Stayed 2 nights

Booked a 2 night stay in a twin room for visiting London with a friend. Hotel was easy to find short walk from Hammersmith tube station. Room was on 3rd floor 4 doors down from hotel entrance as the hotel is spread across several houses in the terrace. There are no lifts but this wasn’t an issue for us. Room was very hot on arrival (we did know there was no a/c on booking) & we were in an unprecedented heat wave so we took our own electric fan which was very useful. There was a fridge in the room which was a very nice surprise as I hadn’t realised there would be a fridge. Room was very clean as was bathroom, only 2 medium size towels in room but I popped back to reception to ask for 2 more without any problems. Lots of plug sockets in the room another unexpected bonus. Room was on the front of the building but we kept the windows open due to heat, it was a bit noisy but it’s London so we expected that. Beds were comfy & we slept well. Breakfast was extremely plentiful & although advertised as continental it included bacon & sausages as well as lots of cold meats & cheeses, fruit, yogurt & sweet treats too. It’s nothing fancy but we enjoyed our stay & for the price paid would recommend it & would stay again. It’s super convenient for travel into central London.

Stayed 2 nights

The location was a great in-between for Westfield shopping center and The Eventim Apollo making it perfect for occupying our entire day as you can walk between it all. The staff and the room itself was great and had everything we needed. The only drawbacks are that the bathroom door was close to the sink and toilet so you have to pose awkwardly to enter and close the door. The hallway is also rather nosy when other guests are using the stairs. These were minor inconveniences though so the helpful staff and location more than made up for it!

Our family stayed in a familyroom which were just renovated. A standard queensized bed and 2 single beds. Clean room, nice and helpful staff. No aircon so the room was very varm due too a peak in temperature. The is a variety of restaurants and cafes in the area! We like our stay and can recommend it!
