The location was wonderful, rooms are clean and spacious. Sheets could use an upgrade. The only huge problem we had was the fire alarms went off 2 nights of our stay at 2am and it absolutely wrecked our sleep. There was no communication from the staff that it was a false alarm, no attempt by them to compensate us for their faulty alarms, not even an apology. Please get your facilities under control.

We loved our stay here. The room was quite large, very comfortable bed/furnishings and in an amazing location that is walkable to the trains, Hyde Park, pubs and whatnot. It could use a larger in-room fridge and onsite laundry facilities, but those are manageable.

To be noted that there is really no housekeeping! We stayed 6 nights and the room hadn’t been made a single time (despite us asking). Also breakfast is not included. There is a cafe in the lobby but you need to pay. On the positive, very good location. The hotel/room was in a good condition.
