It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and you can walk around the property. They are pet friendly with plenty of areas to walk your dog. There is an exercise room and a water station area. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

Liked: Clean, included hot breakfast, easy free parking, modern gym, friendly and accommodating staff. Disliked: Couple across the hall was very "active" at night (disruptive and awkward for neighbors), A/C unit in room was loud. I'd stay here again.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave in room are convenient, and the breakfast was great with many options and comfortable areas to eat and visit with traveling companions. No pool but a nice small gym. Many parks and hiking areas within a short drive. Tons of amenities in the vicinity and easy access to major roads.

This is a good hotel. We have stayed here many times. My inly complaint is the hall carpets and the elevator carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. You see lots of spills on the carpet.

The room was clean but there were stains on the carpet. The staff were cheerful and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. They had a a good selection. There was many shopping and eating options close by.

All was excellent - comfortable and safe. Only one complaint was that breakfast area wasn’t very clean and chose to eat out at the Panera bread opposite as food not very appetising with litter on the floor and bins overflowing. Other than that, all really good and would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn over four times in the last year because it’s close to my mom. The first time it was great, the second time it was good, and the last two times it’s been bordering on poor. The front desk staff are amazing and helpful, but the cleanliness of the rooms seems to be going downhill very very fast. The last time, for example, I found a half drunk bottle of sparkling water that wasn’t mine by the bed. I didn’t see it until my final night, or I would have said something. I also didn’t realize that the huge powdery red substance across one of the bathroom walls wasn’t part of the decor, but what looked like blush. (I used a warm washcloth to clean it off). These two things should be very obvious to the people that clean the rooms, which makes me worried about the things I wouldn’t think to look for, or be able to, like the cleanliness of the bedding and floor. The beds, also, seem to be getting worse though I’ve not stayed in the same room. They are weirdly hard and too bouncy at the same time. I really hope at least the cleanliness issue gets fixed because it’s such a convenient location and I fly to CA every month/month and a half.

Good customer service. Simple check-in and selection of room, especially for stays with pets. We were placed in a room right by the exit. Only issue- the room wasn't super clean. The dresser drawer handles were sticky and there was mystery food chunks left behind. Our dog found and ate one. We let the counter know and they quickly sent someone to clean. Just wish the room was cleaned properly.

The housekeeping was subpar from our experience at other hotels. We were unaware that housekeeping only came into our room every other day when we booked. The neglected to leave a sufficient number of towels for 2 days so that we could take a shower everyday. When we asked for extra towels they left one for 1 people to have a shower with. We had to complain a second time in order to get enough towels. The bathtub was slow draining and we were up to our ankles in water by the end of our showers and we did not take showers. After working 35 years in the plumbing and heating industry, I was about to start removing hair clogs from drains on my vacation. The bathtub was slippery and I also fell several times. Last but not least the cleaning staff couldn’t even remove a used coffee cup from the night stand. The grounds were nice as was the building inside and out, but the housekeeping was not befitting the rest of the product.

Our room was not fully cleaned upon arrival. There were girl nails, food, metal pins on the carpet floor. The walls had marks on them, shaving cream on bathroom wall. We woke up to find a puddle near window due to rain. Kind of horrible but I guess at least there was breakfast included

Nice clean room, great pillows. Staff told me they'd been open just six years, so it's no surprise that it still feels fresh. A few convenience/food items are available 24 hrs next to front desk.TV selection was somewhat limited in the "Live TV" section, although it had other selections, such as free SiriusXM, PlutoTV, etc. Air system was responsive and not too loud. But, I had to change rooms after the first night because the air system in that room was so noisy. Staff told me they're in the process of replacing all of them.

Properly was fine, nice free breakfast. But beds were too hard, pillows way too soft, air conditioning too loud, refrigerator to high-pitch noisy (had to unplug) room got too warm because A/C was too loud to keep on.

Very courteous and efficient check in. Spacious and very clean room. We were a little disappointed that there was no USB ports especially since the local area is a high tech Mecca. Parking was a little tight and not plentiful.

