Very attentive and friendly staff, from the moment you arrive at the front door, to check in, and throughout the restaurants/bars & spa areas. Great gym and spa area (sauna and steams are separate Male/Female areas). My only small comment would be the lack of signs for directions to and from the Spa area, as it’s quite a rabbit warren to find it. Would definitely recommend and will return in the not too distant future.

Everything was perfect - room prepared exactly according to my ask, they offer kundalini style massage at spa, the property itself comes with so much history, tradition, and style. It is one of my favorite hotels in the world and they live up to your highest expectation in every way.
