I would give a 5 stars for the hotel and restaurants and 0 star to the spa. The room is great and the food and cocktail great. But if you come for the spa dont chose this hotel. Not only it is extremely expensive, if you have Expedia 250$ credit only 125$ will apply and they will charge 52$ for using the credit . You end up paying 700$ a couple massage in a freezing room with cold hands and cold oil. Not relaxing at all. I asked 4 times if they could lower or close the ac and they agreed but did nothing but add the pile of blanket on me . At the end i complain about not only the quality but nothing was done when i said i was not feeling good in the cold. Not even a gesture, just an offer to redo it for « free » no thank you.

Very beautiful property that is well maintained. Service is top notch especially for an all inclusive resort. Spa is just magical. Make sure to take advantage of the complimentary hydro spa treatment. It’s unbelievable. You can do it as many times as you want during your stay. I will be going back to this hotel very soon.

No matter if it was facing the lagoon or the ocean, the sky was breathtaking, and the pool had such an amazing atmosphere. I loved how the water temperature was always kept just right at any time of day—it felt so thoughtful. The cocktails were top quality, even compared to other hotels, absolutely delicious! It was such a happy time, and I can’t wait to come back again.

Le Blanc is an excellent choice for anyone looking to get an all-in-one experience without needing to go outside of the resort. This is a truly all inclusive resort. All staff is super friendly and helpful, food is great, service is amazing, very clean environment and plenty of spontaneous activities and shows/games that are hosted throughout your stay. You even get your own butlers to assist with your every need. The resort itself has a gym, spa, massages, 2 pools, a large hottub, multiple restaurants and bars, and lounges and of course direct access to the ocean. Our butlers Saul and Juan were very friendly and helpful with scheduling our dinners and making sure we had everything we needed! They took very good care of us! Our favorite restaurant was definitely Yama (Japanese). The waiters were very friendly and made sure to take their time to ensure we had a great experience. We even had the pleasure of meeting Mariana, the head of the restaurant, whom checked up on us and ensured our last day at Le Blanc was a good one. She made sure we were treated well and even had our waiter bring out a special dessert for us as a going away treat. Highly recommend!

I did not like the way Le Blanc up prices all items that are available using the so called "resort credit". My wife got a $30 purse/bag for $30 in resort taxes and the $250 resort credit. It was a joke. Same thing for the spa credit....we had $250 of credit but everything so highly priced that you really are not getting any value. Food was okay but should be much better for a $1000 a night resort. We will not be back.

Overall this hotel is far from being exceptional. My rating for this stay is far away from a 5 start hotel, 3 starts at the most. Reception and welcoming staff are 5 start. Rooms are way too small, bathroom so small you cant even turn around, toilet and bathroom in the same area. Sharp corners everywhere. No balcony to get out and seat and enjoy the beach. So rooms are way too expensive for what they provide. Upon our arrival, no shampoo empty bottles, limited lotions you have to ask for additional supplies. All restaurants are small Reservation were limited with times we were forced to Take empty tame slots early in the evening for our dinners. Breakfast is limited and every day same, no variety of food. One chief who makes omelets and specials so he was way over worked and over booked with orders we waited for our omelets more then 20 Min. No protein powder to get mixed in shakes for people on a special diets and training regimen. Gym was exceptional and clean kept well and also Spa area. However spa treatments are way too expensive for an 80 Min massage you are looking to pay about 380 Dollars. Nice spa though hydrotherapy is included in the room price. Margarita spa girl was amazing as well as Judy spa massage therapist. Beach never got cleaned only once during our stay there from the seaweed. Glass around pool area dirty from the rain sand and wind and hasn’t been touched for days so you look through dirty glass outside. That should not be in a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel. The pool and beach were fantastic. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Jaeha was very friendly and helpful. Carlos at the french restaurant provided excellent service as well. The only serious downside was the housekeeping. Many of the housekeepers didn't know any English and didn't follow our requests. They often forgot to provide basics such as soap, lotion, and additional towels. We sincerely hope housekeeping will improve in the future. The butlers were all great though!

The food was great, the employees were super nice & very helpful. We stayed in the hotel & on the beach almost the entire time.

