This hotel had great service, especially Ricardo, and the food was very tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason I would not stay here again is the facilities. It was very busy and the pool is very small. The beach that you are bussed to is beautiful but there is very few places that have shade and the beach is flagged as a red flag and unswimable. The amenities for us just didn’t work well but if you are looking for a clean, safe place with tasty food and not the amenities then this is your place.

In general it was ok, but on the beach there were no beach umbrellas. And very few lounge chairs. This is something I do not understand. Such a nice place you should complete with that. We came for the beach and these kind of things are necessary. That is why we give average

The staff were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. We found the food just okay compared to other restaurants around. They cleaned our room everyday and it was pretty clean. The pool was a bit busy but the beach club made this property worth it. Gorgeous beach and not terribly busy compared to most beaches.

Great locations and the shuttle between the hotel and beach club was perfect. Rooms are a tad dated. We had a room on the second floor facing the street. Extremely loud between 7am and midnight. The wifi was very spotty and slow.

The room was very clean, service was great, food was good. The beach club was very good with a pool and great lunch availability. The ocean at the beach club is not swimmable due to permanent red flags for rip tide. We had a great time.

En el desayuno muy pocas opciones y abren tarde. Comida y cena muy caras para lo que dan (tacos con 3 hebritas de pollo).Tienes que pedir "el agua caliente" Estacionamiento con pocos lugares, si sales en la noche ya no encuentras lugar y hay que dejarlo en la calle. El club de playa con MUY POCOS camastros y sin sombrillas. Los costos son altos, tanto de comida como de bebidas. No me dieron la cama Queen y me toco habitación a la calle (Todo el tiempo hay mucho ruido).
