Warm, welcoming staff. Clean room. Recently updated bathroom with shower wand and overhead rain shower. Fully air conditioned, comfortable bed, mini fridge with waters. All shower amenities in the shower. Our 5th floor room had an outstanding view over the rooftops to see the London Eye, the Parliament tower and even Big Ben! The lift was ever so helpful on the hot days! A bar in the lobby and a breakfast dining room downstairs. Everyone was so accommodating and quick to answer any query. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. And walking distance to Pimlico Station or Victoria Station for the Underground. Oh, and restaurants just one block away…Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Mediterranean… We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a somewhat centrally located hotel. 5 nights in late June. Thank you all for your wonderful support and service.

The staff was great, and it was very nice to have a bar in the lobby. The beds weren’t very comfortable but not awful. The pillows however are awful! Breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient to Buckingham palace.

Really nice staff but nothing above and beyond. The breakfast was served early enouh for early risers at 7 and late enought for the rest of us at 10. Brunch resteaunts and small shops were in walking distance. There is plenty of places to wait in the lounge areas for your taxi, and the bus stop a hop and a skip away. There is no parking but taxis seemelessly make it work with no hassle to to you. The room itself was very clean and ordely. I did not like how close the bed is to the desk in the room. Its super tight. But i really dont have any other complaints. 5 out of 5 for me.

I'd have had this one as a five having staying in loads of other hotels on this road. My wife would have had it as a four as the room was quite small. But the room is quite small because this is SW1. You won't get much bigger unless you want to pay 3x the price. So call it a 4.5. The staff we great, the place was clean and tidy and although there was only a shower rather than a bath, that worked really well and it wasn't one of those like in the other hotels in the area where if you're sat on the toilet, one of your legs has to be in the shower because that's the only way you'll fit. The only thing I'd say is that I'd check disabled access if you have mobility issues. The building is what it is and although there's a lift, we had to walk either up or down half a flight of stairs to get to our room once we'd reached our floor. But I'd definitely recommend staying here. It's in the perfect location for just about everything.

Very nice and clean hotel in great location walking distance to the Victoria Station and Pimlico Station. Rooms are renovated and very clean albeit on a smallish side. Breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed our stay!

The reception staff both make and female are so lovely and helpful- especially the guy who helped me with my suitcase. They stored my luggage when I went sightseeing. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Rooms are spotless.

This was a beautiful hotel with a convenient walk to the Tube. Our room and bathroom were larger than most UK hotels we have been staying at, and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole hotel is just beautiful and clean!

We picked the smallest cheapest room because it was a one night stay. It was small as advertised but there was one irritating thing. The sink was just too small. Almost impossible to brush your teeth. Other than that it was ok and value for money.

Very nice boutique hotel in a quiet area in Pimlico. The hotel is nicely decorated and is clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and my room was fantastic. I even had my own balcony! It’s a short walk to the Pimlico tube station which is also a bonus. More food and shopping options in the area would make it a more desirable location, but the property itself is a great place to stay.

Overall the stay was very comfortable. However, some of the staff members at the breakfast made use feel that we are not welcome there. We are a party of six people. The staff refused to join tables to keep us together. Whereas they did accommodate another party. Front desk staff are very friendly.

We stayed at The Belgrave for one night prior to our departure from London in what the hotel calls a small double. The area was quiet and pretty. While the room was clean and quiet and suitable for our purposes, l would not recommend this size of room for an extended stay, except perhaps for one person, as there was only very limited storage for belongings and the bed and room were very small. The continental breakfast, included with our stay, was fresh and had a good selection of continental breakfast items. If you wanted more, a la carte items were available for purchase. Staff were friendly and helpful generally. The only exception was when we arrived late afternoon. Two male staff members sat behind the desk, and watched, while we lifted our heavier luggage up the stairs through the entrance. While only a couple of steps, an offer of assistance seemed appropriate by good customer service standards. This did not give a good first impression of the property.

I booked a standard small room for 1 night. The size was enough for one without feeling closed in. The bathroom was great as was the fantastic shower. The hotel provided shampoo's, conditioner and soap in pump style in the shower. These smelt amazing and were lemon scented. Reception staff were nice but not the usual bubbly personalities you come across when you check into hotels. Some, not all could be dressed more appropriately/smarty as the first point of contact when you enter the hotel.

We had a very nice stay. The Belgrave was quiet and clean and all the staff were very pleasant. Close enough to walk to many places and a bus stop nearby for times that we didn’t want to walk.

This hotel was wonderful. Perfect location on Belgrave Avenue which has easy continuous Bus service on 24 route taking you to main Victoria station in less than 10 minutes which you can then transfer to Tube or Train. Very clean rooms and property with quiet area as well. Highly recommended

Hotel clean. Couldn't fault it. Asked for an extra pillow as were too low. Was fine after that. Continental breakfast lovely, toaster needed bread to go through twice to get a decent colour. Staff friendly. Location excellent, not far from the underground. Quiet area, felt safe.

We stayed for 4 nights in different rooms and really enjoyed this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very clean. Location is very central, close to Victoria and Pimlico underground stations and close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful with lots of choices. The coffee is amazing. We loved our time here and would stay again. Highly recommended.

Would definitely stay again. Clean quiet safe and a lovely area. Rooms well set out and a really nice en suite. Paid extra for the full English breakfast but the smoked sausages and bacon were not to my liking (quite continental) so many much nicer English sausages about. But minor detail really.
