Stayed 5 nights

This property is 4 historic townhomes that have been renovated into a hotel. Loads of character located just a block for a less busy underground station. Oxford street shopping, fantastic restaurants and parks abound. We had a two bedroom so our daughter had her own space. Came with a kitchen and full bathroom. Would most definitely stay again.

the hotel shouldn't really have been open, too much building work going on - the downstairs is a mess!

The room was extremely dirty and in bad condition. The photos on booking websites are misleading and do not reflect reality. I would not recommend staying here.

Property was undergoing mass renovations during our stay. When we booked, we were informed of a lobby and restaurant renovation, however it affected the entire building. The lift was not in use. The water supply was turned off during one of our days. The staff did try to accommodate our requests however we feel that reservations should not have been taken during this time. The hotel should have been closed. This did not meet our expectations of a vacation.
