The room was very comfortable and light. Well appointed rooms with everything you need for a great stay in London. We used the pool and we were very well looked after.

The room was amazing. Everything controlled by in-room remote control. Love the dressing room and bathroom design. It was simply a great stay and one which you would expect for a high end 5 star hotel in London. We have stayed at the Dorchester, Savoy, Claridges, Goring, Mandarin Oriental and the Ritz, and we think we like the Peninsular hotel room the best so far.

Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The property is beautiful and the staff was amazing. Our room was spotless and the location of the hotel is perfect for easy access to shops, restaurants and Hyde Park. Simply perfect!
