We are late sleepers, and we asked.reception if our room could be cleaned even past 5 pm and every time was no problem. Always came back to clean, made up room. And I accidentally booked the wrong barcelo location and I asked for the manager to help and she got on the phone with the other location and took care of everything. Had the reservation cancelled and.the new one made at the proper location. Thank you to all staff including security who volunteered to take my laundry to a nearby cleaners and also picked it up the next day and dropped it off at our room. He showed me the bill and I gave the money to him with no issues. Try to tip well especially in situations like that. It goes a long way.

Great money for the hotel. Only issue is that the three times I have checked in the room wasn’t ready. What I’m happy it took less than 30 minutes but the room was ready. Besides that lovely hotel and will recommend to all

Idriss, who was on front desk duty when I arrived a couple days and had a mix up with my bank resulting in hassle paying my taxi, was very helpful explaining the situation to the cab driver and suggesting a solution.
