The Bloomsbury Hotel

Arrived around noonish and checked in ., asked if we wanted to add breakfast to our stay and i said yes. When checked out I was charged for the day we checked in 12;30 ish breakfast. They took it off after I brought to their attention. King size room : nobody could be sitting at the desk in room due to it was so close up bed so one could not walk around it , too crammed. Waited for breakfast to get waited on from time we sat down : 32 minutes before we were asked if we’d like to order. Only one waiter. One lady checks you in, one lady brings coffee and we didn’t see male waiter for 42 min. Eggs burned. Other person picking up plates. Short on staff. Next morning we left after 20 min of nobody taking order. Horrific breakfast experience. Staff at front desk not friendly just all business. Hotel so dark. Could not stand this location. Two nights was over 800.00

Everything was wonderful other than you can barely get a single tv or radio channel to work at all (I think i managed 1 radio channel only), which explains why they have info next to the bed on how to cast your mobile screen to the tv.

The breakfast area and bar were very nice with good selections great service.

Amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and attentive. Shower however let it down. Very low pressure and therefore not great

The coral room on the saturday the service was outstanding, staff made a real effort and were natural, approachable and generally fantastic. I was sad to be unable to go to the other bar as this was full, it would have been nice if staff had asked during the day or when we went out if we would like a table... I had emailed the hotel before going but got no reply which was dissapointing