My only complaint again is the lack of water pressure in the shower. It's impossible to get the shampoo out of my hair with the amount of water coming from the shower head. I get you're conserving water, but more water comes out of the sink faucet than the shower.

We were not given the accessible room we reserved and paid for. The desk clerk checking us in told us it was given to someone else in spite of it being reserved. Desk clerk was not helpful, tried to say that we were called to verify that an accessible room was necessary. When i said i never received a call and asked when they tried to call, she dropped it and wouldn't answer my question. We were told there was nothing to be done, no discount, only Hilton points could be given.

Did not ask for ID at check in or verify that the credit card was mine. Had to go back and forth to the desk 3 TIMES TO GRT KEYS THAT WORKED AND THE ENDED UP HAVING TO SWITCH US FROM THE KING ROOM THAT WE RESERVED TO a 2 queen room. The lady actually had the gall to say that I should be happy that I was not being charged an increased rate for the QUEEN ROOM. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENCE SQUARED!

Called prior to booking to see if there was a baby crib, they said yes. Booked trip. Called 2 days before arrival to again confirm the availability of a crib, and they said yes. Arrived to check in again and they confirmed again that a crib was available and in the room. Once we were in the room, we called and asked where the crib was and was told “sorry, we can’t find it”. Our 6 week old infant had no where to sleep and it was extremely unsafe. Very disappointed in the “I don’t care” attitude. Find somewhere else to stay.

They charged me $14.22, saying that I purchased something from their market. I was traveling alone, and purchased nothing from their market. I spoke to the manager Patricia who said she was going to "review the footage". I told her fine, because I only went to the counter once, which was for my check in. She said she would email me within 30-40 minutes. Nothing. Called them back today. Went to voicemail. Disputed the charge on my credit card. My next stop is every possible review platform, as well as Hilton corporate. I've never been treated like this at a Hilton or Hampton, which I have always liked. Avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel is nice and clean. Our issue\'s started with checking in. The employee stated she saw our reservation but could not check us in. She had me wait to the side so she could help someone else who apparently she was helping earlier. She finally was able to check us in but it took much longer than it should have. After giving us our room keys, we head to our room and open up the door only to find it was occupied. Yes, the room was already occupied and we had to go back down to get another room. Once in our room we were getting ready for the event we were in town for and suddenly, without warning, our door opens up. It was housekeeping, his only response was "i was just checking my rooms". Why do they not know when rooms are occupied. After returning from our event, we discover our air conditioner was extremely loud. We were too tired to go down and get yet another room. Just a bad experience overall.

Check in was fine. Did notice some others were waiting on rooms after checkin time. Good area overall with lots of options. Downside, its right across the street from homeless camp. In addition there are signs everywhere warning to remove valuables from cars to prevent breakins. Doesnt exactly make you feel the safest. Breakfast was a good assortment.

The hotel was in a terrific location for those with family in Almaden. It was close to airport and to major shopping while still being a short trip out to the south San Jose area. The surrounding area is a little sketchy with all the homeless, but there is really nothing the hotel can do about that. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful with my husband specifically noting that the coffee was terrific.

Very nice, new, hotel. Excellent room. Lots of restaurants within a short walk. Unfortunately has a fast road next door and a large homeless camp across the street. Didn’t feel safe at night.

My husband ended up getting food poisoning from their breakfast buffet. We couldn’t pin point, but he recalls eating the scrambled eggs. The on duty manager was in a “meeting” when I tried to file a report with the front desk. Nothing was done to remove the eggs from the breakfast buffet for the safety of the other guests. After listening to my husband throw up for the past 20 minutes, I urged him to go to the ER. Let’s just say I won’t recommend this place.

Even though our room was on the first floor, it was very quiet. We were able to log into our Netflix account and watch it on the hotel TV. The included daily breakfast is excellent, with a waffle-maker and hot eggs and sausage.
