Staff and cleanliness was amazing! The hotel, however, needs a good amount of renovating. Our balcony door will not shut completley, letting the warm air in, toilet made a loud pitch sound when flushing, bathroom sink overfilled quickly, as if something was stuck in the pipes. Charged for a stain on a "floor rug". Did not have time to dispute with hotel since our transportation had been waiting on us.

I would never stay here again or recommend it. My air conditioner didn’t work in both rooms I had. The customer service from the front desk staff besides the overnight staff was unacceptable. I insisted on changing rooms after the room next door was smoking laced weed on the balcony &my entire hotel room on the 6th floor stunk up in till the front lobby downstairs. When I got my new room it was absolutely disgusting & if I wasn’t checking out the next day I would’ve switched hotels. There were stains on the towels, the entire room besides the bed was not cleaned. The balcony door was broken to an already unsafe balcony, the headboard was nasty & uncleaned leaning towards the bed basically broken. And not even the toilets flush properly I was so disgusted & grossed out. The bathroom was filthy & unclean, I had to clean my own room up for it to be usable which ruined my evening plans on my last night. On top of that the manager the morning after switching rooms insisted I would be getting a partial refund. I asked both her & the front desk staff member for written confirmation that I would get a partial refund for having my trip ruined by this filthy place. As soon as I land & request written confirmation for a refund they’re not giving it to me so I will be reaching out to the booking site. The only things I can’t complain about were the beach staff & overnight staff who were wonderful & kind although I was having a horrible experience & very upset. Manager is a liar too

The bed is very comfortable. The water is very cold (visited in March), there is no shower door, and we had to pay extra 800 pesos for blood stains on their sheets.
