. Luckily were informed the smokers were checking out that morning so we didn't need to change rooms. Free use of fishing poles, paddle boards, kayaks and bikes nice perk. Very friendly staff.

We are older and fluffier and the bed was not to our liking. It was a very soft memory foam. Plus the rooms need black out curtains. Very bright in room at night with their outside lights. Otherwise it would have been fine. Very clean.

This hotel is in a great location just across the bridge from Fort Myers Beach. There is ample parking and a cute little pool/courtyard area. The guest rooms are basic but beds are comfortable and everything was in decent working order. Rooms have older window AC units and no ventilation in small bathrooms so humidity & temperature are a bit difficult to maintain. Property also does not have hot tub or guest laundry facilities as advertised.

We stayed here while we attended a Spring Training game in Ft Myers. This is a great little motel - well kept, very clean, and all the people who work there are fantastic. The only issue we'd like fixed is that the lights that shine on the walkway are located directly opposite the room windows. At night, the drapes do not block this light much at all - and if you're one of those people who needs a dark room to sleep in, you'll have problems.

Amarilys at the front desk is amazing! She alone made my visit to Fort Myers exceptional! She provided help with my reservation, had excellent recommendations for bars and restaurants, and was there for anything I needed. I would highly recommend stopping in to see Amarilys upon your arrival! Great little hotel with super staff.

The first night was fine, however we did get woken up by music playing loudly outside our room. The second night we had some people move into the room above us that were extremely loud. We were staying there with our 6 month old and we had just gotten her to sleep. Although it wasn’t quiet hours, they were stomping and what sounded like jumping and throwing things around upstairs, as well as screaming outside downstairs. We called the front desk and they said they would call and ask them to quiet down. About 30 minutes later (after quiet hours started) they still had not quieted down any so we called again. We got told there was nothing else they could do and the people were just finishing dinner and hanging out. I do not recommend staying here if you have kids or plan on sleeping in. It was clean, decent location, but the service was terrible.

We were staying there with our 6 month old and we had just gotten her to sleep. Although it wasn’t quiet hours, they were stomping and what sounded like jumping and throwing things around upstairs, as well as screaming outside downstairs. We called the front desk and they said they would call and ask them to quiet down. About 30 minutes later (after quiet hours started) they still had not quieted down any so we called again. We got told there was nothing else they could do and the people were just finishing dinner and hanging out. I do not recommend staying here if you have kids or plan on sleeping in. It was clean, decent location, but the service was terrible.

Very nice for the price. My son and I were very comfortable staying here plus it was nice that it felt homey and it was a safe and quiet location. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Very good location, nice access and view to marina, room was very nice. We think it is a great location with local feel unique atmosphere. Just over the bridge to beaches and near Doc Fords one of our favorite restaurants! We definetly can recommend it.

Latitude 26 property was wonderful. Very clean and nicely decorated in the room and around the property. There were many areas to sit and enjoy our time, including on the canal. It is located less than 3 miles to the beach, which is walkable if you’re able. We will definitely stay there again.

It’s perfect cozy quiet easy to get to shopping dinning and the beach clean with a nice pool and fast and yummy breakfast in the cabanas in the back by the pool it was a perfect stay and yes there is a trolly in the front to take you to the beach and Walmart is a block away plus Publix

This is a lovely property. It’s small, so the pool isn’t overcrowded. The rooms are the perfect size and were very clean and comfortable. Check-in was super easy— they texted me a code to get in! The place is centrally located, so every place you want to go is a short distance.

This is a lovely laid-back hotel, away from the busy Ft. Meyers Beach strip. They have kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes that can be borrowed for no extra charge, a nice pool with floaties and toys for kids, and a peaceful partially shaded courtyard. They also have a grill that guests can use. The only things I would change is less packaged food at breakfast (single serving cereals and granola bars, packaged bagels, and disposable plates, cups, and utensils), the addition of laundry machines, and sweeping of the rooms (our floors were covered in sand by the last night). The clientele included mostly families and couples.

The lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all. Acted like she could care less about her job. The breakfast was a real joke. We knew that it was just cereal, pastries and coffee when we booked it. # 1 the toaster didn't work at all. #2 there was no milk at all for the cereal or oatmeal. When we asked for milk, she told us the truck doesn't deliver until Tuesday. I decent hotel would go buy some milk until their delivery came. So all the guests tgat are there don't get any milk until Tuesday, seriously. very poor business. Our room was clean and the pool was nice. Thats about the only good thing we can say.

Sincerely, the pictures online are far from the reality!! I went there and needed to change rooms, love that they were really open to solve my issue. They need to know that a resort that offers breakfast, has to be enough gor all the people that are at the resort!!! They were really short on food!! Thats unacceptable.

Arrived a little early and allow to check in. They sent us a message giving us check in instructions. Room was a really good size with everything we needed with a nice comfortable bed. Nice seating area on the front over looking the water which was lovely and nice seating area around the side of the property. You needed a car to get to most restaurants. The pool area was good and the pool was a nice temperature to swim in. Breakfast was good but on 2 of the mornings we were there having breakfast I went up to get a cup of tea and was told no although it was only 0930 and breakfast was advertised until 10 which we pointed out so we did get our tea, and on another morning we were sat and were told they were packing up breakfast again at 0930. So they need to make it clear what time breakfast actually finishes. however apart from that little annoyance we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Nothing like the pictures. Total miss representation of the actual motel.. it’s an old motel that’s run down. Toilet didn’t work. The shower wouldn’t turn on would get stuck on super hot and you couldn’t turn it down. Staff was moody and unhelpful. The bed was horrible. This was an embarrassment for Hotels.com.

Breakfast was more like a little snack bar vs an actual breakfast. It works for a quick bite but you’ll definitely be ready for a real meal. We didn’t use most of the amenities, we did utilize the beach towel rental. Overall I’d stay there again for the convenience of the location and friendly staff.
