My stay was really good customer service was excellent ,rooms clean ,onky teribbke issue was the misleading information regarding free parking ,i was billed 40 quids for 24 hours because it was operated. A one night stay chosen for price and location to Royal Albert Hall. Parking was easy & check-in staff were brilliant. We selected our twin room which was very clean and comfortable, even though they were single beds. Despite being facing main road, we slept surprisingly well with no noise from corridor or adjoining rooms. My only issue would be the stairs getting from elevator to our room (I use a crutch). Breakfast was included in our rate (highly recommended) and there was a superb buffet self-serve choice of cooked and continental. The restaurant staff were very attentive. We were able to leave car in underground carpark a few extra hours after checking out which was really helpful. Note: concession on disabled parking though. Would definitely recommend Hilton Olympia for Kensington stays.

PAKRING IS NOT FREE. That ruined the whole trip really and made us check out after only one night. Basically felt scammed after paying £250 for two nights and then £80 on top for parking. Not knowing or them ever mentioning that parking was not free. Didn’t feel like a 4 star restaurant. Bathrooms were really bad. The bath didn’t even keep the water in. Everytime you had a shower, there would be a pool outside. No shops on the high street that are worth. Would not recommend at all.

Tight squeeze carpark under the hotel. Not very well signposted on how to get up stairs into the hotel via the lift etc. Rooms spacious and comfortable..plenty of towels,bathrobes and slippers. Tea,coffee facilities too. Breakfast ,had an extensive choice on offer.But do close at 10.30 am, prompt on Sunday am.

Let’s start with the bad - the receptionist when we checked us in stated we should upgrade for a fee as our room was ‘old’ and ‘dated’. I didn’t put the do not disturb sign on the door because we was heading out at 9:30, but didn’t expect to be woken up by housekeeping before that time. When we returned back, I went to get my luggage from the concierge but was left waiting for a while as he was texting on his phone. The positives - the breakfast staff were amazing, they are really passionate about their work, including the manager of the breakfast area. The breakfast offering is unbeatable. You won’t find a better breakfast at any other hotel. That’s the reason my review is still slightly positive. Would like to give them another chance as I’m a frequent traveler to London but can’t justify their prices if the result is poor customer service ( excluding the breakfast staff).

The only thing that stops me giving 10/10 was due to an issue with the lifts. There was only one lift in the whole hotel working. Which made getting to the room a little bit difficult. Other than that everything else was outstanding. Room upgrade for free was very welcoming. Room was very clean. Spacious, comfortable. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. You name it they had it. Everything cooked to perfection. 2nd time I’ve stayed here and all ready booked for my 3rd. Great location.

Was there for a business trip. Stayed at a king premium room. Pretty spacious. Towels are replaced and bed is made daily. The towels and bathrobe had this slight unpleasant smell but otherwise they felt clean. Room service menu is limited but 24/7. The gym has a dumbbell set and three thread mills.

My partner and I stayed here for one night. The hotel itself is tired and worn, rather unclean and in general needs a good refurb. When you think of Hilton, you expect the worth for your money, however it felt like a 2 star hotel. The rooms were old, dim and really quite miserable. Even something as small as a bit of artwork on the wall would have helped the atmosphere! No offence to the housekeepers, but they do very basic cleaning. So basic that they even left hairs on the wall of the last occupant and the plug hole of the bath. The silicone could easily be redone, it's not a hard job. It looked tatty and was peeling away against the sink and in in general the bathroom area. The hinges of the wardrobe were completely broken, so we took a picture and attended reception to inform them (purely because we didn't want to be fined for the damage that was caused before us). Chips in the woodwork of the table and desk were easily seen, and the curtains had brown stains that clearly had been there for a long time! Not entirely sure why the TV was on the side of the desk away from the position of the bed, we couldn't watch TV in bed even if we wanted to. The only really good thing about this room was the bed, we had no qualms with the comfortable sleep we had, but that was about it really. I will say that the hotel location was perfect for us however, near lots of different and unique shops and restaurants and public transport was easy to grab. We had no issues with the staff either.

Room was small, dated and not the cleanest. Possibly been cleaned to the best of it's ability but age old dirt in grout and stains on carpets etc. I would not use the shower and there was water moving along the grout in the bathroom, not sure where from as mentioned I did not use the shower. Breakfast was lovely, nice spot and staff were good.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in early at arrival. Housekeeping was daily and thorough. I didn’t add breakfast as part of my stay, but I went on the last day. The food and coffee selection/coffee was exceptional; I recommend it.

Check in wasn’t exactly welcoming. Rooms are old and not clean. The ‘white’ net curtains on the window looked as if they hadn’t be washed in years. The daily cleaning obviously didn’t include dusting the furniture. Asked for the bed to be changed on the second day, it wasn’t done. Shower head was loose. Bathroom drastically needs to be updated. The positives. The bed was comfortable and we were kindly served breakfast early on departure day. Good internet.

