Good air conditioning, and good value for money. Good options for late check-out.

我一生從未住過這麼差的酒店，實際上這間房連籠屋都不如，令人心傷。空間細少，令人窒息。就連基本服務也令人失望，大堂幾位男服務員，沒有笑容、沒有協助旅客、就連救助人的心也沒有，（例子：因為家人病了向大堂男職員急拿一點點熱水，他說不能，凍水也自己買，還向我說可以飲水喉水，真是令人失望的回憶，水很貴嗎？我一連住上多天連少少清水都那樣吝嗇嗎？）。地方差也沒有用服務追上，收費亦看不到優勢，不比別的不。連房內設施也什麼都沒有，想拿多一條毛巾要請救3次。我第一次提早離開訂下酒店，花費再訂另一間，白白浪費金錢、破壞心情，因為真的太難受了，我是來旅遊，不是來坐監。我來的時候和走的時候也帶着很多行李，不期望有人幫我搬，但連開門協助、給予微笑也沒有，跟本就是破壞旅客對英國的感覺，差到不用說，我只是給1分予我提早退房時肯給予一點點熱水的女職員，但這不是酒店應有的服務嗎？請高度審視一下你的員工、想一想作為一間酒店的服務態度。 I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel in my entire life. In fact, this room is worse than a cage home—it is heartbreaking. The space is tiny and suffocating. Even the basic service was disappointing. The several male staff in the lobby had no smiles, did not help travellers, and did not even have the heart to help anyone. (For example: because a family member was sick, I urgently asked a male staff member in the lobby for a little hot water. He said no. If I wanted cold water, I had to buy it myself, and he even told me I could drink tap water. What a disappointing memory. Is water so expensive? I stayed for many days in a row—could they be so stingy over a little clean water?) The place was bad, and the service did not make up for it. I could see no advantage in the price either; it was no better than others. Even the in-room facilities were completely lacking—there was nothing. If I wanted one extra towel, I had to ask three times. For the first time, I checked out early from a hotel I had booked and spent more money to book another one, wasting money for nothing and r

I booked a Cocoon 2 room and it was very nicely presented. It was a basic room with just a bed and bathroom (for those it may concern the bed was just a mattress on a raised platform, so those with mobility issues may struggle with this) The Aircon worked perfectly. However, my room had a very high pitched sound ringing 24/7, it may not affect most people but as a neurodivergent person it was very intense. The room also did not have a window which made waking up very difficult without any form of natural light. But despite those downfalls I couldn't complain for the cheap price I paid.

An unusual place and so quiet after we got used to the idea we liked the experience and the mattress was so comfy

The room was perfect for a 1 night stay, has all the basics that you need. Everything felt really clean and tidy and modern. Staff were helpful with checking in and finding my room. Short walk from the main Greenwich area which was great. Good value for money in London.