The experience at Le Blanc was a pleasant surprise! Extremely welcoming reception. Excellent quality room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful food. First time in le blanc cancun but been to le blanc cabo.. cabo san lucas is newer resort but with same concept . For cancun , the building is older, rooms are smaller with mist of it have no balconies . U have to be a VIP member to get into a room with balcony. Butler service is excellent as always ! Luis is our favorite butler, armando and carlos aa well did a great service ! On point and always gives you options of dining and activities. The coffee shop , melissa is the best ! She memorized our coffee as soon as we walk in , the dessert choices at coffee shop is amazing! Tge restaurants were all great ! Fausto our waiter at Blanc worked his way to make sure we get the tomahawk steak on our last day ! All i can say is always the best service and foot at le blanc ! Might be an okder resort but worth visiting! I will go back to cabo though !

Loved everything about La Blanc. Our butler was amazing! We stayed in the honeymoon suite that overlooked the ocean. So worth it! We were treated like royalty. The food was so flavorful and delicious. A few tips: make sure to reserve dinner in advance, download the app for planning, book the hydrotherapy spa (it’s included), brings lots of $1’s, $5’s, $10’s and $20’s. They don’t always have access to change.

I upgraded my room to a honeymoon suite and pay extra. The hotel credits to use at the spa were nice, but after the upgrade I was paying $1000 a night. The hotel is old and outdated and not worth the extra money. So are the rooms. The staff was really friendly but from the moment you get there and check in to when you check out they’re trying to sell you a timeshare or membership. I honestly just want to be left alone and enjoy my vacations. After visiting the Cabo Le Blanc, Cancun falls extremely short. I would not be coming back here.

This place is amazing. They greet you with moist towels, a flower and coconut milk...you are treated like royalty here. Everything is immaculate. The service is beyond compare. Everyone is over the top nice and attentive. The food has been out of this world. So many delightful choices and the presentation is stellar. Billyjoel and Rodrigo were our very attentive butlers and they were so accommodating and always made sure we had what we needed. They even suggested things we hadn't thought of. We ate at The Lumiere and Yama (reservations required for both) and they were out of this world. Even the buffets here are incredible.

The property itself was lovely, and the infinity pool overlooking the ocean was stunning. The food was also good when you ate in the restaurants (the food you ordered poolside was average, we never ordered room service). The service we received at the restaurants was very poor for a "5-diamond" resort. We had a group of 12 one night and were told at dinner that we needed to be quiet (they told us we were at a spa resort and needed to be quieter). We also had to flag down our server to get everyone drinks (he only took drink orders for 1/3 of us, came back and did another few people, and at that point we had to specifically request that someone come serve us, but he was ignoring 4 of us). Another night we had a table for 4, and 30 minutes after taking our drink and food order we were still waiting for drinks, for a water refill, and then our appetizer arrived. We actually ended up going to the bar inside to get our drinks, during a sit-down dinner, because it was such an issue. It was a shame because the food that evening at Terraza was good, but it was overshadowed by the poor service.

Unparalleled service. Perfect for couples and girl trips. They have thought through everything, down to the littlest details and the staff goes the extra mile to make the service as luxurious as possible. You get assigned a butler who makes your reservations and takes care of the details of your stay. Small touches, like your evening room scent, signing you up for activities, ours even noticed someone got burned and preemptively put aloe gel in her refrigerator for her. Unparalleled service. The food was excellent and I have excellent, fine taste in food. The food was true to each cuisine genre.

Upon arrival, the first room we were assigned had a leaking toilet. After reporting it to the front desk, maintenance was sent to repair it, but the strong chemical odor left behind made the room unpleasant — and for me, with asthma, it was a serious health concern. We asked for a room change, but none were available that night. We were told to check out the following day at noon and that a new room would be ready by 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM, which left us scrambling to get ready for a 6:30 dinner reservation after spending the day at the beach without access to a shower or change of clothes. On top of that, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” light on, we were woken up every morning by staff either trying to clean the room or collect room service trays. That said, we still had a really good time with our friends and made the most of our trip. The resort has potential, but at this price point, the service and attention to detail simply didn’t meet expectations.

After different stays in Cancun and Playa Mujeres resorts I can swear Le Blanc is from another world.Roberto & Saul our concierge, Juan and Gaby from Lumier restaurant made my husband’s birth special. I really enjoyed the food, the relaxing atmosphere, the drinks, and the consistent service. However, I do want to give a word of caution about the constant push to sign up for the vacation membership, which requires a down payment of around $7,000 or more. Your time that is spent listening to the presentation is exchanged with a credit to use at the hotel for the spa and tourist attractions. However whilst you're on vacation, the goal is to unwind, not to be constantly pressured into purchasing your next vacation while on vacation from the moment you check in until you check out."

