super outdated, bad service. must return remote control for tv to the front desk and all keys and towels keys. I cut my bracelet off before checkout and for some reason they told me that I had to go retrieve it from the trash!! I have never had to return a bracelet in my life and it was embarrassing.Also the main bar and gift shop were closed! stay away!

The food was okay. The rooms were okay. Shower head was horrible and we heard moving furniture ALL DAY LONG EVERY DAY screaming child in hallway. It’s not all inclusive like they say.

Everything was pretty good. Nice service & staff. However, Silly to try and charge us in the restaurant for a small glass of milk for our babies bottle … a classy and kind gesture would be to gladly give us some milk. Seriously???