Great location and easy to get to for working at Olympia Exhibtion centre, staff were friendly at reception and great service at the hotel bar (SOCIETY) handy there is a Costa attached. unfortunately the room was very disappointing, it was outdated, needed a deep clean (curtains and chairs) the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and I had an issue being able to control the air con in the room which had a mind of its own (541) would choose to stay at High Street Kensington for future Olympia events, much more shops and restaurants and better hotel options plus closer to the tube station.

The hotel is located on Kensington High Street. Transport links are good; the number 9 bus stops outside and follows a route past Hyde park and towards the West End. Hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming. Breakfast is fantastic! Only complaint was the unrelenting drone from a generator that ran through the night and could be heard in our room on the 5th floor. Would stay there again, but would check room noise on arrival and change if necessary.

Low floor room with unbearable traffic noise due to ill fitted and single glazed windows to street level. Room not ready on time and long queues at reception and breakfast space simply too small for the 7.30am rush. Location is good. If I'd paid less I might have scored more highly but as it is this was a full market rate for the area and room type and was very poor value.

The hotel was good, the check in process was good and any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. What I didn’t like was discovering we were out in a room with an adjoining door to the next room - this meant we could hear quite a bit from their room, and at times they were noisy - they got up before we did, and we were conscious that they went to bed earlier than us. The bed wasn’t brilliant, I felt it was quite lumpy and uneven, and it also creaked and made noises when someone sat on the bed, never mind trying to get under the covers. The only other thing I had issue with was the lack of power points in the room. I had to unplug an alarm clock to be able to plug in the kettle, and there weren’t sockets beside the bed at all. It might seem small but that means phones are on charge across the room, and I didn’t find it very convenient. Actually, no biscuits with the tea/coffee - weird!

Checking process is EXTREMELY slow We arrived before the 3pm check in and were allowed to check in early (fill in all the forms, show IDs etc). However we were told we would have to come back at 3pm for the Keys as the room was not ready. Which is fair enough as they were still being cleaned. 3pm arrived and the staff on the desks were so slow in dealing with guests, many experiencing issues with WiFi. When we did eventually reach the desk the lady tried to check us in again, filling in the same forms etc. when we mentioned we had already done this and were just picking up Keys this seem to confuse her even more. Overall checking was not smooth. The overall hotel is a great location, comfy yet dated rooms compared to other hotels The breakfast options were fantastic. Everything from porridge to a cooked.

The hotel and front desk team were asbolutely incredible, very helpful and welcoming. We found the mattress a bit hard but overall the room was great! The only real moan would be a member of staff in the restaurant was rude to my partner when we were looking to order drinks which put a dampener on the evening but overall we had a very pleasant stay.

I checked in after check in time at a very busy period. The process was very poor and selective, to then be told my room was not ready. I was given a voucher for Costa coffee and told someone would come and notify me when room available. After 40 minutes there was no notification so I went to the check in desk to then be asked the same questions again and given a room but told there were no twin rooms available. I find this totally unacceptable as I specifically booked and paid extra for a premium twin room. There was a very good selection for breakfast. Location of hotel is in a desirable spot.

Staff was nice. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Hotel is a little dated. Location is nice - lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Train station is about a 15 minute walk, but bus stops are minutes from the hotel. Beautiful Holland Park within walking distance.

Great location 3 mins walk from oympia tube (only runs at weekends) 18 min walk to shepards bush tube. Staff are excellent. Room was a large family room, tidy and clean. If i was really picky id say the bathrooms could use an update but perfectly fine for 2 night stay. Restaurant was great, great choice for breakfast and very well priced, lots of choice, a good english breakfast, juices and coffees!! Staff cant help enough.

A great, nice Hotel with a Coffeshop in the grounds. The busstop is in front of Hotel and to the central of London very easy. Restaurants and shops are near to the hotel with a 5 minutes walk. We were very happy and want to come back.

It's a great property with clean rooms, great breakfast, nice restaurant and bar area, and is right on the bus transport line in Kensington. There is a lot that is walkable. It is also close to the Kensington Olympia train station.

There were some problems, but the hotel liason person was excellent. Hotel is not near a tube station, but there are 3 stations within 15 minutes walk and you can take a bus if you want. Handy for Heathrow and better than staying in Hounslow or one of the airport hotels with that horrible Hotel Hoppa service. Some nice restuarants and pubs nearby. Would use again.

Booked a single room to keep costs down and yes the room was pretty small but manageable. The decor in the rooms is a little dated but clean. The lobby, bar and restaurant areas are excellent. Special mentions to the guy on reception who checked me in and the staff in the restaurant. All really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

Rooms are tired Very disappointed with bar staff. Ordered gin and tonics and got a huge bill as all drinks were invoiced as doubles which was not asked for by the group. It is against trading standards to not check single v double.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff very friendly and approachable. The breakfast spread was amazing! The only problem I had was the shower head was not working and there was no shower gel available in the room. But otherwise the stay was great!

Great location for Kensington olympia station and Kensington highstreet tube. And just a £10 uber ride away from the Royal Albert Hall. Nice hotel. The hotel restaurant was nice but very slow

Really top shelf establishment. Very friendly and good staff. Breakfast buffet is brilliant. Only issue is it’s a bit of a walk to nearest tube station if you’ve got bags
