Good for price and location, staff quite unhelpful with the Ryanair style shelf check in’s.

Excellent stay, right in the heart of London - couldn’t have been better placed. The only thing we can fault it on, and we’re nit picking here, there is no facility to get a hot drink after 6.30pm within the hotel. A hot drink vending machine would have been useful.

Clean room, very small no window, basically a bed a toilet and a shower.

Well situated hotel. Excellent sound proofing in room.,Convenient to theatres and lots of good restaurants close by.,

We contacted the hotel prior to arrival due to concerns regarding negative reviews. They assured us that room wouldn’t be problematic. Upon check in, one member was rude and repeatedly said she didn’t want to know about tour concerns or email exchange. If you arrive early you pay additional fees, if you don’t pay them and prefer to leave your luggage, you pay additional fees. Check out time is also early, I think they said 10am. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Location is good.