Everything you read in the reviews about the service is absolutely true. We were there for our honeymoon last week and couldnt have asked for a better experience. Great facilities, amazing customer service, delicious food, beautiful beach,and incredible pools. Its in the hotel zone but dont let that scare you away. Its a "smaller" hotel but feels like its there on its own. We were there for 6 nights and never even considered leaving the resort. Definitely going again!

I previously stayed at Le Blanc in Cabo and wanted to experience the Cancun location. Le Blanc did not disappoint! Food, drinks, and service were top notch. The sushi spot and steak house were my favorite. Had unbelievable sashimi along with good quality house saki. Also had an amazing steak known as the cowboy cut. There were tomahawks available for large group. The lobby bar bartenders knew their cocktails well and I enjoyed my favorite Whisky Sours. The pool bar keep the drinks flowing nonstop. Don’t forget to bring your insulated metal cup to keep your drink cold in the sun. At night in the sports bar showed the NFL playoffs and later had an amazing live band playing great hits. You can not go wrong with Le Blanc, highly recommend!

This is the feedback we shared with Le Blanc: Hello, this is Lee from Room 331. Two members of our family staying in Room 327 and I are experiencing symptoms of food poisoning, including abdominal pain, diarrhea, dizziness, and fever. My father in Room 331 has not shown any symptoms so far. We checked in on June 24th at 8 o'clock in the morning and did not consume any food before arriving at the hotel, nor did we experience any symptoms beforehand. On June 24th, we had breakfast at Blanc, lunch by the pool (salmon and chicken tacos), and dinner at YAMA. The three of us who are now experiencing symptoms also had steak at Blanc. On June 25th, Mr. Kim from Room 327 started experiencing symptoms around 4 am. On June 25th, I attempted to order lunch but couldn't eat due to feeling unwell. For dinner, we visited Lumiere, but all three of us felt ill. I personally experienced vomiting and abdominal pain, so we left most of the food uneaten. On June 26th, Mrs. Lee from Room 327 and Mr. Lee from Room 331 started experiencing the same symptoms Mr. Kim had on June 25th. All three of us are suffering from food poisoning. While I cannot pinpoint which restaurant may have been the source of the issue, I am certain that the food served at your hotel (likely from Yama or the steak at Blanc) was the problem—possibly spoiled or contaminated. I am requesting not only reimbursement for medical expenses but also compensation for the distress caused.

Siempre me he quedado en ese hotel, pero esta vez el restaurante del 3er piso fatal lo mismo para la cena que almuerzo, comida muy mal elevorada muy mal.. deben tomar medidas, mucha grasa, mal elaborada, pedí una cazuela de marisco hiervieron esos mariscos le pusieron una salsa roja y listo..

Staff Butlers Hugo and Eder made our stay! $1480.00 per Night all inclusive. Never have liked all inclusive... Dining was not good! French and Japanese restaurant were terrible! Butlers again were fantastic! The up Sale marketing program was the absolute worst! Turned an ok Vacation into a cheap sales pitch! We spent $7000.00 for 5 Nights and will not be back! Would love to hire Eder and Hugo in our business in the US! They were fantastic!

I got food poisoning from some of the seafood at the Italian restaurant. This ruined 36 hours of my vacation. When I asked for some kind of goodwill refund, I was told they refused. So you want to serve clients bad food and take their money? No thanks. The Cabo ale Blanc was waaaaay better. I will never go back to Cancun Le Blanc again

No buffet dinners, only breakfast and lunch. All the restaurants need to make reservations. They are all superb. Usually the Japanese restaurants in Caribbean resorts are sub-par. This one was higher quality than expected.

海、設備は抜群。しかし残念ながら食事は大いに改善余地ありです。酷評せざるを得ません。致命的かもしれません。1階ロビー横のビュッフェスタイルレストラン以外はどこも美味しくないレベルを通り越してまずい。イタリアンもフレンチもレベル低いし、特に日本レストランは食べれない程酷い。笑いが出てくるのを通り越してこれが日本食だと思われてしまうと心外である。日本食を知っている人に監修して貰うべきだと思います。
