La red wifi nunca funcionó, las habitaciones son amplias sin nada adentro, solo la cama, el clima a medias funciona, enfríaba como 6 hrs después, no cuenta con estacionamiento y se promocionan como tal, como se describe, solo tienen 3 cajones en la parte trasera del hotel, lo demás es dond encuentres lugar en la calle, temporalmente hay un miniferia con exceso de ruido y musica hasta la medianoche

Since my arrival at 22:45 the Lady who attended me I was coming out of sleeping, not in the best mood, I took forever to assign me a room almost int the roof, FIVE STORIES WITH OUT A WORKING LIFT Had to come down to get my room key fixed , I requested bottles water, nothing available even having a restaurant facility, GO UP AGAIN WALKING TOMY ROOM BECAUSE NO ELEVATOR. THANK YOU VERY MUCH EXPEDIA FOR SUC H A RECOMMENDATION

El servicio estuvo bien, lo que no me gustó fue el servicio de elevador ya que no funcionaba bien, y nunca sirvió la llave de la puerta apesar que nos la cambiaron 5 veces, siempre nos abrieron con la llave maestra, además no permitieron que en la estancia consumiremos alcohol.

O local necessita de uma manutenção com urgência. O primeiro quarto não foi o que reservamos, o segundo o ar condicionado não funcionava e só nos trocaram de quarto após diversas reclamações. Estacionamento na rua, não existe nenhum local interno.

3 hombres entraron a la habitación a las 2 de la madrugada, supuestamente les activaron la tarjeta de acceso equivocada Curiosamente toda la semana tuvimos problemas para entrar a la habitacion ya que las llaves de acceso (tarjetas) no funcionan. Algunos baños no cuentan con agua caliente El aire acondionado suena muy feo y tira agua Los encargafos del hotel dicen que esa no es su responsabilidad, que es problema del dueño, pues pero ¿como contacto al dueño? Personas groseras que te abren el estacionamiento de mala cara La app de expedia no dice que no puedes beber alcohol, ni una sola cerveza me pude tomar dentro del hotel El peor hotel que he visitado en toda mi vida, y he estado en hostales de 100 pesos la noche hasta hoteles all inclusive

Mala experiencia, solo me aloje por una noche por suerte el ruido de los bares es excesivo asi como el de otras habitaciones,mi cuarto se comunicaba con otro por puertas y se escuchaba todo lo de a lado. Al abrir las llaves de lavabos y retrete salio agua completamente sucia.

I reserved for 1 night a room with 2 beds, I’m assuming I forgot to select 2 persons and it was showing only 1 in the reservation. The front desk associate charged me for the extra person. Hotel is NOT as shows in pictures. Room had a bad smell! It was extremely noisy during the night, outside the hotel and people passing by in the hallway. To get to the hotel from the ADO bus station, one needs to walk through dirty streets, it doesn’t feel safe at all.

Since my arrival at 22:45 the Lady who attended me I was coming out of sleeping, not in the best mood, I took forever to assign me a room almost int the roof, FIVE STORIES WITH OUT A WORKING LIFT Had to come down to get my room key fixed , I requested bottles water, nothing available even having a restaurant facility, GO UP AGAIN WALKING TOMY ROOM BECAUSE NO ELEVATOR. THANK YOU VERY MUCH EXPEDIA FOR SUC H A RECOMMENDATION

Very clean and spacious. Noise from the road and hallways/ other rooms terrible, especially at 3:00 a. M., not hotels fault but made for a terrible stay. No glasses in room. Fumigation at 7:15, while having breakfast

There was no parking but on the street . Tje reception not helpful when asked questioned . Didn’t allow drinks in rooms or by the pool . TV in the room didn’t take but 4 channels but nothing interesting

big and empty. Other than the beds and a table without a chair. A microwave, that was just thrown on the counter same as the mini fridge.. And the floors are unfinished. The walls were uh the same , Ibasically everything was pretty bad. There was rust in the drains and the toilet. Looked like it is. It was very discolored.There's a poor four I mean, the closet handle novels of breaking off, like hanging the door it's looked like it didn't really get locked, but it did somehow
