Too noisy to leave the windows open at night but the AC did not do a good job of keeping the room cool. Great location with easy access to shopping, dining, sight seeing and transportation.

The location is good, amenities good. The issues were we had a cracked window and the corridor on our floor needed vacuuming.

I have been coming to this hotel for 15 years for work trips. The rooms are small and can be dark/looking into internal courtyard. But the location is very convenient to the Tower of London and the City of London (financial/insurance hub).

The cleaning staff in our room found it acceptable to use our own personal items reporting this to their supervisor and manger and they called us liars then said oh her phone was dead so needed to charge it. The reception manager then said it was a work phone to track her workload but the maid openly said it was he own Personal phone that had died. No one took responsibility and the staff were asking us how they wanted us to approach the situation which is shocking
