Lovely Place. Disappointed that the pool was across the street and also maybe the smallest pool I’ve ever been in. Dinner is wonderful at the restaurant but expensive. Breakfast is fine. Room was nice, but you can hear people upstairs if you stay downstairs.

We loved our stay at Canyons Boutique Hotel. Our room was clean & very comfortable for our needs. The staff was friendly & we were welcomed with a personalized note in our room. We used bikes the free bikes at the property to get around downtown in the evening & enjoyed a walk through the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was outstanding. The room was beautiful. It was wonderful to be able to take one of their bikes and ride around Kanab. The breakfast provided was delicious.

Our room # 210 was on the small size for a king bedroom. Were no extra towels or supplies in the room. No elevator so had to lug suitcases up and down stairway. Otherwise, staff were great and the breakfast was excellent.

This cute hotel is a great place to stop while traveling though Kanab. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel has a restaurant/bar. We especially enjoyed the home cooked breakfast that was offered for a small additional fee. It is so much better than what other chains offer. There was delicious sausage, baked french toast, scrambled eggs with cheese, oatmeal, fresh oranges, coffee tea etc. We also enjoyed sitting by the firepit in front of the property. Such a nice touch and great place to visit with friends/family traveling with you. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Canyon Boutique is a small hotel with very friendly staff. Check in was easy as well as parking. There are no elevators on premises. The deluxe king room is small and dark but clean. The restaurant was busy but luckily got a reservation. Unfortunately, the wait staff forgot about us sitting outside and we did not get waited on for a long time. We spoke to the hostess, Bailey, about our wait. From that moment on, she made sure we got our drinks, food, and dessert. Bless her heart! BTW, the food was great!

We liked that it had character. There is a need to note that there is no elevator. All rooms should have some type of hand hold by shower/tub. I went out an purchased my own bathmat. You could make it clear that the pool is not at this hotel but across a street on a different property. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfasts satisfactory. If you want coffee for breakfast use the Keurig in the entryway - restaurant coffee was?? Everything was neat and clean. We did not eat at their evening restaurant - more emphasis on it in advertising as we would have had we not made other arrangements.

This hotel is located in the perfect cross section between Zion and Bryce (and others). It was super convenient to a bunch of really excellent restaurants in Kanab. Eric, the guy at the front desk, went above and beyond to be so incredibly helpful with questions about the area and helped us light the fire pit for s’mores (an unexpected and great surprise!)

We had two rooms and both were spacious, clean, quiet, and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were both large and exceptionally clean. Overall the hotel was clean and didn’t have that typical old musty smell. Although our time didn’t allow us to eat breakfast at the hotel we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at the restaurant. They had a few vegetarian options there, but just ask about cross contamination with meat items especially fried foods. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

This was a great place to stay! Everyone was so welcoming and the room was great. We are doing a trek across states and this was the most comfortable bed we had! The breakfast was also delicious! I wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

The check-in process was easy. Laurie answered all our questions about the area and provided valuable information about the national parks. Room was very nice with a fireplace. Bathroom was large and clean. Would of been nice to have housekeeping more often than every three days.

Great stay with great people. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Old school fabulous service; and to me, the most important attribute of it all - authentic. Upon arrival from Vegas, I was immediately greeted by friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, then checked in. Everyone I asked a question was able to answer questions regarding things to see, and do and delicious food to eat during the two day visit. While the temperatures were in the 100 degree category, I had a blast and will be back soon!

Staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. After a long day of travel I arrived 15min after SEGO (the attached restaurant) had closed for the night. However, the hostess went into the kitchen and asked them if they’d do one more order and the chef was more than happy to. Had the duck lo mien with a fine bottle of Willamette Pinot Noir which just made my day complete. Highly recommended!

This property is quaint. We’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it so much we had to come back. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are awesome. Do not stay at this property, there is no good reason. Stayed in April 2025. It is not "in town"!!! They market it that way. It is literally the second to last hotel on the town 'strip' and is significant walk to anything - forced to drive and park. In our room the bed vibrated every time a specific mechanical function in the building would come on. The head board literally vibrated and woke me at @5:50 AM. This continued in ~9 min cycles coming on every ~15 mins. The head board shook! There is no way I was the first to complain, but they didn't care. Just stupid. Nothing about the place is special, nothing. It is a chain anyway, so don't bother.

Quaint! We were greeted with a personalized welcome letter when we arrived after hours. The Hotel was meticulously clean, comfortable, and cozy! The staff was friendly and helpful; we especially enjoyed the useful guides for local drives and hikes. The breakfast was excellent (with ingredients that have been sourced locally)! 😌 We look forward to returning again soon!

We love this place. Have stayed many times and will continue to stay when we visit Kanab. The only complaint I have is the breakfast is not good. I love the convenience of it but the food is not good :-(. The restaurant is fantastic, just not the breakfast food.

Lovely place with a great room and awesome service by Kaitlyn!! Only downside was the breakfast, it was terrible and not worth paying anything for, although the staff was kind enough to return my money when i asked. Overall, the place was very nice, cute and clean. Loved and would definitely stay again!

We arrived in Kanab a bit later in the evening (8:15 pm) and by the time we realized that most restaurants were closing by 9 we decided to try 'Sego' in your hotel. What an amazing surprise! First of all, it was gracious of the restaurant that they were willing to seat us after 8:30, but then the food was exceptional!! WOW! Also, the breakfasts were much better than standard hotel breakfasts. We have already recommended this restaurant (and hotel) to others. :-)

The stairs were difficult. Wrapping Autumn leaves around the banisters were attractive but made it hard to hold on to. Disappointing that we could not make a reservation to eat until 9pm. As a guest we should have been able to.

Stayed twice in one week because our first experience was great. The Sego restaurant is a wonderful place for dinner with excellent dining options. The hotel is quaint, clean, and in a convenient location. The rooms are nice and roomy. Parking in the back is plentiful, but limited in front when the restaurant is open. Staff was great every time we interacted.
