The staff is outstanding. Helpful and friendly. Daily room service included water, coffee and biscuit replenishments. The breakfast buffet was amazing and very nicely priced. It gets busy as the morning goes, the dining room staff is spot on replenishing everything. Location can’t be beat, less than five minute walk to Paddington station.

Room was clean and comfortable. We arrived early and a lovely lady in reception completed our registration details and let us store our bags. When we checked in later, the gentleman at reception only addressed my (male) partner throughout the whole process, even though I had booked and paid for the room.
