Room wasn't too bad apart from thick black hairs still surrounding the bed. Room wasn't ready early as requested and we got washed changed in the gym. Location was very good.

Would recommend to anyone traveling with a family., The hotel is well located,close to public transportation. A functional kitchen is a must in an expensive city like London .The only downside the room can get hot specially during summer. Beside that,we really enjoyed.

Apartment was nice sofabed wasn’t comfortable and carpet was old bedroom was nice and comfortable and cold too because was too hot outside and staff was nice and helpful all the time,except cleaning staff didn’t clean the room properly when we had check in and they didn’t clean the table properly and bottom part of table was very dirty and dusty and dust was on the floor too. We had nice river view from our window so hardly stayed in the apartment but was very nice area and safe and very quiet and peaceful all the time!

We had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Canary Wharf. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and everything we needed nearby. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which included a dishwasher and a washing machine, extremely convenient during a longer trip. We also really enjoyed the balcony and its beautiful view, which made the stay even more special. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical accommodation, and we would gladly stay there again.
