We stayed for 2 nights as we were here for the marathon weekend. Very close to Paddington station. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Reception smelt amazing as you walked in the door. Our first room was small. Bathroom door hit the bed. Small gap to walk through. Storage was an issue. Nowhere to put anything. TV didnt work and was tiny. We mentioned this to reception and the next morning they moved us. Second room was lovely. Spacious. Loads more storage and more modern. Huge TV. Both bathrooms were modern and new however. Under floor heating in both. Would stay here again if we had our second room for sure.

We found the room to be alot smaller than expected, there was no fridge,the wifi was awful and whilst we knew it was a continental breakfast we skipped the last day...so tbh overall not impressed especially what it cost.
